Accordingly Chairman, KVIC, has approved the list of the names in respect of constitution of Five Zonal Certification Committees viz. North, East, South, West and Central zones. Constitution of the Zonal Certification Committee for the North East Zone will be notified separately. The concerned State Directors of these State Offices will function as Coconvenor of Zonal Certification Committees. 4. Zonal Dy. Chief Executive Officer will be the Convener for the Zonal Certification Committee concerned. He will also be the Controlling Officer for the purpose of grant of T.A./D.A. to the Chairman and members of the Zonal Certification Committees. Director (C.C.C.) will Page 5 of 7
6 prepare budget in respect of estimates of T.A./D.A. for Zonal Certification Committees and convey necessary allocation to State Director where the headquarters of the Zonal Certification Committee is located. 5. The quorum of the Zonal Certification Committees will be 2/3 rd of the total members. 6. The Zonal Certification Committees will meet in order to dispose of Certification matters within their purview, once in every quarter of the financial year. 7. The Chairman and Members of Zonal Certification Committees will be entitled to travel by II A/C Train and will be eligible to draw T.A./D.A. at the highest rate admissible to Grade A officers. 8. The State Director of the State where the Headquarters of the Zonal Certification Committee is located will make necessary sitting arrangement and provide other secretarial support whenever Chairman, Zonal Certification Committee visits the Headquarters in connection with certification work. 9. The term of Zonal Certification Committees will be co-terminus with the term of the Central Certification Committee / Commission. SD/- ( ) CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER To 1.
