1 PROPHECIES - AUSTRALIA DAY FROM THE CENTRE FOR INTERNATIONAL RECONCILIATION & PEACE Australia Day (Sun service after) : Barbara Miller -Many times when we were in our church in Andrejic Arcade and when we were in our Clare Street church, I saw angels ascending and descending on a stairway or ladder to heaven similar to when Jacob was at Bethel and he dedicated that place to the Lord. I know others of you have seen angels in this place since we ve been here (Sheridan St), and I ve seen them at the door, lighting up the door, to invite people in. I haven t seen them this morning. I actually asked Him for an Australia Day word as in the years past the Lord has often given me a word for the nation on Australia Day. And what I saw this morning was a map of Australia and in the middle was a light, and that light shone very, very brightly with sparks going out from it, all over the nation. As I continued to watch it that outline of Australia got smaller and smaller and that light got bigger and bigger, until it took up almost the whole of Australia, and those sparks were going out all over the nations. I really believe that the Lord was saying that He s going to use the Uluru conference; that s going to be a light to this nation, and it s going to grow and grow, and Australia itself will be a light to the nations, and I just think that s an awesome thing. And I believe the Lord would say, Australia I have you marked out for such a time as this. It is indeed your time. In the year of 2005 you are going to see revival fires right around this nation for I purpose to do it, says the Lord. No man will stop Me from doing it. It is your time. It is your time Australia. This is your year, your year of visitation. I purpose to do it, I will do it, none shall stop Me, says the Lord. But says the Lord I will use My faithful remnant in this day, those who are pure of heart and clean of hands. I would use you in this day to light that fire, to be that light, for surely says the Lord, My light will shine upon this nation of Australia. My light will shine in such a way that all the nations will see it, and they will come to the light, for that light is Me. says the Lord. And once I show My light, and once I start My fire in this nation; none shall quench the fire; none shall put out the light; and it will be sustained. says the Lord. Revivals have come and revivals have gone, but this one, it shall come and it will remain, it will stay. And the Lord says I will send missionaries from the shores of this land, even from among the indigenous people to the four corners of the earth, for your time has come; your time has come for your spiritual custodianship of this land to be recognized; your time has come for Me to release to you your inheritance. Your time has come for Me to release you to this nation of Australia and to the nations of the world, for I would surely call you as torch-bearers, as flame-bearers to this nation, and to the nations. For I have said it, says the Lord, and I will surely do it and none shall stop me. says the Lord. Even the vain of heart, even the feint of heart, even those who will not believe, those who rant and rave against Me will not stop Me, says the Lord, for this is My time of visitation to you Australia. I will do it. I will surely do it. And I will even use those assembled in this place today, as I will use the remnant of My church in this nation, for I purposed to do it, says the Lord, and so be it. Thank you, Lord, Amen. Isaiah 60 came to my mind and Isaiah 61 came to Norman. Judy Miller - What I saw today was on that 2 nd last song we were singing Open the eyes of my heart I want to see Jesus, I saw Jesus descend. He was actually standing up there at the back of the hall there. He was above the table He wasn t standing on the ground. He was in the air. He was larger than a man. He was standing there with His white robe, and He was just looking over us. Then when we started singing The gate of heaven and surely the Lord is in this place, He stood there, and when we sang and surely there are angels in this place, I saw all these angels surrounding His feet, and they were on their knees like Norman, and they had their heads lower and their wings were up, so it was just beautiful, they were just around Him, worshipping Him and He was just standing there. Australia Day word was on Jewish-Gentile Reconciliation and is not included. However, this word is - Sun 14/3/04 Barbara Miller - This is probably a fairly unusual word the Lord has given to me this morning. As we were praising and worshipping, what was coming to me is that it s amazing that in this nation at the moment we have 3 Daniels that the Lord is working through. Now 2 of those are Daniel Scot and Daniel Nalliah, who some of you have been praying for. And you will know that there is a court case against them by the Islamic Council of Victoria under the new Racial and Religious Vilification Act that is being tested. The other one, Daniel Shayesteh is going to be traveling around Australia, as Norman mentioned earlier, in the next 2 or 3 years with the Australian Prayer Network trying to alert the nation to the issues raised by Islam. And I was saying, Oh Lord! 3 Daniels! And the Lord just quickened to my spirit that it is the time! We re about to see the time very soon that the seal on the Book of Daniel will be opened. And I think that s amazing! And I was saying, Lord are you sure this is just not me? But I do believe this is something the Lord was saying. So, have a look at Daniel 12:9. Remember that Daniel received an angelic visitation that showed him what was going to happen in the end of times? This is what the angel said to Daniel: Go your way Daniel, because the words are closed up and sealed until the time of the end. Many will be purified, made spotless and refined. But the wicked will continue to be wicked. None of the wicked will understand, but those who are wise will understand. From the time that the daily sacrifice is abolished and the abomination that causes desolation is 1

