1 A Vision of France on Fire 2005 First of all we want to say, that we both love France. It s a very special Nation in the Heart of the Father, but as well in our hearts. On my side I often remember when I was a young boy, going with my parents and brothers and sister to meet our relatives, means uncle and aunt, and all the cousins in the Alsace. We always had a great time, lots of wonderful time of fellowship, excellent food, banquets that went for 2 or 3 hours and everybody was always happy. It was a totally different world which we all loved. Recently my wife discovered her French roots; she discovered to her great surprise that on her Mother s side she is a descendent of a very well known Huguenot Family, the Bondurant s who are originally from a little town called Génolhac in the Cevennes. Knowing this has even increased our love for France and the French people. We both believe that the Lord is about to do something great in France, something special for France and the Body of Christ worldwide. It is for this reason we want to share the following Vision with you. It was just a few weeks after we got married and as we came back to North Carolina from Texas, visiting Family and preaching one weekend at a friend s place that we drove from west to east through Tennessee. My wife Charle had been driving for a couple hours and was now resting beside me on the co-driver s seat. She covered her head to keep out the sun while trying to catch some sleep, all of a sudden she began to shake, the Holy Spirit had fallen on her and all of a sudden she was in an open Vision. Her head was shaking like crazy and she saw a map of France, she saw how Heaven opened and Revival Fire was falling, beginning in the South going up, on the east and west side and finally covering all France. And one thing was very clear, this was Revival Fire! Dear Friends, yes the Holy Spirit has different Fires, for example Isaiah 4:4 talks about the fire of burning (Revival) and the Fire of Judgment. These are two different things and both are very important. A couple of days later we arrived in Tennessee and had a chance to watch the news, France is on fire! We just saw the pictures of France being in a difficult situation, thousands of young people in the streets, burning cars. And the Headline was France on Fire. We knew this was rather a taste or a warning of the fire of Judgment, but what was shown to us was exactly what the Headlines said, France on Fire, with the clear distinction: the Fire of Revival covering France, confirmation of our Vision! The Lord did not give us any indication about its timing, so we don t know how long it will go and what it will take until this breakthrough Revival will come! But the reason we share this Vision with you is to encourage all of you in France who believe and pray for Revival that Yes it will come! For me this Vision reminds me very much on what happened more than 2000 years ago on Mount Carmel. So let s go over for a moment to Israel s History. 1

2 Israel already had an amazing History with God when the time of Elijah came. He had brought Israel out of Egypt, with His mighty outstretched arm and led them into the Promised Land, using Moses and Joshua of Old. After a time of many wars and for which He had each time raised up a great Judge, God gave Israel several great Prophets, beginning with Samuel, and Nathan to mention a few and gave Israel many great Kings, David, Salomon and many more. But with the time Israel began to walk away from God, even at the heights of their time of blessing they began to reject God s Laws and went after Pagan God s and all of a sudden they had a very ungodly King and an a foreign Queen even more evil Jezebel. They developed strategies either how to silence or how to kill the godly people in the Land and to do away with all the prophets. They began to sacrifice their children to the foreign Gods and had male and female prostitutes in the Temple. But it is awesome to see, that even at this point of History, the Lord did not simply led Israel go, but He prepared a prophet called Elijah, a men from the Mountains of Gad. He had to hide him for many years in the desert, and even outside the country in Zarephat. In Israel everything went increasingly worse; the Laws went from twisted to crooked. At a certain moment, when most probably no human in Israel had faith that a turnaround would or even could happen, even so there were 7000 who did not bow their knees to baal, it doesn t mean that these 7000 believed in a great turnaround. But exactly at these moments when everything seemed to be dead and impossible, like that early morning on the first day of the week, you know after Jesus was dead for three days and three nights are the moments God likes, because if something happen, then it is truly Him, no human, neither King nor Prophet can take credit for it. If in such desperate times a turnaround comes, everybody will know, that this is truly and only God! And so it was, it was time for God s all of a sudden, when nobody had faith anymore to step in, He brings the long hidden prophet Elijah