Foundation and Lilly Endowment, Inc., and private donors to begin and continue the work of the Center for Worship and the Arts. Develop, implement, and sustain the Center s vision. Manage budget and oversee branding and marketing strategy. Supervise the Center s staff comprised of Program Manager, Coordinator of Promotion and Engagement, Faculty Fellows, graduate and undergraduate student workers. Direct Animate, a five-day summer program for teenagers and their adult mentors in worship and the arts. Create and maintain an online resource and curriculum for equipping and training young people in the practices of worship leadership < Create and oversee launch of Online Certificate in Worship Leadership. Facilitated focus groups and hosted consultations with church leaders, teenagers, and prominent academic voices in adolescent spirituality, worship, and the arts.
