5 Overview 1. The Bible is the final source of truth. Therefore I will not base any discernment of spiritual beings on any extra Biblical material. 2. We are operating with progressive revelation about what the Bible says about these spiritual beings. We may change our views as new understanding about what the Bible says is revealed. 3. The information in this seminar is assumed to be introductory in nature. More complete information will be found in Come Up Higher by Paul L. Cox and articles and audio/video segments on our website 4. Generally the seminar is focused on righteous spiritual beings. 5. We discern spiritual beings so that we can have a more complete understanding about what the Father is doing. 6. We are finding that we have trusted the translators for our understanding instead of verifying with the original language the meaning of a word. We have found that the name of some spiritual beings is based on what the translators have written and not on the actual work in the Hebrew or Greek. 7. In theology we have had a tendency to place all righteous spiritual beings in a category called Angelology. This would be like putting all four legged animals in a category called Dogeology. Dogs are dogs, cats are cats, etc. For this reason we need to be specific in our language when we talk about the many different spiritual beings. They are not simply different kinds of angels. 8. This material will now be updated on a regular basis. 9. Many ties the revelation about these spiritual beings starts first with discernment. Further study of the original languages then enlargers our understanding of those spiritual beings. Aslan s Place

6 We Must Not Create or Reshape Angels According to our Fancy. The Bible is the Only Absolute Source of Understanding. God is the One Who Communicates His Truth about Angels. Amos 4:13 He who forms the mountains, creates the wind, and reveals his thoughts to man, he who turns dawn to darkness, and treads the high places of the earth-- the LORD God Almighty is his name. Hebrew: mal ak - messenger Greek: angelos - messenger ANGEL - DEFINITION The Bible includes more than 300 direct references to angels Angels appear 32 times in the writings of Moses Angels appear 37 times in Josh, Judges, 1 & 2 Sam, 1 & 2 Kings, 1 & 2 Chronicles ORGANIZATION AND NUMBER Thousands Upon Thousands Heb 12:22 But you have come to Mount Zion, to the heavenly Jerusalem, the city of the living God. You have come to thousands upon thousands of angels in joyful assembly, Rev 5:11 Then I looked and heard the voice of many angels, numbering thousands upon thousands, and ten thousand times ten thousand. 7 Troops Military Rev 12:7-9 And there was war in heaven. Michael and his angels fought against the dragon, and the dragon and his angels fought back, but he was not strong enough, and they lost their place in heaven. The great dragon was hurled down, that ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan, who leads the whole world astray. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him. WHAT ANGELS DO Put Law Into Effect Acts 7:53 you who have received the law that was put into effect t through angels but have not obeyed it. Gal 3:19 What, then, was the purpose of the law? It was added because of transgressions until the Seed to whom the promise referred had come. The law was put into effect through angels by a mediator. Deliver Messages Ps 103:20 Praise the LORD, you his angels, you mighty ones who do his bidding, who obey his word. (See Lk 1:19, Lk. 1:26-35, Lk 2:8-14 Dan 8:15-22, Lk 1:13-17,19) War - Army of the Lord II Ki 2:11 As they were walking along and talking together, suddenly a chariot of fire and horses of fire appeared and separated the two of them, and Elijah went up to heaven in a whirlwind. Ps 103:19-20 The LORD has established his throne in heaven, and his kingdom rules over all. Praise the LORD, you his angels, you mighty ones who do his bidding, who obey his word Rev 12:7 And there was war in heaven. Michael and his angels fought against the dragon, and the dragon and his angels fought back. Rev 9:14-15 It said to the sixth angel who had the trumpet, "Release the four angels who are bound at the great river Euphrates." And the four angels who had been kept ready for this very hour and day and month and year were released to kill a third of mankind. Rev 15:1,6 I saw in heaven another great and marvelous sign: seven angels with the seven last plagues-- last, because with them God's wrath is completed. Out of the temple came the seven angels with the seven plagues. They were dressed in clean, shining linen and wore golden sashes around their chests. Rev 20:1-3 And I saw an angel coming down out of heaven, having the key to the Abyss and holding in his hand a great chain. He seized the dragon, that ancient serpent, who is the devil, or Satan, and bound him for a thousand years. He threw him into the Abyss, and locked and sealed it over him, to keep him from deceiving the nations anymore until the thousand years were ended. After that, he must be set free for a short time. 8 Protect Dan 6:19-22 At the first light of dawn, the king got up and hurried to the lions' den. When he came near the den, he