3 UNDERSTANDING YOUR TIME TO ENTER INTO YOUR SEASON Eccl.1:3, 9:11-12, Prov.25:2 When you get an understanding, a revelation and discover your time, you enter into your season. Every purpose of God has an appointed time and an appointed season. Every plan of God has an appointed time and an appointed season. Every move of God has an appointed time and an appointed season. Every promise of God has an appointed time and an appointed season. Every vision of God has an appointed time and season. Hab.2:3 says The vision is for an appointed time. But at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. PROV.25:2 It is the glory of God to conceal a matter, but the glory of kings is to search out a matter Because these things; the plans of God, the moves of God, the purposes of God, and the visions of God are precious, it is God s glory to conceal them. He hides them for kings to search them. 1 PET.1:10-11 says As to this salvation the prophets who prophesied of this grace that would come made careful searches and inquires seeking to know the time the Spirit of Christ in them was indicating as He predicted the sufferings of Christ and the glory to follow It is for you and I to search our seasons and our times. It is for you and I to dig and discover your season and your time. Israel did not know the time of their visitation and they failed to execute the purpose and plan of God for them. ECCL. 9:11-12 Says The race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, nor the bread to the wise, nor riches to men of understanding, nor favor to men of skill; But time and chance happen to them all. Vs 12 For man also does not know his time

4 The key to entering into you season is understanding your time. Time is the probation period to prepare you for your season. Everyone under the sun has his seasons that are prepared for him by God. The wise man is saying winning the race is not because of swiftness, or because you are able to outrun and overtake others. Conquering in battle does not happen because you are strong, getting bread does not mean you are wise, to be rich is not a matter of understanding and favor does not come because you have skills; He says time and chance happens to all. It is your understanding of your time that will release you and unleash you or catapult you into your season. Time is chronos but seasons are kairos. Your ability to discover and understand time is the key to your blessing, your destiny, your purpose, your mission and your vision. THE SONS OF ISSACHAR 1Chron.12:32 had understanding of times and seasons, to know what Israel ought to do. A person who has discovered and known his/her times knows what to do, and knowing what to do and doing what must be done releases him/her into his/her destiny. Such kind of person is in tune with the agenda of God. Such a person marches at God s drum beat and moves at God s command. Such a person is in tune with what God is doing in God s time. IGNORANCE OF GOD S TIMES AND SEASONS This makes you a wanderer in the kingdom of God.You will wander in the wilderness and die without entering into your Canaan. You will see your Canaan in dreams and visions, and others will come and give you a word of prophesy on your Canaan but you will not enter into Canaan. You will go round and round in circles and confusion. You become a spectator instead of a player or a participant in God s programs. You are always at the peripheries than at the centre of what God is doing. People will make you do what they want. You will be active in programs and visions that are not of God and have nothing to do with God s purpose and destiny for your life.

5 THE SICK MAN AT THE POOL OF BETHSAIDA John 5:2-8 This man had been sick for thirty eight years and was failing to catch up with the time appointed for the stirring of the water by an angel, he could not be healed. He was just watching as others were receiving their healings and miracles. If you fail to understand your time you will be very close to your miracle but it wont happen to you. You will see others being blessed, others being healed and others being promoted while you remain lying at the pool of poverty and suffering. SIMEON OF OLD Luk2:25-30 God had given him a promise that he would not die until he saw the Christ. Let me say this to you: you will not die until your mission is accomplished. You will not die until you reach your God given destiny. You will not die until you fulfill God s vision for your life. You will live to see the fulfillment of the promises of God in your life. Death will not stop you. Cancer will not stop you. HIV will not stop you. Even the devil and his demons will not stop you. When Joseph and Mary came to dedicate the child Simeon appeared in time. He had an understanding of the time. He came and held the child in his hands and said now I can die for I have seen the fulfillment of the promise. Had he come before or after he would have missed Jesus. THE WISE MAN FROM THE EAST They arrived just in time to see Jesus. If they had come two or more days later they would have found him gone to Egypt.

