1 Purpose of Ministerial Search Survey This survey has been designed to elicit thoughtful and reflective responses that will illustrate our identity as a congregation. The responses from this survey are your opinions about our direction as a congregation and how you see our next minister fulfilling those expectations. All responses will be reported in the aggregate and individual responses will not be identified. Your responses will be completely anonymous. This survey will take approximately 30 minutes with most questions being multiple choice. There are several open ended response questions that you will have the opportunity to answer here and discuss in our upcoming group meetings. Your responses are vital. This survey is just one of the tools that will be used to create our church profile. How to take the survey: Please follow the boxes at the end of each page. You will be allowed to return to the previous pages in the survey until the final page when you will submit your answers by clicking done. After submitting the survey, you will not be allowed to change your responses. The survey does not save your responses and allow you to continue later. You should set aside enough time to complete the survey in one sitting. Questions marked with an asterisk() will require an answer before you will be allowed to proceed to the next page. Survey Monkey does not allow the user to use the 'tab' key to scroll through the questions. You will need to use your mouse to move to the next question/page. Thank you for your input! If you have any questions about the survey, then please send an to uuclsearchcom@gmail.com Page 1
