4 Introduction. The aim of this booklet is to introduce the reader to the topic from the Qur an. It can be studied on its on its own and it also complements the video lecture of the same topic which accompanies it. The booklet contains ayaat (Qura nic verses) pertaining to the topic as discussed in the video lecture in a question and answer format. Questions are raised, and their answers are given by the ayaat. The ordering and numbering of the ayaat corresponds with those on the lecture which can be downloaded from the video lectures section of IIPC website: The Qura nic references provided herein are not exhaustive but offer the core essence of the subject. The references that have been excluded in this publication can be researched using any good concordance and it will be discovered that the selection introduced in this publication will harmonize the entire sequence. It is hoped that Muslim readers will memorize these ayaat along with their Arabic text and engage in Da wah (propagation of Islam) to their friends and colleagues, and also be able to recite the same in their Salah (prayer). In this manner, the booklet becomes a useful tool for everyday Muslim practice - Insha Allah. Translations of ayaat are by Mohammad Shaikh, Chairman of International Islamic Propagation Centre. 5 ABOUT INTERNATIONAL ISLAMIC PROPAGATION CENTER. International Islamic Propagation Center (IIPC) is a Da wah organization that aims to promote Al-Qur an, the Book of Allah. Based in Karachi, Pakistan as a registered charitable organization, the center was founded in 1985 by its current chairman, Mohammad Shaikh. The center has no political or sectarian affiliation and is run Fi-sabeel Allah solely on a charitable basis. We request all muslims to join hands with us in the cause of Allah and support our mission of Da wah i.e. invitation of Al-Islam to the masses of the world. Since then its invite people of all faiths and beliefs to understand and appreciate Al-Qur an through lecture delivered by its chairman, and strives to reach the masses by means of events, print publications, electronic media productions, internet TV broadcasts and website. The center endeavors to propagate Al-Islam in its pristine form based on the ayaat (signs) of Allah and the general public can benefit from its activities by means of the free of cost learning materials and direct consultations with the chairman on understanding and practices of Al-Qur an in their daily lives.

Do they not ponder over the Qur'an? If it had been from other than Allah, surely there would have found many contradictions in it. Al-Nisa 4:82 Our Motto And when Allah took the charter of those who are given Al-kitab / The Book that you would make it clear for mankind and you will not keep it secret then they threw it behind their backs and purchase with it a little value so what a miserable purchase. 8 AAL-E-IMRAN Surely Ad-deen / The Judgment in the nearness of Allah is Al-Islam / To Attain Peace. And those who were given Al-Kitab / The Book did not differ except to wrong each other after the knowledge came to them. And whosoever rejects with the ayats / signs of Allah then surely Allah is quick in taking the account. YUNUS And Allah invites to circle of salam / the peace and He guides to whom He wills to the straight path. 3 4

9 AL-MAIDA Allah guides with it who follows His good pleasure to the ways of salam / peace and He takes them out from darknesses towards light with His permission and He guides them towards the straight path. 5 6

10 AL-ANAM Then to whom Allah intends to give him guidance, He opens his chest for Islam / To Attain Peace and to whom He intends to astray He makes his chest confined, difficult as if he ascends in the sky. Likewise Allah puts dirt over those who do not believe. AL-ANAM For them is a circle of salam / peace near their Lord and He is their protector with what they do. 7 8

11 AL-BAQARA O' you who believe! enter in Islam / to attain peace entirely / without exception and do not follow the footsteps of the shaitaan / satan. Surely he is a clear enemy for you. AL-MAIDA This day those who reject have given up hope from your deen / judgment, so do not fear them but fear Me. This day I have perfected your deen / judgment for you and completed My favour upon you and I am pleased for you of Islam / to attain peace as a deen / judgment... POINTS 1. How should you enter in Islam? 2. How Islam is completed on you? 9 10

12 MOHAMMAD So you do not weaken and invite towards Islam / to attain peace and you are uppermost and Allah is with you and He will never leave off your doings / works. AZ-ZUMAR Then to whom Allah opens his chest for Islam / to attain peace so he is on the light from his Lord. Then woe to those whose hearts become hard from the remembrance of Allah, they are in clear astraying

13 AS-SAFF And who is the most of the oppressor from the one who invents a lie on Allah and he is invited towards Al-Islam / To Attain Peace and Allah does not guide the people who are oppressors. AAL-E-IMRAN And whosoever seeks a deen / judgment other than Islam / To Attain Peace then it will never be accepted from him and he will be from the lost ones in the last. POINT 1. What will happen if you desire other judgment than Islam? 13 14

14 AL-HUJURAT Say, do you teach Allah with your deen / judgment? And Allah knows what is in the skies and in the earth. And Allah is the knower with everything. 17. They take as a favour on you that they have submitted. Say, do not take your Islam / to attain peace as a favour on me but Allah has favoured on you that He has guided you for the belief, if you are truthful. FURQAN And the servants of most Gracious are those who walk on earth with easiness and when ignorant addresses them they say salam / peace

15 Al-QASAS And when they hear idle talk they avoid from it and they say our works are for us and your works are for you. Salam / peace be on you, we do not seek the ignorants. AL-ANAM And when they come to you who believe with Our ayats then say, salam / peace be on you, your Lord has written mercy on Himself, and from you who did bad in ignorance then after that he repents / returns and corrects, then surely He is Forgiving, Merciful

16 AS-SAFFAT 37 OS 180.Glory to your Lord, Lord of the honour from what they describe And salam / peace is over messengers And the praise is for Allah who is the Lord of the worlds

In surah Al Maida 5 ayat 3 it is mentioned that Allah has completed our judgment on us,the question is that how Allah completes his judgment? 23 24

19 AL-MAIDA This day those who reject have given up hope from your deen / judgment, so do not fear them but fear Me. This day I have perfected your deen / judgment for you and completed My favour upon you and I am pleased for you of Islam / To Attain Peace as a deen / judgment... Q2. Whenever we decide to attain peace according to ayats, so in reaction the people around us become hopeless from us. Resultantly it affects our life too, how do we know that our judgment is right or wrong? 25 26

20 AAL-E-IMRAN And whosoever seeks a deen / judgment other than Islam / to attain peace then it will never be accepted from him and he will be from the lost ones in the last. Q3. According to Aal-e-Imran 3 ayat 85 if we will not judge in our life according to the ayats then will we not attain peace? 27 28
