Pursuant to the approval of Chef Mnster Punjab the servces of followng 508 Contract Employees (Teachng & NonTeachng 8S16 & Above) belongng to Commerce Stream already apponted recruted under the terms & condtons of TEVTA Servce Rules who were transferred from TEVTA to Hgher Educaton Department on and consequently whose terms & condtons of contract employment were protected under Contract Appontment Polcy 2004 of Govt. of the Punjab n relaxaton of Punjab Publc Servce Commsson Rules vde Notfcatons No. SO (Commerce) 241/2013 dated upon the recommendatons of Scrutny Commttee consttuted as per analogy of Govt. Notfcaton No. DS(O&M) (S&GAO)53/2004/CONTRACT(MF) Dated are now hereby REGULARZED wth effect from 01~0820 n relaxaton of Rule 16 of the Punjab Cvl Servants (Appontment and Condtons of Servces) Rules 1974 Rule 5 of the Punjab Publc Servce Commsson (Functons) Rules 1978 and polcy letter No.DS/(O&M)(S8lGAO)53/2013 dated However the aforesad polcy letter dated 01~ shall be relaxed n the nstant case to the extent of these 508 Commerce Stream contract employees only. 2.