called to Daniel in an anguished voice, "Daniel, servant of the living God, has your God, whom you serve continually, been able to rescue you from the lions?" Daniel answered, "O king, live forever! My God sent his angel, and he shut the mouths of the lions. They have not hurt me, because I was found innocent in his sight. Nor have I ever done any wrong before you, O king." Rescue Dan 3:24-25 Then King Nebuchadnezzar leaped to his feet in amazement and asked his advisers, "Weren't there three men that we tied up and threw into the fire?" They replied, "Certainly, O king." He said, "Look! I see four men walking around in the fire, unbound and unharmed, and the fourth looks like a son of the gods." Acts 12:11 Then Peter came to himself and said, "Now I know without a doubt that the Lord sent his angel and rescued me from Herod's clutches and from everything the Jewish people were anticipating." Gen 19:15-17 With the coming of dawn, the angels urged Lot, saying, "Hurry! Take your wife and your two daughters who are here, or you will be swept away when the city is punished." When he hesitated, the men grasped his hand and the hands of his wife and of his two daughters and led them safely out of the city, for the LORD was merciful to them. As soon as they had brought them out, one of them said, "Flee for your lives! Don't look back, and don't stop anywhere in the plain! Flee to the mountains or you will be swept away!" Exod 23:20-21 "See, I am sending an angel ahead of you to guard you along the way and to bring you to the place I have prepared. Pay attention to him and listen to what he says. Do not rebel against him; he will not forgive your rebellion, since my Name is in him. He distinctly saw an angel of God, who came to him and said, "Cornelius!" Cornelius stared at him in fear. "What is it, Lord?" he asked. The angel answered, "Your prayers and gifts to the poor have come up as a memorial offering before God. Rev 10:1-10 (gives scrolls for direction) Then I saw another mighty angel coming down from heaven. He was robed in a cloud, with a rainbow above his head; his face was like the sun, and his legs were like fiery pillars. He was holding a little scroll, which lay open in his hand. He planted his right foot on the sea and his left foot on the land, and he gave a loud shout like the roar of a lion. When he shouted, the voices of the seven thunders spoke. And when the seven thunders spoke, I was about to write; but I heard a voice from heaven say, "Seal up what the seven thunders have said and do not write it down. Then the angel I had seen standing on the sea and on the land raised his right hand to heaven. And he swore by him who lives for ever and ever, who created the heavens and all that is in them, the earth and all that is in it, and the sea and all that is in it, and said, "There will be no more delay! But in the days when the seventh angel is about to sound his trumpet, the mystery of God will be accomplished, just as he announced to his servants the prophets. Then the voice that I had heard from heaven spoke to me once more: "Go, take the scroll that lies open in the Aslan s Place

9 hand of the angel who is standing on the sea and on the land. So I went to the angel and asked him to give me the little scroll. He said to me, "Take it and eat it. It will turn your stomach sour, but in your mouth it will be as sweet as honey. I took the little scroll from the angel's hand and ate it. It tasted as sweet as honey in my mouth, but when I had eaten it, my stomach turned sour. Luke 22:43 An angel from heaven appeared to him and strengthened him. Prophesy, Teach Luke 1:11-13 Then an angel of the Lord appeared to him, standing at the right side of the altar of incense. When Zechariah saw him, he was startled and was gripped with fear. But the angel said to him: "Do not be afraid, Zechariah; your prayer has been heard. Your wife Elizabeth will bear you a son, and you are to give him the name John. Luke 2:9-12 An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. But the angel said to them, "Do not be afraid. I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is Christ the Lord. This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger." Matt 28:1-7 After the Sabbath, at dawn on the first day of the week, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary went to look at the tomb. There was a violent earthquake, for an angel of the Lord came down from heaven and, going to the tomb, rolled back the stone and sat on it. His appearance was like lightning, and his clothes were white as snow. The guards were so afraid of him that they shook and became like dead men. The angel said to the women, "Do not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He is not here; he has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay. Then go quickly and tell his disciples: 'He has risen from the dead and is going ahead of you into Galilee. There you will see him.' Now I have told you." Acts 27: When neither sun nor stars appeared for many days and the storm continued raging, we finally gave up all hope of being saved. After the men had gone a long time without food, Paul stood up before them and said: "Men, you should