1 C H A P T E R 2 3 THE PROPHETIC WELL The Real You PRINCIPLE #1 The real you is spirit. God is within you. The real you is spirit. You are not a human being. You are a god being. You are the image of God in flesh form. Most religious people do not know where God lives. Once you establish where God lives, then you can start demonstrating God from a greater plane. God seeks to express Himself by pressing Himself out through you. The moment you begin to see the manifestation of God, it means that God has pressed Himself out or expressed Himself through you. The Bible says the kingdom of God within you. (Luke 17:21). Most people seek for a kingdom outside of themselves, but the kingdom is within you. Contrary to popular belief, your flesh is not the real you. The real you is spirit manifesting in flesh. Jesus says in John 6:63, It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words I speak unto you are spirit, and they are life. 267

2 INTO THE DEPTHS You are a Word sent from God. You are spirit. You are the Word made flesh. In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God and the Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. (John 1:1, 14) If you want to change something in your life or in your experience all you have to do is become that word incarnate. Once you have the thought, you can create the experience. The real you is spirit. If the real you is spirit, then you should start celebrating the real you. You had a life before you came into this body, and you will have a life after you leave this body. When Jesus was on the cross, He gave up the Ghost (or His ghost body). In 2 Corinthians 12:2, Paul says, I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, (whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth;) such an one caught up to the third heaven. Jeremiah 1:4 says, The word of the Lord came unto me, saying before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee and before thou camest forth out of the womb, I sanctified thee and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations. Not only did Jeremiah have a life before he came into his physical body, he was ordained a prophet while he was still in the womb. Man is constantly reincarnating. When Jesus asked His disciples, Who do men say that I am? they responded, Some say thou art John the Baptist, others say thou art Elias, and others say one of the prophets. (Mark 8:27-28) Jesus never denied what they said. He never said, Who has deceived you? Everyday you should ask yourself, Who am I? Who will you be after you leave this body? Who were you before you jumped into this body? You are god. Once you start to understand who you are, nothing and no one will be able to convince you otherwise. I Am that I Am. (Exodus 3:14) You are who you desire to be. You are bigger than what people want you to believe. 268

3 The Prophetic Well I was in a seminar with a group of African scholars from the Congo. We were discussing the pyramids and how they were built. One of the scholars said that although the stones were extremely heavy, the Egyptians were able to move the stones with their mind. This may sound far-fetched and difficult to believe, but these kinds of supernatural occurrences happened throughout the Bible. The Bible says that the magicians turned rods into snakes. Moses turned his staff into a snake, which proves that God does not have a problem with the system. He just wants to make sure that you connect it with the right source. The magic will still happen whether you are in God or out of God. The act of casting out devils was not something that was done by Christians only. Other cultures cast out devils. In the book of Acts, when the seven sons of Sceva cast out devils, and one of the evil spirits responded and said, Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are you? (Acts 19:14-15) They were casting out devils just as the Christians were casting out devils. The only difference was the source? This applies to anything that people demonize and deem not of God. The tool may be God, but is the source through which the tool operates of God or connected to God? Then came in the magicians, the astrologers, the Chaldeans, and the soothsayers: and I told the dream before them; but they did not make known unto me the interpretation thereof. But at the last Daniel came in before me, whose name was Belteshazzar, according to the name of my God, and in whom is the spirit of the holy gods: and before him I told the dream, saying, O Belteshazzar, master of the magicians, because I know that the spirit of the holy gods is in thee, and no secret troubleth thee, tell me the visions of my dream that I have seen, and the interpretation thereof. (Daniel 4:7-9) 269

4 INTO THE DEPTHS In the king s court were the magicians, the astrologers, the Chaldeans and the soothsayers, all of whom were unable to bring forth the interpretation of the king s dream. But Daniel (Belteshazzar), the master of magicians, was in the court and he was able to give the interpretation. Nowhere in scripture did God call astrology witchcraft. How could the works of God s hands be demonic? Christianity unfolds with the wise men looking at the stars to reveal where the Messiah lay. The reason God began to warn Israel was because the Babylonians in their astrological systems made deities out of the planets and started worshipping the planets, but they did not know their God. They prayed to Saturn and to Venus. They began to serve the planets. They misused the tools. If we had continued to operate according to the Judaic world, there would not be days of the week. The Bible does not reference the days of the week. God had to allow the Roman government to emerge so that we can have Sunday, Monday (Moon day), Tuesday (Mars day), Wednesday (Mercury day), Thursday (Jupiter day), Friday (Venus day) and Saturday (Saturn day). Remember the Sabbath (Saturn) day and keep it holy. Saturn is a planet of restriction. Therefore, you are restricted from doing work. Daniel was able to work in the same system as the unbelievers, but he operated by the Spirit of God. The Church has been functioning with limited knowledge. It is time for believers to grow up. When it comes to understanding the Spirit, the Church is a dwarf, and yet many believers (especially Pentecostals), proclaim to be the ones who know the move of the Spirit. But many have not studied spirits to any great degree. Instead, the Church has divorced the entire system, which is like saying, We heard the drug dealers use cars to run drugs. So we are going to ban our people from using cars because cars are evil. The car is not evil. The person operating the car may be evil. 270

