1 What has happened and what will happen soon: 1 The ancient prophecies show the nation of Israel coming back into existence after 1900 year diaspora, the only nation destroyed and dead for hundreds of years to rebuild again. As all nations begin to turn against Israel in these last moments of the last days, the world moves toward upheaval and chaos. Re. the Jewish people, God says: I will bless those who bless you, curse those who curse you. Still an active blessing or curse to this day. Genesis 12:3 5 The last days are signaled by the beginning of birth pains and sorrows. Evil will wax worse and worse. Men s hearts will fail them for the trouble coming over the earth. 1 Thessalonians 5: 1-3 Matthew 24:21 Matthew 24:3-8 2 Timothy 3:13 Luke 21: Previously unheard of technologies will provide instant mass communications to even the remotest of areas on earth. Many who call themselves Christians will be deceived and reject foundational Biblical truths and join the current movement merging all religions into one (Emergent church movement). This is the falling away that sets the stage for entrance of the world leader and his spiritual leader (the false prophet) onto the world scene. False prophets, messiahs, christs Matthew 24:4-5 Matthew 24:11 Luke 21:8 2 Thessalonians 2:1-3 and 2: The ancient Roman Empire which was never conquered will re-emerge as a political force (European Community). The 10 horns will either be 10 countries, 10 divisions, 10 unions, or 10 kingdoms. Don t know which yet, but coming soon. Revelation 13:1 Daniel 7: The rise of Russia. Russia is now arming and/or providing nuclear expertise to Israel s surrounding neighbor nations. And Russia (Magog) will lead a military force with Iran (Persia) and other muslim nations against her. And no nation will defend her. The Lord himself will defend her. In any case, they will say it s a good thing the Christians are gone because they were the cause of all our problems. Looting will be rampant as Christians assets are raided, hoarded and redistributed. General prosperity that follows will be part of the deception. And He who hinders will be removed. 2 Thessalonians 2:6-7 Isaiah 26: The 70 weeks prophecy of Daniel is crucial as to what takes place next: (the 69 weeks and 70th week are not consecutive. Almost 2000 years of the Age of the Gentiles begins with the end of the 69th week and concludes with the start of the 70th week.) Romans 11:25 This Daniel prophecy is a time line dated from when King Artaxerxes signed and sealed a decree to rebuild the city of Jerusalem after 70 years of Babylonian captivity - the day was 1 Nisan, 445BC (recorded in both the Talmud and Nehemiah 2). The exact day when Israel would reject the Messiah was prophesied as 483 years out from the day of the King s declaration. Daniel 9:24-27 Jeremiah 25:11-12 Nehemiah 2:1-8 69x7 (each week being 7 prophetic years) = 483 years from 1 Nisan or March 14, 445BC. The 69th week or 483rd year (483x360days of Jewish year) ending to the day on 10 Nisan or April 6, 32AD Palm Sunday (the only presentation to the Jews of Christ as their Messiah king, riding a donkey through the gates of Jerusalem). The elite Pharisees cut him off on that day when seeing the crowds worshipping him. Luke 19:29-44 Zechariah 9:9 Four days later he was slain to the moment as the Passover lamb was slaughtered in the temple on the Day of Passover. In 32AD three feasts, occurring within four days, including 2 sabbaths back to back, marked God s salvation plan through the Spring Feasts of the Jews: Passover (Jesus slain), Unleavened Bread (in the grave, death to sin), First Fruits (resurrection). Israel s annual Passover lamb was tied to the temple altar at the 3rd hour or 9AM, the same moment Christ was nailed to the cross. The lamb was killed in the temple on 14 Nisan 32AD at 3PM the very hour when Christ died on the cross. 3

4 Normally the time of the lamb s slaughter could have happened as early as 12:30PM. But this year, the darkness came over the land for 3 hours starting at Noon, the 6th hour, and lasted to the 9th hour 3PM. By law, the High Priest could not kill the Passover lamb in darkness, so when the darkness passed at 3PM the slaughter occurred in the temple, and on the cross. It was forbidden to break a bone in the sacrificial lamb. Christ s legs were not broken, though the legs of those thieves crucified with him were. Simultaneously, as the temple lamb died, and the High Priest was loudly announcing it is finished, Christ gave up his spirit on the cross as he breathed his final words it is finished. Christ thus fulfilled the Mosaic law of sacrifice and atonement, beginning the Age of Grace (we are saved from our sin by believing in and accepting Christ s work for us on the cross, not through temporary escape from sin by offering sacrifices regularly; our hearts become the temple of the Holy Spirit, no need for the physical Jewish temple where the Holy Spirit dwelt before the resurrection; we have direct communication with God, no need to go through priests to reach God). Additionally, the lamb had to be skinned. The