have taken my advice not to sail from Crete; then you would have spared yourselves this damage and loss. But now I urge you to keep up your courage, because not one of you will be lost; only the ship will be destroyed. Last night an angel of the God whose I am and whom I serve stood beside me and said, 'Do not be afraid, Paul. You must stand trial before Caesar; and God has graciously given you the lives of all who sail with you.' So keep up your courage, men, for I have faith in God that it will happen just as he told me. Nevertheless, we must run aground on some island." Rev 14:6-7 Then I saw another angel flying in midair, and he had the eternal gospel to proclaim to those who live on the earth-- to every nation, tribe, language and people. He said in a loud voice, "Fear God and give him glory, because the hour of his judgment has come. Worship him who made the heavens, the earth, the sea and the springs of water." 10 Serve God Rev 19:10 At this I fell at his feet to worship him. But he said to me, "Do not do it! I am a fellow servant with you and with your brothers who hold to the testimony of Jesus. Worship God! For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy." Rev 22:8-9 I, John, am the one who heard and saw these things. And when I had heard and seen them, I fell down to worship at the feet of the angel who had been showing them to me. But he said to me, "Do not do it! I am a fellow servant with you and with your brothers the prophets and of all who keep the words of this book. Worship God!" Worship Matt 18:10 "See that you do not look down on one of these little ones. For I tell you that their angels in heaven always see the face of my Father in heaven. Ps 103:20-21 Praise the LORD, you his angels, you mighty ones who do his bidding, who obey his word. Praise the LORD, all his heavenly hosts, you his servants who do his will. Ps 148:1-3 Praise the LORD. Praise the LORD from the heavens, praise him in the heights above. Praise him, all his angels; praise him, all his heavenly hosts. Praise him, sun and moon, praise him, all you shining stars. Heb 1:6 And again, when God brings his firstborn into the world, he says, "Let all God's angels worship him." Express Joy in Obeying God Quickly Ps 103:20-22 Praise the LORD, you his angels, you mighty ones who do his bidding, who obey his word. Praise the LORD, all his heavenly hosts, you his servants who do his will. Praise the LORD, all his works everywhere in his dominion. Praise the LORD, O my soul. Heb 1:14 Are not all angels ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation? Give Special Instructions for Different People in Different Circumstances Dan 8:26 "The vision of the evenings and mornings that has been given you is true, but seal up the vision, for it concerns the distant future." Dan 12:4 But you, Daniel, close up and seal the words of the scroll until the time of the end. Many will go here and there to increase knowledge." Carry Us to Heaven Luke 16:22 "The time came when the beggar died and the angels carried him to Abraham's side. The rich man also died and was buried. Punish God s Enemies Acts 12:23 Immediately, because Herod did not give praise to God, an angel of the Lord struck him down, and he was eaten by worms and died. Gen 19:1, The two angels arrived at Sodom in the evening, and Lot was sitting in the gateway of the city. When he saw them, he got up to meet them and bowed down with his face to the Aslan s Place

11 ground. The two men said to Lot, "Do you have anyone else here-- sons-in-law, sons or daughters, or anyone else in the city who belongs to you? Get them out of here, because we are going to destroy this place. The outcry to the LORD against its people is so great that he has sent us to destroy it." Controls Elements of Nature Rev 7:1 After this I saw four angels standing at the four corners of the earth, holding back the four winds of the earth to prevent any wind from blowing on the land or on the sea or on any tree. Rev 16:8-9 The fourth angel poured out his bowl on the sun, and the sun was given power to scorch people with fire. They were seared by the intense heat and they cursed the name of God, who had control over these plagues, but they refused to repent and glorify him. Bring Messages Isa 44:26 who carries out the words of his servants and fulfills the predictions of his messengers, who says of Jerusalem, 'It shall be inhabited,' of the towns of Judah, 'They shall be built,' and of their ruins, 'I will restore them,' Minister Ps 104:4 He makes winds his messengers, flames of fire his servants. Give Direction Acts 8:26-27 Now an angel of the Lord said to Philip, "Go south to the road-- the desert road-- that goes down from Jerusalem to Gaza." So he started out, and on his way he met an Ethiopian eunuch, an important official in charge of all the treasury of Candace, queen of the Ethiopians. This man had gone to Jerusalem to worship CHARACTERISTICS Angels Are Masculine and Feminine in Bible Zech 5:9 Then I looked up-- and there before me were two women, with the wind in their wings! They had wings like those of a stork, and they lifted up the basket between heaven and earth. Angels Travel Through Portals Gen 28:12-13 