1 Hope in God Why are you cast down, O my soul? And why are you disquieted within me? Hope in God, for I shall yet praise Him For the help of His countenance. Psalms 42:5 As we get to know Immanuel for Who He really is, we realize that our hope is well placed in God. In good times in the past, in the trauma of the past, even in the present everything is refreshed and renewed in the Presence of Hope. The world offers no such comfort.
