1 February 2019 Dear Parents, Spring is around the corner, which means it s time to begin thinking about fall and the school year. The school year has been fabulous, and I ve enjoyed watching every child in the SSECC grow intellectually, socially and emotionally. We ve continued to see new families join the SSECC, and I ve loved seeing our family flourish with the birth of new babies and the addition of new friends. I truly enjoy getting to know and see all the children every day. Attached to this letter is SSECC registration and tuition rates. As a reminder, tuition is billed on a monthly basis and is evened out throughout the year so that each month is the same amount. Please note that tuition is a one-size-fits-most, and if your schedule does not fit into that, I am happy to price out a monthly rate based on your needs. When filling out the forms, please note that School Year is on pink and Year Round is on blue, and it s noted on the bottom right-hand corner of the rates page. School year families are on a 10 month payment program and year-round families are on a 12 month payment program. Also, as mentioned at the beginning of the year, Brightwheel now charges us a monthly fee per child. We would like to continue using Brightwheel, but will need each family to pay their fee. If you opt out of the Brightwheel fee, that means you opt out of brighthwheel our primary mode of communication. The SSECC Families all have been a major help in ensuring the financial success of the preschool with our autopay program. THANK YOU! We will continue this program. For those who choose to pay by credit card, a reminder that you will incur a 3 percent fee on top of your monthly payment. ACH (automatic checking from your bank account) will not incur a fee. If you choose to opt out of our autopay program, please remember tuition is due by the 1 st of each month for that month. Tuition not received by the 1 st of the month will incur a late fee of $35. Along with the enrollment forms, you will also find a tentative calendar. We again have opted to stay open on the 2 nd day of Rosh Hashanah and Simchat Torah. We hope this will help you with your childcare needs. In addition to the Jewish holidays, we also have many of our special dates already set so you ll be able to mark your calendars!