He had a dream in which he saw a stairway resting on the earth, with its top reaching to heaven, and the angels of God were ascending and descending on it. There above it stood the LORD, and he said: "I am the LORD, the God of your father Abraham and the God of Isaac. I will give you and your descendants the land on which you are lying. John 1:51 He then added, "I tell you the truth, you shall see heaven open, and the angels of God ascending and descending on the Son of Man." Created Beings Col 1:16 For by him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things were created by him and for him. 13 Limited In knowledge Matt 24:36 "No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. Like Wind Ps 104:4 He makes winds his messengers, flames of fire his servants. Heb 1:7 In speaking of the angels he says, "He makes his angels winds, his servants flames of fire." Fire Rev 10:1 Then I saw another mighty angel coming down from heaven. He was robed in a cloud, with a rainbow above his head; his face was like the sun, and his legs were like fiery pillars. Rev 14:18 Still another angel, who had charge of the fire, came from the altar and called in a loud voice to him who had the sharp sickle, "Take your sharp sickle and gather the clusters of grapes from the earth's vine, because its grapes are ripe. Some Angels Can be Seen, Others Not II Ki 6:16-17 "Don't be afraid," the prophet answered. "Those who are with us are more than those who are with them." And Elisha prayed, "O LORD, open his eyes so he may see." Then the LORD opened the servant's eyes, and he looked and saw the hills full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha. Appear in Dreams Gen 31:10-13 "In breeding season I once had a dream in which I looked up and saw that the male goats mating with the flock were streaked, speckled or spotted. The angel of God said to me in the dream, 'Jacob.' I answered, 'Here I am.' And he said, 'Look up and see that all the male goats mating with the flock are streaked, speckled or spotted, for I have seen all that Laban has been doing to you. I am the God of Bethel, where you anointed a pillar and where you made a vow to me. Now leave this land at once and go back to your native land.'" Matt 1:20-25 But after he had considered this, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream and said, "Joseph son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary home as your wife, because what is conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit. She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins. When Joseph woke up, he did what the angel of the Lord had commanded him and took Mary home as his wife. But he had no union with her until she gave birth to a son. And he gave him the name Jesus. Matt 2:13 When they had gone, an angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream. "Get up," he said, "take the child and his mother and escape to Egypt. Stay there until I tell you, for Herod is going to search for the child to kill him." Sounds of Angels Rev 10:3 and he gave a loud shout like the roar of a lion. 14 1 Cor 13:1-13 If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. Luke 2:13-14 Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying, "Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace to men on whom his favor rests." Rev 5:13 Then I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and on the sea, and all that is in them, singing: "To him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be praise and honor and glory and power, for ever and ever!" Curious 1 Pet 1:12 It was revealed to them that they were not serving themselves but you, when they spoke of the things that have now been told you by those who have preached the gospel to you by the Holy Spirit sent from heaven. Even angels long to look into these things. They Rejoice Luke 15:10 In the same way, I tell you, there is rejoicing in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents. They Observe Us 1 Cor 4:9 For it seems to me that God has put us apostles on display at the end of the procession, like men condemned to die in the arena. We have been made a spectacle to the whole universe, to angels as well as to men. 1 Tim 5:21 I charge you, in the sight of God and Christ Jesus and the elect angels, to keep these instructions without partiality, and to do nothing out of favoritism. 1 Cor 11:10 For this reason, and because of the angels, the woman ought to have a sign of authority on her head. 1 Tim 3:16 Beyond all question, the mystery of godliness is great: He appeared in a body, was vindicated by the Spirit, was seen by angels, was preached among the nations, was believed on in the world, was taken up in glory. Angels Tell the Truth Rev 19:9 Then the angel said to me, "Write: 'Blessed are those who are invited to the wedding supper of the Lamb!'" And he added, "These are the true words of God." 15 Put Seal on forehead Rev 7:3-4 Then I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the seal of the living God. And he cried with a loud voice to the four angels to whom it was granted to harm the earth and the sea, 3 saying, Do not harm the earth, the sea, or the trees till we have sealed the servants