6 REDEEMING THE TIME Eph.5:16 Means do not waste time. There are people who are time wasters, people who do not value time. The type of person you are and where your life is going is seen in how you spend your time. Do not kill time on useless and unproductive things. God opens doors at the right time. God creates opportunities at the right time The right time is His appointed time. Jesus was born at the appointed time, in the fullness of time. You need to know your time for you to enter into your season. It is your responsibility to discover you time. THE FIRST STEP TO DISCOVER YOUR TIME Matt. 6:33 Seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness. Set your priorities right. Let God be first in your life, in your business, in your finances, in your family and in your marriage. Set your antenna right. Position your set light dish in the right place and right position and right direction. Be compliant with the divine waves and divine channel. If you fail to discover your time, your season will come and pass you - You will die a customer. - You will die a client. - You will die a passenger. - You will die a lodger. - You will die an employee You will die a follower, a tail, at the bottom. You will live an unfulfilled and empty life.

7 When you discover your time, it s your season. Step into it boldly and confidently. Do not hesitate to act. It will be your time of favor. Allow nothing to stop you. - Do not allow you background to stop you - Do not allow your enemies to stop you - Do not allow the economy to stop you - Do not allow your past mistakes to stop you - Do not allow your failures and you weaknesses to stop you HABAKKUK 1: 5 God says I will work a work in your days which you would not believe, though it were told you. The Lord is saying I will do it in your days, when you are still alive. When you receive the news of your promotion, your miracle, your wedding, your residential stand, you car, even yourself you will not believe it. This is your day.this is your hour. This is you time to enter into your season. Arise and shine. There is no value in the grave where you are going. - There is no glory in the grave - There is no business in the grave - There are no degrees in the grave - There is no marriage in the grave There is no future in the grave. This is your season, this is you hour. That which God told you to do; do, and do it diligently. Those things which you saw in the vision do and do diligently. That which God showed you in your dreams do. This is your time. What God instructed you to do: Do it. Remember every blessing has an instruction for you to do. Every promise of God has a condition for you to fulfill. Fulfill that condition for you to open your season.

8 You are entering into your season. Seasons are decided and determined by God. God is making a shift in your life. God is changing your story and your testimony. At this conference God is changing your diet and your fashion. God is changing you song. WHAT I AM HEARING God is releasing lodgers into their houses. God is removing passengers from kombis and into their own cars. God is throwing maidens out of their mothers and sisters houses into their own houses. I hear a sound of cars. I hear a sound of lorries carrying bricks for your house. I hear a sound of picks digging the foundation of your house. I hear babies crying. I hear a sound of customers marching in and out of your shop. I hear a sound of motorcades at your wedding. I hear your wedding banns being announced. This is your season. I hear a sound of keys of a new office and a new car. Because you have sought God at this conference, and you have obeyed the prophetic word. You are being released into your season. SEASONS ARE DECIDED AND ORCHESTRATED BY GOD ABRAHAM When Abraham entertained visitors in his home the season of barrenness was over in his life. THE WIDOW OF ZAREPHATH When the widow of Zarephath met Elijah her season of famine was over. THE WIDOW WHO WAS LEFT WITH A DEBT When the widow who had a debt met Elisha her season of debt was over.

9 THE SHUNAMITE WOMAN When she met Elisha her barrenness was over. By your coming to this conference and listening to the word of God, your seasons have changed. You are entering into a new season you are stepping into your blessing and you are stepping into your breakthrough. The waters have been moved for you, this is your time to jump in and receive your miracle. Don t delay or hesitate. This is your day, this is your hour. The Lord has remembered you. This conference is for releasing somebody into his season. What you have prayed for and dreamt and seen in visions for years is going to happen to you after this conference. God has done it for you. I release you into your destiny. I release you into your blessing. I release you into your promotion. I release you into your house. I release you into your favor. I release you into your business, into your marriage, into your ministry, into your vision in Jesus name. Before the end of this year you will see it with your eyes, and you will touch it with your hands. CONCLUSION Rise and make decrees in your life. Make prophetic declarations on your life, on your family and on your children. Speak into your future. Declare those results you want in your life. This is your time. Make use of this time.
