All the responsible leaders and moderators are requested to conduct their weekly programs according to this agenda. Zone executive committee members and the Chapters shepherd brothers & sisters are requested to assist the sub-chapter brothers and sisters to follow the central guidelines. May Allah (SWT) help us to implement this agenda. 3 Some Guidelines to Implement the Weekly Program Perfectly: To be done prior to the beginning of year: Sub-chapters will read the agenda very thoroughly and will consult with the higher personnel of the constitution in case they have any question(s). To be done prior to the beginning of each month: Schedules of all the four programs (with reference) of upcoming month should be available to all the workers at the last meeting (Associate Member Meeting) of the month and responsibilities should be distributed to the associate members properly. For example, it needs to be fixed who will lead the darse Quran, who will produce the lead Hadith, who will lead the Ta leem etc. The shepherd will address the need of a tour if needed and will request for it in the upcoming shepherd meeting. To be done on the day of program: First week of the month: Group dawah or Dawah meeting: Group Dawah: Group dawah according to MUNA Methodology: "A good example of dawah activity is group wise contact. A group may be formed by more than one person. This group will have one leader. One specified person will talk on behalf of the group. Others will have the Dzikr of Allah (remembering Allah). If it is possible, it is recommended to keep Islam related primary books and other published materials as much as possible. It has to be kept in mind that we should be involved in any dispute with anybody. Note that, more than one group can be formed based on available people. All the manpower need to meet at a particular place and will decide about the plan of action for dawah activity. Then they will execute the dawah activity according to their planning and proper methodology. Group Meeting: All workers will try their best to bring the supporters of their own target. This effort can be given by personal contact, telephonic conversation or by a ride. Note that, the contact before the meeting is very effective and fruitful. Second week of the month: A person needs to be selected for proper recitation of Al-Quran, who will lead Quran recitation with "Tajweed" and meaning. Third week of the month: The leader of the "collective reading" will make some homework by taking note on the book to be read so the he/she can summarize whole subject matter in front of the listeners. In the event of "collective reading", generally a part of the book is read so that the associate members get inspired to read the whole book. So, sub chapter should make the best effort to supply enough copies to its manpower so that everybody can read the whole book. Fourth week of the month: Positive criticize is made on the personal report of manpower. Associate members should also discuss how to increase manpower. Above all, the planning of the upcoming months is also made. Fifth week of the month: It is not recommended to avoid the fifth week agenda whatsoever. An additional training session or group wise dawah or presentation rehearsal can be arranged. Presentation rehearsal should be done according to suggestion from "Methodology" or subject matter can be selected from the article-1 of "Methodology" or presentation can be made on any subject appropriate for the audience. All the programs should be conducted punctually and emphasize should be given on finishing the program in time as well. During the online programs, participants are encouraged to involve themselves only for that program leaving other things behind. Asmaul Husna: Allah said: And to Allah belong the best names, so invoke Him by them. [Al- Araf:180]. The Prophet ﷺ said: Verily, there are ninety-nine names for Allah, i.e. one shy of hundred. He who memorizes them would get into Paradise. [Bukhari (Tawhid):7392, Muslim (Ifa: 6566] Keeping this as an objective, Asmaul Husna has been brought to two meeting. Our institution hopes that the whole manpower will do their best to memorize these names with meaning.