of our God on their foreheads. Guard Ps 91:11-12 For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways; they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone. Matt 18:10 "See that you do not look down on one of these little ones. For I tell you that their angels in heaven always see the face of my Father in heaven. Acts 12:13-16 Peter knocked at the outer entrance, and a servant girl named Rhoda came to answer the door. When she recognized Peter's voice, she was so overjoyed she ran back without opening it and exclaimed, "Peter is at the door!" "You're out of your mind," they told her. When she kept insisting that it was so, they said, "It must be his angel. But Peter kept on knocking, and when they opened the door and saw him, they were astonished. War Ps 78:49 He unleashed against them his hot anger, his wrath, indignation and hostility-- a band of destroying angels. Rev 19:14 The armies of heaven were following him, riding on white horses and dressed in fine linen, white and clean. Expend Energy Rev 12:7 And there was war in heaven. IT IS ADVISABLE NOT TO TALK TO ANGELS Although there are scriptural examples of talking with angels (Luke 1-Mary), extreme caution should be used in talking with angels. It probably is advisable not to talk to angels unless you have a very clear sense from the Lord that He desires for you to do this. SOME QUESTIONS Do Angels Help Christians Only? Heb 1:14 The passage would seem to indicate that angels minister to those who are Christians and those who are going to become Christians. What Do You Say When People Say We Should Not Believe in Angels? The Sadducees did not believe in angels Acts 23:8 (The Sadducees say that there is no resurrection, and that there are neither angels nor spirits, but the Pharisees acknowledge them all.) Do We Really Need to Discern Angels? The Word of God states that there are gifts of discernment for the discerning of good and evil (I Corinthians 12:10, Hebrews 5:14) Why would the Lord give these gifts if we were not to discern angels? Traditional interpretation has held this angel was a preincarnate manifestation of Christ as God s Messenger-Servant. It may be, however, that, as the Lord s personal messenger who represented him and bore his credentials, the angel could speak on behalf of (and so be identified with) the One who sent him. Whether this angel was the second person of the Trinity remains therefore uncertain. We know there s a field around a permanent magnet because it can make an iron particle jump through space to the magnet. In 1983, using magnetic measurements in selective-shielding experiments, Baker and his coworkers reported locating magnetic deposits close to the pineal and pituitary glands in the sinuses of the human ethmoid bone, the spongy bone in the center of the head behind the nose and between the eyes. It s interesting to note that selective-shielding studies done in the early 1970s, by Czech émigré biophysicist Zaboj Harvalik, an advisor to the U.S. Army Advanced Material Concepts Agency, pointed to this same spot as one of two areas the other was the adrenal gland.. 30 pineal melatonin or seratonin. Other groups have observed physical changes in the gland s cells in response to such fields. Pg All of us got weekly reports on the state of the field from the national magnetic observatory at Fredericksburg, VA. I decided to go back through this data and see if there was any correlation between the disturbances in earth s field caused by magnetic storm on the sun and the rate of psychiatric administration to our VA hospital. We matched the admissions of over twenty-eight patients at eight hospitals against sixty-seven magnetic storms over the previous four years. The relationship was there; significantly more persons were signed in to the psychiatric services just after magnetic disturbances than when the field was stable. Next we looked for the same type of influence in patients already hospitalized. We selected a dozen schizophrenics who were scheduled to remain in the VA hospital for the next few months with no changes in treatment. We asked the ward nurse to fill out a standard evaluation of their behavior once every eight-hour shift. Then we correlated the results with cosmic ray measurements taken every two hours from government measuring stations in Ontario and Colorado. Since magnetic storms were generally accompanied by a decrease in the cosmic radiation reaching earth, we thought we might find changes in the patients actions and moods during this decline. We decided to use cosmic rays instead of direct reports of the magnetic field strength because of problems in distinguishing between magnetic storms and other variations in the earth s field. The nurses reported various behavior changes in almost all the subjects on or two days after cosmic ray decreases. This was a revealing delay, for one type of incoming radiation low-energy cosmic ray flares form the sun was known to produce strong disruptions in the earth s field one or two days later. With this encouragement we went on in 1967 to confirm, by experiments described more fully in the next chapter, that abnormal magnetic fields did produce abnormalities in