Founding and coordinator of the encouragement workshop for participating master degree and research, for first generation for higher education students (2013-Present). Volunteer at Hillel - an organization for former Ultra-Orthodox Jews (2005-Present). Founding and director of the Equal Opportunities Unit for first Generation for higher education Students that educate in Non-Israeli education, Ethiopian and from Ultra-Orthodox education at the Dean office, the Hebrew University of Jerusalem ( ). Volunteer and coordinator in the refusers support network in "New Profile" organization, a group of feminist women and men, who active for demilitarizing the Israeli society ( ).
