50 Story Cultmode was incepted as an experiment to design festival gifts to distribute among our clients. We wanted to do something creative and out of the box that had a unique look, experience and stand out from the sea of gifts that are available in the market. So, we designed the model of a Diya (Lamp; symbol of light), which could be manufactured, packed and distributed efficiently in an environmental friendly manner. Our clients loved the gift (one of them actually asked us to produce a few more so that he could give it to his friends and family). After its success, we thought it might be interesting to give gifts for so-many of the Indian Festivals that gets passed without notice due to everyone s hectic schedule. By simply having a model on one s desk or centre table livens up the spirit of the festival, and creates appropriate ambience in the immediate environment. This led us into research on major festivals of India and we designed a range of models around it. We have now 26 models in this range and these are now available to purchase for all the festivals around the year. 49