various human and animal responses. We found slowed reaction times in humans and a generalized stress response in rabbits exposed to fields ten or twenty times the normal strength of the earth s. Hence we suspected that the earth s normal field played a major role in keeping the DC systems control of bodily functions within normal bounds. Pg Perhaps this is why the enemy has people worship the earth, sun, moon, stars and planets so that the magnetic fields will come under his power. At the end of the nineteenth century, geophysicists found that the earth s magnetic field varied as the moon revolved around it. In the same period, anthropologists were learning that most preliterate cultures reckoned their calendar time primarily by the moon. p. 246 The earth s electromagnetic field is largely a result of interaction between the magnetic field per se, emanating from the planet s molten iron-nickel core, and the charged gas of the ionosphere. It varies with the lunar day and month and there s also a yearly change as we revolve the sun. Pg 247 About every eight days the sun s rotation brings a new region of the interplanetary (solar) magnetic field opposite us, and the earth s field is slightly changed in response to the flip-flop in polarity not 7 day week! 31 The Relationship Between Life and Magnetic Fields Is Very Complex The potential interactions among all these electromagnetic phenomena and life are infinitely complex. Pg 247 [There is] found [to be] magnetically driven cycles in all other organisms he tested, including mice, fruit flies and humans. Even potatoes in a bin showed a field-linked rhythm of oxygen consumption. In humans, hormone output and the number of lymphocytes in the bloodstream are but two of many variables that dance to the same beat. One of the most important is cell cycle time. The actual process of cell division in which chromosomes appear, line up, split in half, and are distributed equally between the two cells takes only a few minutes. It must be preceded by several longer stages, one of which is duplication of all the cell s DNA. All stages together take about one day. Thus all growth and repair, which depend on regulated cell division, are synchronized with the earth s field. Pg 247 The last six peaks of the eleven-year sunspot cycle have coincided with major flu epidemics. B.M. Vladimirsky of the Crimean Observatory has found a connection between the sun s magnetic field and the Escherichia coli bacteria that live in our intestines and help us digest our food. The Russians found the bacteria grew faster when the sun s field was positive or pointing toward the earth, and slowed down when it was negative. Two days after the passage of each sector boundary there was a dip in bacterial growth corresponding to the maximum geomagnetic turbulence. Other Russian scientists have drawn a tentative correlation between the sector cycle and reports from two groups of persons with neurological diseases. The patients felt worse within sectors of positive polarity, when bacteria seemed to grow faster. Life s geomagnetic coupling to heaven and earth is apparently more like a web than a simple cord and socket. We might suspect, therefore, that many creatures would use magnetic information for their sense of place. Pg 250 In 1975 Richard P. Blakemore, then a graduate student at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, astonished the world of biology with the announcement that some bacteria, the lowliest of all cells, also had a magnetic sense. Pg 252 The existence of magnetic sensors in such diverse creatures as bacteria, bees, and birds the current count of species with magnetic organs is twenty-seven, including three primates suggests that a magnetic sense has existed from the very beginning of life, perhaps only to be perfected by creatures that need to get around a lot. Pg 253 We must always be careful to place more weight on observation than current theory. We must remember that we don t yet fully understand magnetism. It now appears that the single domain with both magnetic poles may not be the smallest unit of magnetism after all. Physicists now posit the existence of magnetic monopoles, particles having the characteristics of just one pole, north or south. In fact there s some experimental evidence for them. Some theoreticians go even further, envisioning a hitherto unsuspected kind of magnetism, a composite of waves and monopole particles, like light. 