6 Beliefs About the Sabbath s Because the sacrifice of Jesus has changed everything from the Old Testament, we have complete freedom in our weeks. s Nothing has really changed in regards to the fourth commandment and Sunday is the Sabbath. s The Sabbath is on a Saturday and that is when they worship.