5 The Prophetic Well Daniel, the prophet, was the master of the magicians. He knew astrology. He was knowledgeable of the system of the soothsayers and astrologers. In order for us to be effective prophets, we must know every system of the occult. Occult is not evil. Occult means hidden. The Church is hidden. There is only one power and that is the power of God. Children in whom was no blemish, but well favoured, and skilful in all wisdom, and cunning in knowledge, and understanding science, and such as had ability in them to stand in the king s palace, and whom they might teach the learning and the tongue of the Chaldeans. And the king appointed them a daily provision of the king s meat, and of the wine which he drank: so nourishing them three years, that at the end thereof they might stand before the king. (Daniel 1:4-5) These children, according to Daniel 1:4, were able to stand in the king s palace. The king would not to allow anyone in the palace that was unable to bring him answers. The king wanted his dreams interpreted, and the prophets had the ability to do so. The prophet was not just vital in the community, but the prophet was vital in government. They prophesied in the king s court and had to demonstrate the reality of their gift. A wise king not only had the prophet as his counsel, but he also had the astrologers and the soothsayers. He consulted the different systems, but God always made sure that his prophets outperformed the other systems. Daniel could speak their language. He understood their symbolism. He knew their system. If we want to be favored children, we have to understand science. That means we have to study the sciences and we have to start celebrating science. Prophets must understand symbolism. We must go beyond the charismatic prophecy, where a person 271

6 INTO THE DEPTHS stands up in the church and speaks in tongues and then gives the interpretation. Technically, when you speak in an unknown tongue, you are speaking to God. Daniel was with the astrologers, the soothsayers and the magicians, yet he was known as the master. The prophets cannot be afraid to walk among astrologers and soothsayers. We must also learn their tongue and their language. Until this is preached and incorporated into Christianity, true faith cannot and will not come forth. The Bible says, the gospel of the kingdom of God shall be preached to every nation and then the end shall come. The end came at Pentecost. Were we really doing evangelism, or were we really just spreading capitalism and democracy. Were we really putting Bibles in people s hands and stealing the gold from their land? Were we trying to get Bibles in people s hand and then our oil ended up under their land? These are the kinds of questions that the prophets must ponder and discuss. The I Is Within You PRINCIPLE #2 I have said ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High. (Psalms 82:6) Can you imagine how different the lives of people would be if they were taught that they are gods? You are the image of God in flesh form. You are god manifested in flesh. You are a god. The I is within you. The I is God. You are not a human being. You are a God being. All things flow from the heart or the inner man. Therefore, you must work to make the heart right. Your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost. 1 Corinthians 3:16 says, Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the 272

7 The Prophetic Well Spirit of God dwelleth in you? That which you are seeking is also seeking you. Matthew 7:7 says Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: Anything you want to manifest in life is just waiting for you to have the thought. All you have to do is get the thought in mind, get the thought in your spirit and the I in you will manifest the experience in your outer world. When I started thinking millions and millions came. When I started thinking prophets, prophets came. The famous philosopher, Rene Descartes said, I think therefore I am. All you have to do is think. Whatever you want to be, all you have to do is think it into being. The I Am is seeking the I Am. Everyone can see their future because our future is in the past. Everyone has a prophet sitting inside of them. Paul says in 1 Corinthians 14:31, For ye may all prophesy one by one, that all may learn, and all may be comforted. Prophecy is your ability to speak as God, to be able to give a thus saith the Lord. Whenever the people were filled with the Holy Ghost, they began to speak in unknown tongues and prophesy. They talked like God. Prophecy is simply talking like God. God said, I am opening a door unto you. Get ready a new field of plenty is coming your way. The Lord said, I am healing your body. When you partake of God s divine nature you start talking like God. There is really no special gifting. When you are born of God you start speaking like God. The proof that people received the Holy Ghost is they started sounding like what they were filled with, calling those things which be not as though they were. Your desire is proof. Once you have a desire for something, the desire is the proof that it exists; it is also proof that it is available to you. Desire will also reveal who your Father is. You have to marry desire. You have to marry an idea. You have to become one with 273