to the National scène. Israel was gathered by the King and God demonstrated in the most awesome way, that He is God; He demonstrated it with Fire, because God is not flesh and blood, but a consuming Fire! And from that point on a great Revival swept through Israel, and literally Thousands came to the Lord. I believe there is a lot of similarity between Israel s History and France s. France as well has a very long History, a History, where the Lord intervened and made Kings and people love Him, bow to Him and serve Him from all their hearts. That s why the Church in France has a very peculiar position in the Body of Christ. She is often called the older Daughter of the church! Through the centuries France had many good Kings and many great and godly Church fathers who truly loved the Lord. We only know portions of this great History; we simply know it is huge. Recently visiting the City of Reims in France, we got to know another portion of this great History. We stood at the very place where King Clovis got Baptized together with his 3000 soldiers and we saw the place where most of the French Kings where Coronated and dedicated to the service to God, very similar to the Kings of Israel, David and Solomon and their 2

3 successors. And I believe for many centuries France was one of the most blessed Countries in Europe, because of its walk with God. But in recent centuries France was a Nation who became all of a sudden, very rebellious, and champion in humanistic thinking, and so unbelief grew incredibly quick and France began to walk away from the Lord, and to the sins of its BC days, increased and grown in a way, nobody would even think about some decades ago. (BC = before Christ) But dear friends this is not the end. Before the return of the Lord, He has something reserved for France and most probably it is to reward all those saints who prayed so fervently for France, in particular during the time of the great outpouring of His Spirit in the Cevennes at the end of the 16 th century, where thousands died in the Lord for the cause of Christ and they had forgiven their molesters like Stephen did and the thousands who had prayed over the years, like Mary Durant who had prayed 39 years in the Tour of Constance that one day the Lord will once more Visit France, these prayers are not forgotten but stored up in a huge bowl before the throne of God and will be answered before His Glorious Return. I don t know what has to happen and how long it will take, nor how far the Lord will let it go. You know to be honest, sometimes the Lord loves to wait until nobody believes it anymore like in the story of Elijah, until everybody says, now is too late, Everything is lost, now it s impossible, the antichrist system has gone so far and the laws are changed to the point and there is no way back. This is the Hour the Lord loves to move, this are the moments of God s suddenly s and I would not be surprised if that s how it will be in France. Dear Friends, at the moment the antichrist system is pushing its ungodliness like crazy and people bow to it, nothing says, they cannot undo some of these laws! All those who go too far right now will have to return again, because the Lord has not spoken His last word yet, before His return, but it may require a couple of crisis and a clear voice/word spoken by the Lord! Dear Brothers and Sisters in France we write you this message to encourage you to persevere, to strengthen your arms and keep worshiping and believing God, that He is about to move in a MIGHTY WAY! Keep preparing and digging the trenches, because once the Revival Fire falls, every drop will be used for purposes and in order to do so, the trenches will need to be in place, even more so every altar of sacrifice (24/7 h prayer), has to be ready so the Fire can be channeled rightfully to touch every area and change it through and through! I believe the message of this Book is written in a very special way for you, maybe even more so then for our friends in America or in other Nations, because there is something very special which I only can see today. Even before we received the message of this Book during our stay in Tennessee, we received the Vision for France on Fire and some months later after we came back to Tennessee the Lord gave us the Message of this Book and restoring the History of the outpouring of the Second Great Awakening, which was even in the Body of Christ in America to most people forgotten, but today it looks like He was already pointing for which country He 3

