2 Luke 11:33-36 Luke 11:33-36 (NKJV), 33 No one, when he has lit a lamp, puts it in a secret place or under a basket, but on a lampstand, that those who come in may see the light. 34 The lamp of the body is the eye. Therefore, when your eye is good, your whole body also is full of light. But when your eye is bad, your body also is full of darkness. 35 Therefore take heed that the light which is in you is not darkness. 36 If then your whole body is full of light, having no part dark, the whole body will be full of light, as when the bright shining of a lamp gives you light.

4 Good Lightness, Bad Darkness Luke 11:33-36 (NKJV), 34 Therefore, when your eye is good, your whole body also is full of light. But when your eye is bad, your body also is full of darkness. Good, 573. ἁπλόος haplóos; translated single, i.e., not complex, easy, used of the eye as not seeing double as when it is diseased. When the eye accomplishes its purpose of seeing things as they are, then it is haploús, single, healthy, perfect. Probably from 1 (as a particle of union) and the base of 4120; πλέκω plékō; To plait, braid, weave, knit, Full of light, φωτεινός phōteinós; from phṓs (5457), light. Giving light, luminous, splendid Bad, πονηρός ponērós; adj. from pónos (4192), labor, sorrow, pain. 5 The Nature of Light Luke 11:35 (NKJV), Therefore take heed that the light which is in you is not darkness. In the visible spectrum, White reflects light and is a presence of all colors. Black absorbs light and is an absence of color. Black can be defined as the visual impression experienced when no visible light reaches the eye.

6 What is the Lamp of the Body? Luke 11:34 (NKJV), The lamp of the body is the eye. Therefore, when your eye is good, your whole body also is full of light. But when your eye is bad, your body also is full of darkness. Proverbs 20:27 (NKJV), The spirit of a man is the lamp of the LORD, Searching all the inner depths of his heart. Hebrews 12:23 (NKJV), 22 But you have come to Mount Zion and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, to an innumerable company of angels, 23 to the general assembly and church of the firstborn who are registered in heaven, to God the Judge of all, to the spirits of just men made perfect, Our spirits have been perfected, full of light! And when He had spit on his eyes and put His hands on him, He asked him if he saw anything. 24 And he looked up and said, I see men like trees, walking. 25 Then He put His hands on his eyes again and made him look up. And he was restored and saw everyone clearly. Jesus wants fully open eyes to see the light, not distorted darkness.

9 How Full are You? Luke 11:36 (NKJV), If then your whole body is full of light, having no part dark, the whole body will be full of light, as when the bright shining of a lamp gives you light.

10 Eyes Shut, Eyes Open Acts 9:8 (NKJV), Then Saul arose from the ground, and when his eyes were opened he saw no one. Sent to see and be filled with the Spirit. Bad eyes cannot see. Good eyes can see and the spirit is filled with the Spirit and perfected. Acts 26:15-17 (NKJV), So I said, Who are You, Lord? And He said, I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting. 16 But rise and stand on your feet; for I have appeared to you for this purpose, to make you a minister and a witness both of the things which you have seen and of the things which I will yet reveal to you. 17 I will deliver you from the Jewish people, as well as from the Gentiles, to whom I now send you, 18 to open their eyes, in order to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in Me.

11 How much of God is Present in God? Traditional Trinitarian Concept of God A Trinitarian-Light Concept of God 1 John 1:5 (NKJV), This is the message which we have heard from Him and declare to you, that God is light and in Him is no darkness at all.

12 How Much of God is in You? Luke 11:36 (NKJV), If then your whole body is full of light, having no part dark, the whole body will be full of light, as when the bright shining of a lamp gives you light.