2 set up there will be 1290 days. Blessed is the one who waits for and reaches the end of the 1335 days. As for you, go your way till the end and you will rest and at the end of the days you will rise to receive your allotted inheritance. I believe that the Lord is saying that we are seeing the time of that seal being broken and the revelation given to Daniel at that time, being opened up. With what the 3 Daniels are doing in Australia, I believe the Lord has put a strong commission upon each of them. That they will in fact be involved also in the opening up of that kind of revelation. And as I was continuing to wait upon the Lord, I said, Isn t Daniel the one who understood from Scripture when there was another time that you were in fact fulfilling, and he prayed for that to be fulfilled? And the Lord said, Yes! So, you ll find that here in Daniel 9:1-3: In the first year of Darius, son of Xerxes (a Mede by descent), who was made ruler over the Babylonian kingdom in the first year of his reign, I, Daniel, understood from the Scriptures, [That s what I m doing right now!] According to the word of the Lord given to Jeremiah the prophet [So I ve been reading the word of Daniel the prophet] that the desolation of Jerusalem would last 70 years. So, I turned to the Lord God and pleaded with him in prayer and petition, and fasting, and in sackcloth and ashes. I prayed to the Lord my God and confessed And what happens there, it s a beautiful prayer of identificational repentance, where Daniel stands in for the sin of the nation and we know that he spent a long time in prayer and fasting before the answer came. And we see that over here in verse 20-23: While I was speaking and praying, confessing my sin and the sin of my people Israel and making my request to the Lord my God for his holy hill while I was still in prayer, Gabriel, the man I had seen in the earlier vision, came to me, in swift flight about the time of the evening sacrifice. He instructed me and said to me, Daniel, I have now come to give you insight and understanding. As soon as you began to pray an answer was given, which I have come to tell you, for you are highly esteemed. Therefore, consider the message and understand the vision. Now he goes on to talk about that. And we know that if we look down here to Daniel10: 12-14, we see the reason why it took a while for that answer to come because there was a struggle in heavenly places. Then he continued, Do not be afraid, Daniel. Since the first day that you set your mind to gain understanding and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard, and I have come in response to them. But the prince of the Persian kingdom resisted me 21 days. Then Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me, because I was detained there with the king of Persia. Now I have come to explain to you what will happen to your people in the future, for the vision concerns a time yet to come. And so there he goes on to give the revelation except for that bit that was closed up for a future time, which I believe the Lord is saying is now. And I think for us this is a call to pray. Because just as Daniel recognized from Scripture the time from the prophecy of Jeremiah. He said, Wow! The 70 years is up! The time is NOW! He didn t just say, Oh well Lord, you re going to do it, I can sit back and relax! No! He went into prayer and fasting. He said, Lord, your Word through Jeremiah says! This is the time for the liberation of your people that you have set forth. The answer came straight away from the Lord, because Daniel was a man of prayer and fasting. But there was a struggle in heavenly places between good angels and bad angels (very high-level angels. Very high-level angels!) for 21 days until that answer came through. But, we need to continue to pray because some of us have been praying prayers that have already been answered. Already been answered. Some of you don t know that your prayers have already been answered. Prayers for your families. Prayers for this city. Prayers for this nation. Even prayers for Israel. God has answered those prayers, but there is still a struggle going on in heavenly places, before you will see the physical result of that answer. So, do not give up! Continue to pray until you can see the physical manifestation of that prayer. And I believe that the Lord is saying to us this morning that He s giving us the charge, that just as Daniel prayed for the prophecy of Jeremiah to come true, we need to pray now for the opening of the books that was promised to Daniel. We need to pray that the revelation that was sealed until the end of time is opened in God s timing. That it is the time for the opening of that revelation. So that is a prayer challenge for us here. And probably I need to pray about how practically you can do that so that you don t get on too high a level of spiritual warfare when you pray. You need to pray at a level that you re comfortable with. Even if you just say, Lord what You say in Daniel 12:9, Lord, we just ask that you will fulfill your Word. Just a simple prayer like that. Lord, we believe your Word. We ask You to fulfill your Word! We can all do that! And as I was praying and thinking about the Prince of Persia, here, what the Lord also quickened to me was that Daniel Shayesteh, who s going to be traveling around Australia is actually from Iran. The ancient name for Iran is Persia. So, I believe that the Lord has also sent us a Christian of Persian decent to this nation, because the Prince of Persia is operating over this nation. And there s going to be a spiritual battle going on over the next 3 years, as the Australian Prayer Network moves through the nation and we need to support them in that, as they go through the nation and open people s eyes to what God wants to do in these last days. 2