4 has intended this Message! And then something caught my eye; isn t it interesting, that one of the main places where the Second Great Awakening took place was called Bourbon County! When I began to ponder on these different facts, the Vision France on Fire, the Awakening in Bourbon County etc I suddenly felt the Holy Spirit moving and it was like He is saying: I am resurrecting the Anointing of this Second Great Awakening from Bourbon County, because it was a first-fruit of what I will do in France, in Bourbon Country! I will once again open the floodgates in France like they have never seen it before. I will once again break down all the demonic altars and covenants they (the Bourbon Kings and their successors) have established like I did on Mount Carmel through Elijah and wash them away with my precious Blood and release my Spirit like they have never seen! This outpouring of God s Spirit will not be something like a sweet Midsummer-rain or the refreshing flow of a little brook, pictures to describe the Toronto Renewal, no once the bowls of prayer for France s Revival are full and overflowing it will be rather like described in Revelation 8:3-5: Then another angel, having a golden censer, came and stood at the altar. He was given much incense that he should offer it with the prayers of all the saints upon the golden altar which was before the throne. And the smoke of the incense, with the prayers of the saints, ascended before God from the angel s hand. Then the angel took the censer, filled it with fire from the altar, and threw it to the earth. And there were noises, thunderings, lightnings, and an earthquake. I would like to say France prepare yourself, prepare yourself! Time is coming where you will have to tie the preachers to the trees, otherwise they will not be able to stand in the Glory and preach when the Anointing is flowing. France prepare, to cut down trees and lay them along the Rivers, in order that when the waves of Fire will flow and people will fall like the sheaves in the Harvest and role under the power of the Holy Ghost, so they will not drown, when they will drop and roll close to the Rivers! Not to talk about Church services some will go for 24 hours because the Presence, the Power and the Glory of God will be so strong and nobody wants to leave, because one day in His Presence is better than a thousand years outside the door! And one thing which will be peculiar in this Revival, you know every Revival is different of each other, in every Revival the Lord is focusing on restoring certain gifts or certain truths. One of the peculiar things in this French Revival will be that the Lord will rise up and bring to its fullness the prophetic Ministry, as He began to do in the first Revival in the Cevennes in 1685 and the years following! You know the Lord has blessed many countries with prophets, but the one He is raising from France will be the real and special kind. Very much like Burgundy or Bordeaux Wine is most excellent compared to wine from other Nations and particular to France in the same way true Prophets and true prophetic Ministry will be raised up and will be unique to this French Revival, and they will go forth and be a great blessing in many Nations, as much as in France itself. 4

5 France prepare yourself, because God s hour is about to come and it will shake the Government in a way which is beyond your imagination. Yes for a short time France as a Nation will come back to God and allow everything He wants to be done to be done and it will be enough, for His Harvest to come in and for everything the Lord ever has foretold to come to pass! And I want to tell you. It is necessary that you use the time which is left before this outpouring comes, that you prepare! It is a very important time of cleansing, digging trenches and building the Altars of Prayer! It s a time I m reminding of a prophetic word, which was given during the time of Renewal in the nineties. It was a man who saw in a Vision a millstone going over France and all the wheat was crushed to very fine and most excellent flower. And all of a sudden a wind came and took the flower and brought it to the east, and where ever this flower touched the ground, instantly Harvest fields came forth. Dear friends, first of all, there is still so much unbelief, middle age religion, and uncleanness in the Body of Christ, this has to go! That s one of the things which needs to be done before the Revival comes and that s why the Heavenly Father in His infinite wisdom allows this Millstone to role through the Land! But when this Revival will come forth, all those who were crushed (circumcised in their hearts and minds) and discipled, and established in the service to our Lord Jesus the Messiah, the flow of this outpouring will empower them and take them to many Nations in a way beyond their imaginations. Reminding me the story of Elisha, when he was called by his students, because they had made some stew, but the stew was bitter. Dear friends there are many Nations and churches around the world, where the food is not good, but bitter or even worse, and the Lord says, just give me some of this French flower, first class flower pure and white, I will sprinkle it on it and all will be well, in the East of Europe, in Russia, Asia, Middle East, Siberia, Africa, America, and Israel everywhere, the Lord will use many of this French prophets to turn many difficult situations around because of how sharp they are to listen to His Voice and not afraid to tell what is wrong and what to do, Revelations from the greatest measure of God s mercy to the most difficult measure of His judgment, they will not be afraid to speak it