1 PROGRAM INFORMATION Registration You may register either by using a paper registration form (available in the March 8 issue of The Evangelist or from the diocesan website) or by using our new, online registration system accessible via In addition to providing registrants with a receipt for their registration, informing them of any changes to their registered sessions and allowing them to make changes to their registrations and to pay by credit/debit cards as well as electronic checks, the online system will also save you $5 on the overall cost of your individual registration. While we will do our best to accommodate walk-in registrations on-site during Spring Enrichment, we ask that all printed registrations be received by our office no later than Monday, May 7 and that all online registrations be completed by Wednesday, May 9. Registrations received after these dates will be treated as walk-in registrations. Family & Group Registrations A husband and wife who are both registering for Spring Enrichment or a parish, school or other organization/group registering more than one individual may either complete multiple printed registration forms or select the group registration option on the online registration web page. Group registration would also be used if using the same address for more than one registrant. Fees, Discounts & Payment Depending on when you register (and payment) is received and how you register (paper or online) affects the registration fee for the number of regular, two hour courses you are registering for. Online registration rates typically would be $5 less than those for an on-paper registration. The following table shows the registration rates depending on how you are registering: Early Registration (by 4/20) Regular Registration (after 4/20) Method # of Regular Classes (2 hours each) classes Max Paper / $17 $29 $41 $45 $95 In $10 for Person each addition Online $12 $24 $36 $40 al class, $90 Paper / $20 $35 $50 $55 capped $105 In at 9 or Person more classes Online $15 $30 $45 $50 $100 Regardless of when or how you register, the registration fee for any of the hour long mini-courses is $5 each. These minicourses are not eligible, nor do they count towards the multicourse discounts described above. If registering online, you may pay using a credit or debit card or an electronic check at the time of registration. Alternatively, you may opt to send a physical check (see details in preceding paragraph) which must be received no later than 12 days from the date of your online registration or May 9, whichever comes first in order for us to honor your registration. Please note that eligibility for the early registration discount for multiple courses is based on the date your payment is received, not when you registered without full payment.