Talmud records that iron hooks or nails fixed in the temple walls and pillars were used to hang up the lamb to excoriate him. Christ too was hung up to be mercilessly whipped till the tearing away of his flesh left him unrecognizable as a man. The lamb was then impaled with wooden skewers from head to toe and shoulder to shoulder in the form of a wooden cross in preparation to be roasted. Christ was figuratively roasted on the cross by the fiery wrath of God for our sins, thus saving us from the wrath due us. 5 14 Then God s prophetic time clock for dealing with Israel restarts to conclude Daniel s 70th week - the 7 year tribulation, or time of Jacob s trouble, including the last half of which is called the great tribulation of 3 1/2 years. The 70th week starts with the rise of the anti-christ, the world leader whom the Jews and all the world will proclaim as the messiah of their one world religion, when he signs a 7 year peace treaty with Israel after the battle of Gog and Magog is won. It is anti-christ who gives Israel permission to rebuild their temple next to the Dome of the Rock, which is why they will call him messiah. Jewish leaders in Israel today when asked who their messiah will be will say the one who allows us to rebuild our temple. Daniel 9:27 2 Thessalonians 2:8-12 Revelation 13:8 15 All people will accept a single world government. Revelation 13:3,7 16 Then the great Jewish temple which Jesus prophesied would be utterly destroyed, and was by the Romans in 70 A.D., will be rebuilt again on the temple mount. All the solid gold articles for the new third temple - including the giant solid 24 carat gold menorah - which were part of ancient ceremonial temple worship have been recast to exacting original specifications. The musical instruments are rebuilt. The priestly garments woven with jewels and gold threads along with the gold chains and tiny gold bells have been recreated and are ready to be worn by the sons of Levi. In March 2010 a pure red heifer required for spiritual purification was found in Israel for the first time in almost 2000 years. The Ark of the Covenant has been secretly kept for thousands of years and awaits its installation in the third temple. For the first time in 1600 years, the Sanhedrin, the highest tribunal for state and religion, has been reestablished and reconvenes regularly since The stage is being set for construction of the third temple, which is being promoted by many Jews as a worship center for all faiths and all religions. 6 17 At the midway mark of the peace treaty, the anti-christ will stand up in the Temple and proclaim himself as god - called the abomination of desolation - which will signal the beginning of the Great Tribulation of the last 3 1/2 years of the 7 year tribulation period (also known as the time of Jacob s Trouble). It s marketed as an ingenious scheme for maintaining security, storing medical history, banking, and regulating a global society for world citizens. No buying nor selling will occur without it. Those who refuse it will be put to death. Revelation 20:4 20 Those who receive the mark will be eternally separated from God. Revelation 14: The 7 seals, 7 trumpets, and 7 bowls judgments will fall upon the whole earth except the 144,000 Messianic Jews Missionaries who are sealed against them. Revelation 7:4 Jeremiah 30: Most of earth s population will be killed during the tribulation. 7 23 Men will cry out for the mountains and rocks to fall upon them to hide them from the wrath of the Lamb. Revelation 6:16 If not ready for the rapture when it takes place --perhaps on Rosh Hashanah-- (Feast of Trumpets), all remaining still have a chance to believe in Christ during the tribulation, but the mark must be refused, likely resulting in a bloody death. (All Orthodox Jews will refuse it.) But better a bloody death and eternal life with Christ, than endless separation from God. Far better still to go with the believers in the rapture and escape the tribulation. With his First Coming Jesus the Christ has already fulfilled with great precision each of the 4 Spring Feasts. He has 3 Fall Feasts yet to fulfill with his Second Coming. The Second Coming is 2 parts, 1. the rapture of the believers. 2. the return of Christ with believers to earth at the end of the 7 year tribulation, to reestablish the throne of David in the Holy City, from where Christ will rule for a thousand years. 2 Samuel 7:16 1 Chronicles 17:12-14 Jeremiah 33:15-16 Jeremiah 23:5-6 Isaiah 11:1-10 Luke 1:32-33 Matt. 25:31 The next Feast up on the Jewish Calendar is the first of the Fall Feasts: Rosh Hashanah or Feast of Trumpets. 1 Corinthians 15:51-53 say: Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal [must] put on immortality. To the Jewish authorities, the last trump is synonymous with Rosh Hashanah. The Talmud states that on Rosh Hashanah the dead will be raised (Rosh Hashanah 16b). In 2014 this will be sundown September 24 - sundown September 26. (Israel time! - they are 8 hours ahead of Central, 10 Pacific). Note: Rosh Hashanah falls on different days each year due to the Luni-Solar Calendar.