32 Does the Enemy Establish An Ungodly Magnetic Field The trouble is that the immune system is geared to fight tangible invaders bacteria, viruses, toxins, and misbehaving cells of the body itself or such consciously detectable stresses as heat, cold or injury. It includes a system of circulating antibodies by which specialized cells recognize the intruder. The cells controlling this phase, which is called humoral immunity, then select appropriate defenders from an array of other types, each programmed for a certain function, such as digesting bacteria, clearing away cellular debris, or neutralizing poisons. Electromagnetic energy isn t consciously perceived, however. It tricks the immune system into fighting a shadow. Thus we can predict that, just like a fire company answering a false alarm, the body will be less able to fight the real fire. Pg the most dramatic reported effect on immune response has been produced by ELF fields. During his systematic study of 200-gauss, 50 hertz magnetic fields, Yuri N. Udintsev found that the concentration of bacteria needed to kill mice in such an environment was only one-fifth that needed without the field. DISCERNMENT OBSERVATIONS I discern Powers on the back part of my head. Many have discerned these powers by feeling an electrical sensation. POSITION IN THE TABERNACLE I sense that the candlestick is a power. Note in Zechariah 4 that the two olive trees (part of the trees of life) are on either side of the candlestick. It appears they can be contaminated and then affect the normal functioning of the physical elements on the periodic table. It told me it was over material items. It was not until November 21, 1996 that I came to understand more about this dominion. It appears that when I declare that something BELONGS TO ME that there is then formed between me and that object an evil spiritual connection. This object may be small or may be a land mass. Therefore, if I declare a piece of property is mine or if I in essence give over a piece of property to the enemy (i.e. high place), then an ungodly spiritual connection is formed. 41 Scripture Is Clear That All Belongs to the Lord Ps 22:27-28 All the ends of the earth will remember and turn to the LORD, and all the families of the nations will bow down before him, for dominion belongs to the LORD and he rules over the nations. 1 Cor 10:26 for, "The earth is the Lord's, and everything in it.." Ps 24:1 The earth is the LORD's, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it Job 41:11 Who has a claim against me that I must pay? Everything under heaven belongs to me. We Are Told to Rule Over Creation in His Name Gen. 1:26-28 Then God said, "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, and over all the creatures that move along the ground. So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them. God blessed them and said to them, "Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air and over every living creature that moves on the ground." When We Sinned We Gave Over to the Enemy What Was God s In Christ we now have the authority to take back what has been given to the enemy and give it back to God. God was clear that the land belonged to Him. The year of Jubilee was an outward manifestation of that truth. Lev 25:23 "'The land must not be sold permanently, because the land is mine and you are but aliens and my tenants." We must exercise our authority given to us by God and give back to God all that we have given to the enemy. We then ask him to remove the evil dominion and replace it with a righteous dominion. It is interesting that the Old Testament has an example of what happens in this process. The Old Testament Hebrew word harem means a "devoted thing." Harris OTW has the following information. "Surrendering something to God meant devoting it to the service of God or putting it under a ban for utter destruction. The idea of devoting an object for service to God appears in Lev. 27:28. Whatever is devoted to the Lord, whether man, animal, or property, is considered most holy by God and is therefore not to be sold or redeemed by substituting something else. According to Num. 18:14 and Ezk 44:29, all such objects are to be given to the priests for the support of the religious ceremonies. Because the root qadash "to be holy," also carries the thought of setting apart from the ordinary use in surrender to God (especially in the Piel), we must distinguish objects set apart because "holy." In a text discussed above, Lev. 27:28-29, these two were brought together in that the devoted object was considered most holy by God. This suggests that the two were closely related, and this was true in respect to objects devoted for ceremonial service. But in respect to the objects to be destroyed, these were considered to be offensive to God and injurious to his work. Objects were to be set apart because they were holy, pleasing, and useful to Him." Aslan s Place

42 SOME OBSERVATIONS One therapist I was working with had a vision of this evil dominion as a "covering" over the whole earth (one entity). He also saw a globe with lines. He also saw what appeared to be power points with eight lines coming from the center point (forming eight triangles off of the one point). It appears these are ley lines. Las Vegas, D.C. N.Y. City and Chicago had these lines coming out from them. Another therapist saw three sets of ley lines. One in the sky, one on earth and one under the earth. Phil 2:10- that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, The spiritual connections between a person and their possessions may explain how psychics can find an individual by holding unto one of their possessions. Perhaps they can see the spiritual connections APPLICATION: Through prayer we can give back to God what we have taken. We can ask Him to utterly destroy that which is "not of Him and to make holy that which is of Him." We can then ask Him to remove the influences of the evil dominion