3 Daniel Scot, one of the ones fighting the court case in Victoria is actually from Pakistan, and I think Danny Nalliah is from Sri Lanka. But I believe that God is using them as well. And the Islamic people are saying that they have a claim to Australia before Christianity even came here, because of the Afghan camel handlers that were in the heart of this nation. So, we really need to be aware of the strategies of the evil angels, and we need to be aware of what God is putting in place to deal with that and what the Lord s strategies are, so that we can pray with that. But I believe this is a very significant word from the Lord this morning and He wouldn t reveal it to us, unless we were going to be involved somehow in its fulfillment. But certainly, pray because God s doing exciting things in these times. Praise the Lord! NB This is a word with some context with it for listeners in our church service. It is transcribed from a tape. Australia Day Word 26/1/03 Barbara Miller - I really believe the Lord wants to lead us into a deeper level of intimacy with Him. It is also Australia Day and He wants to move this whole nation, not just to a deeper level of intimacy with Him but also even to turn away from its present attitude and turn toward Him. The Lord showed me a red desert and there was a cart on it but the horses were drawing the cart backwards and I believe that the Lord is saying this nation is going backwards. Now that is a very serious word. We really need to pray that our nation be turned around and go in the right direction, godly direction. I was getting the words spiritual bankruptcy and spiritual poverty at the heart of the nation and even a rottenness at the heart of our nation, and then the Lord showed me like a forest of trees and the tops of the trees were chopped off and I felt the Lord was saying that whatever raises its head in a lofty way against Him that He will chop that off. So that is quite a serious word for our nation. We really need to pray that the Lord would turn it around so that even the trees bow to Him. Dear Heavenly Father I thank You for that word and Lord I pray that you would have mercy upon our nation. Lord I pray that you would turn us around, turn us from following after evil things O Lord and turn us toward you as a nation we pray. Lord I want to stand in the gap and repent for our nation this morning. I am sure there are others here this morning that want to stand in the gap too, Lord and repent for our nation. Lord we ask that our nation return to You. We ask that our nation would bow the knee to You and Lord we pray that we would not raise up other things, Lord, against You and that we would not worship other things, lofty ideas or whatever Lord, but we would worship You. Lord we pray that if it would be possible, Lord, that you would stay your hand against this nation. We pray Lord that this nation would turn around and turn towards you before it is too late. Lord You said in Isaiah can a nation be born-again in a day? Lord we know it can, we have seen on the Transformation Videos where you have turned around far more difficult situations that what we have in this nation of Australia and you have turned them round, Lord, and brought revival to that nation. And Lord we pray that you would do that in this nation of Australia, that you would turn us around. Lord I pray that it would not be too late, Lord, that there would be a spirit of repentance to sweep the nation and turn this nation around back to you Lord before it is too late and You have to execute your judgment against this nation. Lord we pray for mercy for this nation. Lord we pray that tears of your intercessors would be shed more and more for this nation that you would turn this nation around. Thank you, Lord. For I believe the Lord would say this day I have set My heart upon this nation even to topple governments, even to topple those things that raise their ugly heads against Me. I have set My heart to bring down these things that oppose Me in this nation, says the Lord. I have set My heart to do it. If there are enough people crying out to Me for this nation then I will hear that cry, but there are not enough cries of My people for this for this nation says the Lord. I am searching for those who would stand in the gap. I am searching, I am searching, says the Lord, for those who would stand in the gap for this nation for it is an abomination to Me. It is an abomination says the Lord. I can hardly bear to look at it so turn around, turn around before it is too late, says the Lord, for My hand of judgment will sweep across this nation. Turn to Me as a nation says the Lord. You My people must take the responsibility, take it says the Lord, I have given it to you. My word says it, if My people will humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways then I will hear from heaven and I will heal the land. Turn from your wicked ways My church in this nation of Australia, turn from your wicked ways and the nation will turn around. I will turn this whole nation around if you, My people, will only turn around. I have spoken says the Lord and I will perform it. Thank you, Lord. Australia Day Word 27/1/02 Cairns Barbara Miller- I