8 INTO THE DEPTHS the idea. You have to become one in the consciousness of being. Marriage is the key. Meditation Is Medication PRINCIPLE #3 Whatever you meditate on you will medicate in. Meditation tops the realm of the I Am. Meditation is your medication. Whatever you meditate on you will medicate in. Meditation forces you to go within. Joshua 1:8 says, This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous. The book of the law is the book of God s thoughts. God spoke to Joshua and gave him the key on how to succeed. The secret is to keep the thoughts of God in your mouth. What you speak, you create. In Genesis 1, God said and God saw. God said, Let there be light, and God saw that there was light. What you keep in your mouth is what you will see into being. You have to meditate on the thoughts of God day and night. If you meditate when you are conscious, you will dream those same thoughts at night. At night the subconscious takes the thoughts that you meditate on during the day and processes them. You are responsible for making your way prosperous. You are the maker of your own prosperity. How do you make your own prosperity? By meditating in this book of the law and observing to do what is written therein. Sometimes God will take you through a cycle called broke season and keep you on Broke Boulevard until you learn how to go within and manifest for yourself. Anyone that God uses, he 274

9 The Prophetic Well strips and brings them up from nothing. Jesus was born to parents that could not even afford to stay in an inn. The fact that Jesus parents brought an offering of a turtle dove is proof that they were poor. But Jesus overcame opposition. He said, I may have had meager beginnings, but I have come here to show that you do not have to be born in palaces to get things done. You can be homeless and rise above obscurity. Jesus may have been rejected by His own people, but he still went around doing good deeds, multiplying fishes and loaves and turning water into wine. That is true prosperity. You try feeding over 5,000 people. That is power; that is influence. Jesus was rich in every way. One in the Same PRINCIPLE #4 I and my Father are one is the consciousness required to draw the things you desire from your prophetic well. The branches on a vine are one and the same. Branches cannot exist outside the vine. In the same way, you cannot have a head with one name and a body with another. If Jesus is the head of the body, how can the body have a different name than the head? Isaiah 9:6 says, For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder Shoulders are on the body, not in the head. You are supposed to be the one who rules in the earth (the governments of this land). Many of us are waiting for Jesus to come to set up a kingdom, but Jesus is waiting for us as (the body of Christ) to get up and establish the kingdom. You are the kingdom. Thine is the kingdom. When you start walking in a kingdom mindset and maintain a kingdom philosophy, you will move out of the beggar philosophy. You will stop looking for someone to do something for you. 275

10 INTO THE DEPTHS You will go within and create it for yourself. I think it could be a challenge for a prophet to receive government assistance, because what happens when he/she has to speak against the very system that supports them? God wants to set you up where you are independently wealthy, and no one can take the credit for your prosperity but the Almighty God. You are what you think. What are you thinking? I think I am rich. I think that everyday. I do not care what my bank statements say. I do not care what the accountant says. This is what it looks like. I think I am rich. I think I am rich so unto my children believe they are rich. If you start tricking the mind that it is rich, it will bring rich ideas to you. It will bring rich people to you. Your whole circle will start changing. You will start connecting with different kinds of people. You will attract those who are vibrating at the same frequency, because you meet no one but you. You have to decide what you want to fill your environment. What neighborhood do you want to live in? When you come into certain levels of consciousness, your zip code will change. It is not that you think that you are better than anyone else. It is just that better has come to you, because what you behold you become. I cannot behold poverty. You should never take advice from anyone who has less than you. It is difficult to sit under a leader that has nothing. He/she cannot tell you anything. If your pastor is not rich you will not be rich. If your preacher is poor and you are wealthy, something is wrong. The eternal spring within feeds you. The I Am in you is found during still moments. You have to be still and know that He is God. (Psalm 46:10) You cannot share this revelation with everyone. Some things you are going to have to keep within yourself because only God talks 276

11 The Prophetic Well to God. I and my Father are one is the consciousness required to draw the things you desire from your prophetic well. AFFIRMATION I am one with the Father. The real me is spirit. I have expanded my mind beyond the level of poverty and lack. Now, there are only rich and wealthy thoughts in my mind. Today, I take control of my mind by meditating on Truth day and night. My prophetic well is overflowing with God, the Good, the Omnipotent. 277