and reestablish the authority of the righteous dominion. DISCERNMENT OBSERVATIONS I believe that the Highways of Holiness are managed by righteous Dominions and that Ley Lines are managed by unrighteous Dominions? You can discern ley lines by placing your hand over them. It now seems that Dominions might be over the grid. LOCATION IN TABERNACLE It is unclear to where in the Tabernacle Dominions are located. And they were calling to one another: "Holy, holy, holy is the LORD Almighty; the whole earth is full of his glory." At the sound of their voices the doorposts and thresholds shook and the temple was filled with smoke. "Woe to me!" I cried. "I am ruined! For I am a man of unclean lips, and I live among a people of unclean lips, and my eyes have seen the King, the LORD Almighty." Then one of the seraphs flew to me with a live coal in his hand, which he had taken with tongs from the altar. With it he touched my mouth and said, "See, this has touched your lips; your guilt is taken away and your sin atoned for." Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, "Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?" And I said, "Here am I. Send me!" DEFINITION Hebrew שׂ ר ף (saraf, seraph ) literally means burning one, perhaps suggesting that these creatures had a fiery appearance. Elsewhere in the OT the word seraph refers to poisonous snakes (Num 21:6; Deut 8:15; Isa 14:29; 30:6). Perhaps they were called burning ones because of their appearance or the effect of their venomous bites, which would cause a victim to burn up with fever. It is possible that the seraphs seen by Isaiah were at least partially serpentine in appearance. Though it might seem strange for a snake-like creature to have wings, two of the texts where seraphs are snakes describe them as flying (Isa 14:29; 30:6), perhaps referring to their darting movements. Jesus is the Chief ruler and sits as Melchizedek at the head of the Table of Showbread. They are invested with supernatural power. Psalm 23 seems to be about the Rulers. Some translate ἀρχή as Principalities. It would appear it is much better to translate it rulers. The concept of principalities does not seem to be supported by scripture. Can be translated Wind, Breath, Life, Soul, Spirit, Spirit of the Dead, Conjurer up of Spirits of the Dead, the Deceased in the Grave. Dr. Tom Hawkins: The word forces is added because in English the idea is incomplete. The translation spiritual evil is used because in the context they would seem to be some kind of power or force with personality, not just a cosmological evil that somehow permeates the world. The first time I discerned the Sun of Righteousness, I could tell that a huge angel (at least 40 feet high) was present and that it had an anointing of healing. Numbers as well as words appear to hold a particular significant in the works of God. DEFINITION δόξα. Doxas - repute, honor, radiance, glory, reflection in the sense of image. It denotes divine and heavenly radiance, the loftiness and majesty of God, and even the being of God and His world. Word is also used strictly in the NT to express the divine mode of being. In the NT, as in the LXX, the meanings divine honor, divine splendor, divine power and visible divine radiance are fluid, and can only be distinguished artificially. In content, however, there is always expressed the divine mode of being, though with varying emphasis on the element of visibility. The Hebrew word was always used in a secular sense for honor. Yet honor was not thought of as a purely ideal quality, but, in accordance with the basic meaning, as something weighty in man which gives him importance. Something weighty or impressive. In relation to God it implies that which makes God impressive to man, the force of His self-manifestation. As everywhere attested in the OT, God is intrinsically invisible. Nevertheless, when He reveals Himself, or declares Himself, one may rightly speak of the glory making a significant manifestation on man. Exodus 33:18 And he said, Please, show me Your glory. The word Mazzaroth is plural in Hebrew and thus might indicate several layers of Mazzaroth with the lowest function of the DNA in the body and the highest level over the multi-universe worlds. It is relatively common in astrological writings, where it means the planets, orig. perhaps as the rulers of the heavenly spheres, then as the rulers of the universe who also ordain the destinies of men. Only later is the term used of the gods in the Gk. world (Orph. Hymn.), but from the standpoint of religious history this is the root of the concept. Is this a possible reference to the Mazzaroth in Job 38? DISCERNMENT OBSERVATIONS I can tell when the Seven Spirits are present by a sudden increase in temperature. It feels like a hot flash. My sense is that we are taken up to where the Seven Spirits of God rather than the Seven Spirits of God coming to where we are. Watchers report time. The righteous watchers protect from evil. The ungodly ones allow destruction to come from within. The righteous watchers look more like soldiers. The ungodly watchers look like corrupt politicians. What is their function in Your kingdom? They are over the cellular level.
