1 18 Jamadul Ukhra 1437 (28 March 2016) In a desperate attempt to save face and to minimize the effect of the cancellation of its so-called halaal status, the MJC sought to bamboozle the Muslim public by claiming that the fracas is merely a technical issue. 3 Fax: Dear Sir, WITHDRAWAL OF MUSLIM JUDICIAL COUNCIL HALAAL TRUST (MJCHT) AS A RECOGNIZED INTERNATIONAL HALAL CERTIFICATION BODY IN SOUTH AFRICA Please kindly refer to the above matter 2. Based on audit to Muslim Judicial Concil Halaal Trust (MJCHT) on November 2015, we found the primary points of concern which are: a) Insufficient number of Expertise According to Procedures for Appointment if International Halal Certification Bodies clauses (ii) which mentions that the FHCB shall have a sufficient number of competent Muslim personnel. 3 / 9

4 For Shariah Auditors and Expertise, shall have Islamic background and education on halal. This is to ensure that all the certification activities including the auditing and monitoring could be carried out effectively considering the MJCHT also certified other than food product like cosmetic, consumer goods and etc. b) Weakness of Halal Certification System. Based on the evaluation visit, we found MJCHT has implement audit without as well as inspection tools. documentation c) Audit finding during site visit to County Fair Epping Industria, South Africa. Based on the finding during the site visit on November 9, 2015, we found that your audit program is not complying with The Malaysian Protocol for the Halal Meat and Poultry Productions which 1. i. The slaughter acts are not completely sever the trachea (halqum), esophagus ( mari ) and both the carotid arteries and jugular veins ( wadajain ); 2. ii. Halal checker are not presentable in the slaughter hall; and 3. iii. Non conformance birds are not recorded accordingly 4 / 9

On that basis, Panel of Approval has decided that Muslim Judcial Council Halaal Trust (MJCHT) failed to comply with JAKIM s Procedures for Appointment of International Halal Certification Bodies. Therefore we are regretting to inform that THCA is no longer a JAKIM s recognised body. Despite Jakim s modernity and liberality, it has cancelled the so-called halaal status of the MJC carrion halaalizer. Thus, the Director General states with emphasis in his letter to the MJC: 7 / 9

Jakim lists three primary areas of malpractices of the MJC, which prompted it to kick the MJCHT out of its scope of recognition. While all three irregularities discovered so belately by the modernist Jakim, are exceptionally serious malpractices, Muslims should reflect with greater intent on the irregularity marked (c) which states: Audit finding during site visit to County Fair, Epping, Industria, South Africa: Based on the finding during the site visit on November 9, 2015, we found that your audit program is not complying with the Malaysian Protocol for the Halal Meat and Poultry Productions which: 1. i. Halal checker (s) are not presentable in the slaughter hall;(i.e. lack of supervision The Majlis) and 3. iii. Non-conformance birds are not recorded accordingly. (i.e. the incorrectly killed chickens are passed off as halaal The Majlis) 8 / 9

9 For decades The Majlis has been warning the Muslim public of the haraam malpractices and shenanigans of MJC, SANHA, NIHT, etc., and we have been consistently howling about the carrion which the MJC and the other members of the Carrion Cartel are feeding the Ummah. Now, here comes a modernist body (Jakim) to which the MJC had managed to get itself temporary affiliated, and it (Jakim), after making a physical inspection of the County Fair chicken killing plant discovered, in addition to other malpractices, that the necks of the chickens are incorrectly cut. The requisites of the Shariah are not complied with. For us, this is old hat. The carrion devourers should now sit up and reflect on the moral and spiritual destruction they have caused to themselves by gluttonously devouring the haraam carrion which the MJC, SANHA, NIHT and other shaitaani carrionists are halaalizing. The aforementioned letter makes it abundantly clear that the MJC is not conforming at all to the Shariah. Now when even a modernist body has damned the MJC, it is much food for thought, for its is a case of a stinking skunk proclaiming and shrinking from the awful stench of another skunk. When a skunk can smell the rotten odour of another skunk or of another entity, then indeed it is something which requires deep contemplation. SANHA should not gloat and chuckle at the discomfort and fall of the MJC. Allah Ta ala will yet utterly humiliate this evil carrion halaalizer as well. There is not much difference between the MJC and SANHA. They are corrupt and rotten birds of the same feather. Every dog gets its day.