saw twine, woven like platted hair. I believe what the Lord was saying is that a three-fold cord is not easily broken. When our relationship with the Lord is right, whatever relationships we have with other people on earth are right also and a three-fold cord is not easily broken. This cord was not just on its own in the air but it was actually around a wheel and you know if you take the tyre off a wheel, there's a gap in that space and that's here the cord was. I was asking the Lord what the meaning of it was. I also saw something like a bike chain and I got the word "axle" as well. So, I haven't got the full meaning of it. I was waiting on the Lord for an interpretation but our praise and worship just took off and I needed to enter into that. So, I need to continue to pray for an interpretation of that. But I believe as a prophetic church, the Lord would like us to give a word over this nation of Australia for Australia Day: 3

4 The Lord would say - If this nation of Australia is yoked to Me, if this nation of Australia is tied to Me, then you will not go down. You will not sink but you will rise and you will show My glory for I want to present you as a royal diadem in My hand to the Father. Yoke yourself to Me says the Lord for My yoke is easy and My burden is light and yes, a 3-fold cord is not easily broken. If the people of this nation link themselves to Me, tie themselves to Me, yoke themselves to Me says the Lord then this nation will be strong and it will not be broken. For there are those that are seeking to break the back of this nation. There are those who are seeking to drain the energy and the good from this nation. There are those who would take this nation down so that it would sink into the sea. But says the Lord I have a plan and a purpose for this nation of Australia and I would raise it up says the Lord. I would raise it up. Even in these last days when I come and those who are mine will be raised up to meet Me in the heavenlies, I plan and purpose for this nation to be raised up and meet Me in heavenly places says the Lord. Even now, even in this day. That is My plan and purpose for this nation says the Lord. So, heed the word this day, pray for this nation. Hold this nation up to Me in prayer for I would present it to the Father as a royal diadem. Yoke yourself to Me and to no other god. I think these 2 words and the dream need to be taken together. Word 21/1/01 Cairns Barbara Miller - On 21 January in our Sunday morning service I had a vision of the Sydney Opera House. Then I saw a very large (giant) ear of corn. I prayed as we continued to worship about the meaning of the vision and the Lord reminded me of the very large vegetables and fruit in Almolonga and He quickened to my spirit that the revival in Australia will be similar to the revival in Guatemala. I got the impression that it would be a similar anointing and similarly transforming and that the harvest is ready. I then remembered that Harold Caballeros would be in Sydney soon and I believe there is a connection between my vision and his visit. I also had a sense that, as corn needs to burst forth from the ground, break forth and breakthrough, we need to break forth and burst forth and breakthrough into revival. Australia Day Word 28/1/01 Cairns Barbara Miller- I had another vision in our service Sunday morning which relates to Sydney and Australia. First, I saw a chain and then an anchor on the end of it. Then I saw a boat with the British flag anchoring in Sydney Cove and realized it represented Capt Arthur Phillip's landing in Sydney in 1788 (what we now call Australia Day). Of course, this was the Australia Day weekend I prayed about what it meant and this is what I received: From this day forward, I take possession of this land of Australia. From this day forward, it is My name that covers this land of Australia. From this day forward, it is My banner, My flag that will be raised over the nation of Australia and no other god has possession of this land but Me and no other god has authority in this land but Me. I will take this land, says the Lord. It is My inheritance. I have birthed this land. I love this land. I will redeem the land to Myself. I will shake off all those things that have been an encumbrance and a hindrance to this nation, all those things that have dragged you down, all those things that have put shame upon you and removed My glory from you. But says the Lord, this day I take it back. I m taking the nation of Australia back to Myself says the Lord. I take it back. This is My inheritance and I take it back, says the Lord. I shared with our church on Jan 28 that, while praying what to share that week, the vision of the Sydney Opera House and the giant ear of corn kept coming back to me and the Lord reminded me of various connections in the spirit He was making. Dream 28/1/01 Cairns Barbara - I had a dream about 3.30am Sunday Jan 28. I was in a church and something must have happened because there was a group of people in a circle and other people with them getting their relationships right, talking about how they d felt hurt over things. This was on the left-hand side. On the right side there was a huge green snake-like a pottery vase. Just as in the story of the genie in the lamp, there was a woman pastor in the snake-like pottery vase. She d used some ritual to do it. There was another pastor near the snake and I said, Where is she? He said she d put herself in the vase and something about New Age. I shouted, commanding her to come out. I was getting angry and ready to hit the vase. It looked as if it was going to come alive. That s when Norman woke me up because of my movement and noises. I wondered why it