out and pray until a breakthrough is found! Like in Israel of Old, the most powerful Prophets where not prepared and used by God through the great time of King David or Solomon, nothing against the ones in those days, Samuel and Nathan where for sure great men of God, but it was in those difficult days of King Ahab and Jezebel, where the Lord brought forth one of the mightiest Prophets of all the time, Elijah who by the way himself will very soon return to the earth to fulfill His mandate! In the very same way, this is the Hour for the French prophets to be prepared and to arise, in the Hour of great turmoil, persecution and spiritual falling away to be trained and prepared to have supernatural faith for any kind of situation, powerful in Spirit and full of the Favor of God and men, to be used in this mighty Revival which is to come and to touch France and the Nations, like they have never seen it before! And because this Revival carries that mark of the Prophetic Mantle being restored, one of the Revelations which is needed and which will come forth will be a fresh Revelation of the Horses 5

6 given in the Bible. We hope and pray that what we wrote in this Book will help you to do so, to break away from the classical Middle Age thinking that the Horses in the Book of Revelation are Evil, a lie which cripples the Body of Christ even until today! Nothing in the Bible indicates this! But of course Middle Age Bishops who had some faith in Jesus, but where bound to a religious and hard system, and had to cover up the sin of some of the most ungodly Kings, Queens and other Government officials were unable to see clear! If they had a hard time to believe in the most essential foundations of faith, how could they have any clear understanding of prophetic things? Especially because most of them where never filled and empowered by the Holy Ghost like it is again available and common for every believer today, but in many cases where rather involved in some very evil and immoral schemes. Those people could never acknowledge that these Horses are sent by our Lord Jesus and even more so in the favor of the saints, neither acknowledge that they are even released which they where many times through the past 2000 years, because if this would be true then they most probably would be the first ones who would be in trouble and in fact they were and are even today! But today is a new day and it is time to break away from Middle Age Bible interpretation, because once you are Baptized with the Holy Ghost and Fire, which I hope and pray is the case for you and all of us today, who are hungry and thirsty after our Lord and the move of His Spirit we can see so many things much more clear then they saw it centuries ago, that s why the Lord is preparing an End time Revival and a 3 rd Reformation, to straighten out so many things, which we need to know and walk in it today and Praise the Lord it is on the way to come! Yes it is clear for everything the Lord does there is a counterfeit from hell. Yes I believe that when one third of the Angels fell before the creation of men, (not in between the Old and New Testament), there were also one third of the Angels or Horses who fell. But this has nothing to do with the Horses in the Book of Revelation! To give you here one clue, one of its famous examples who fell is called the unicorn, yes this is more than a myth or an idea of children s books, it is a highly demonic Horse related to the antichrist spirit, in particular to the false Prophet and expressing the spirit of Inquisition. And I believe there are many more in the world of darkness, but less known but very powerful, and among what the Bible called principalities and powers of darkness. Nothing indicates that since the Book of Zechariah was written, the meaning of the Horses has changed. The principle established in those days, that with each Horse there is an anointing connected to it is still valid! Each color indicating an anointing or Ministry is still valid. And third that the Revelation of these Horses will be powerful and necessary to get the break through is in the same way true today than in the days of Prophet Elijah, Elisha, Zechariah and Apostle John! May the Lord give you the grace to grasp it and walk in it! I believe the Fiery Horses and Chariots of Israel will soon be very famous in France; even more so as they were in Israel of Old, because much more is given in the New Covenant than it was in the Old! 6

7 What we wrote in this Book is not the end of the Story of Revival, the Glory or of the Horses, but simply written to open you the door to walk in these different anointings described, and we pray God s Grace will enable you to ride these Horses, the ones the Lord has or will give to you and to do great exploits in Jesus Mighty Name! Remember, time is short until He Returns and the End is near please don t forget! So get your running shoes on and fly with Jesus and finish your race! We are both looking forward to receiving your reports; we bless you, in Jesus Name receive this Flame of LivingFire and bring Him Glory, in Jesus Name!