was a green snake because the snake over this nation is a rainbow colour. Green can stand for greed. When Norman and I were invited to speak at the Intercessors for Zimbabwe conference on Reconciliation last August, the Lord did not allow me to speak on reconciliation until I d spoken on spiritual warfare and we d led the people through some breaking of covenants with false gods and recovenanting to the Lord. I shared on coming out of Babylon, idolatry mostly for black Africans and mammon, mostly for white Africans. I shared on rebuilding an altar and that s what the pastors did. I sensed that the green snake represented what black and white Australians have done together in this country re false worship. Green snakes can be tree snakes so I thought of the tree of life in the Garden of Eden and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Before I went back to sleep, I asked the Lord the meaning of the dream. He said, Australia is in the belly of the snake. This dream was located in the middle of the church and so it appears the snake is in the church and also New Age is in the church. 4

5 (The Lord gave Norman and I a prayer assignment to go to Sydney Harbour Bridge and pray to break off what had been done by the rainbow serpent being flashed over the bridge in fireworks on New Years Eve. The timing was to be early in the morning of the day the Australian Prayer Network was to hold its Sydney Belongs to Jesus night of worship coinciding with the Sydney Gay Mardi Gras. Some Sydney intercessors joined us.) Word Feb 2000 Out There Conference, Brisbane (just after Australia Day) Barbara Miller - Basically what the Lord gave me was a picture of an outline of Australia, you know as you see a map of Australia, and in the center of it, coming out of Ayers Rock it was like a column or tower rising up and at the time it was like a white woman rising out of the rock and I said Lord this is strange because this is a sacred site for Aboriginal people and I said Lord what is the interpretation of this and the words that He gave me were Out of the Ancient womb comes the 21 st century church because we were entering the 21 st century and as I continued to pray for an interpretation of that basically what the Lord was saying to me was two things the ancient roots of the church are really in Israel that is where the womb of the church is but also, that there is a special connection with this land of Australia and the ancient people of this land, the Aboriginal people and Israel. It also seems Aboriginal Christians will birth something significant for the 21 st century church in Australia. There is probably more to it than that, but that was the essence of what the Lord gave me at the time. Australia Day 1997 Cairns On Australia Day 1997 at our church service, the Lord led Norman to pray with the church over Australia and every state, one by one and make a prophetic declaration of salvation over it. In prayer before the service, the Lord showed Barbara that Australia was like a crippled woman with a walking stick and needed our healing prayer. He gave her 2 Chron 7:14 to pray. In prayer, we stamped the name of Jesus Christ across our nation and across Ayers Rock, or Uluru the centre. This is the prophetic declaration Norman Miller made: A word from the Lord for every nation. God will declare for this nation of Australia that His Spirit will move from this nation of Australia to the uttermost parts of the world for the Spirit of God is moving. For the Lord would say salvation is today throughout this nation of Australia. The Lord will declare salvation for this state of Queensland. We speak forth the salvation of Australia. We speak forth the salvation of Western Australia and South Australia. We speak forth the salvation of the Northern Territory. We speak forth salvation in the name of Jesus Christ in the states of Victoria, New South Wales and Tasmania. A mighty move of the Spirit, God s Spirit. That we will see this nation change. We will see many, many in this nation of Australia speak with power over this nation of Australia. But it is the day of the Lord. Salvation is to be found in Jesus Christ. For we declare for this nation of Australia that Jesus Christ is Lord over this nation. That Jesus Christ is Lord of all the nations. We declare the name of Jesus throughout the Aboriginal communities. We declare the Lord Jesus gave us the promise of the Counsellor, the Holy Spirit. Holy Spirit you are welcome in this place. Holy Spirit you are welcome in the nation of Australia. Holy spirit you are welcome in the Aboriginal communities of Australia. Holy Spirit you are welcome to the nations, to the nations, to the nations. Salvation belongs to our God. We declare it now that this is the time of salvation. Australia Day 1996 Brisbane On Australia Day 1996, Norman and Barbara were invited by Rev Jim Nightingale to sing and speak respectively at an Australia Day event in Brisbane organized by the House of Prayer for all Nations. Barbara prophesied after reading Ezekiel 37 to the dry bones of Aboriginal people that life and breath would enter them and they would rise up as a mighty army of the Lord. There was a sense of hopelessness and a spirit of death over them. Barbara prophesied to the breath to come from the four winds so that those that were dead in the spirit could come to spiritual life. She also prophesied a spirit of Joseph over the Aboriginal people of Australia that they would rise up and take their rightful spiritual authority and rulership in the land and that they would be able to forgive their brothers like Joseph and say you intended to harm me but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives.
