Summer Missions Trips Our monthly is Saturday, July 21, at 8:00 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall. Men, make a point of fellowship, prayer, and developing Biblical goals for your life. Enjoy the breakfast for $3. Invite someone else to come with you! Please be in prayer for those who are on the Philippines missions trip (June 28 July 21), those going to San Francisco (Ignite, July 7-14), and the Mexico music camp missions trip (July 23-27). Pray for safety in travel, souls to be saved, and lives to be changed! Summer Enrichment Welcome, Kinsley Caia Lawson! Announcements During the summer break, Tri-City Baptist Church offers Summer Enrichment, a 10-week day camp full of fun and educational activities such as field trips to the Children s Museum, the Arizona Science Center, and other destinations. Academic enrichment includes math, reading, and computer skills. Summer Enrichment is open to children ages 5-12 from May 29 till August 3. Register online now at Family News Congratulations to Lindsay and Jarid on the birth of their daughter, Kinsley Caia! She was born Thursday, June 21, and weighed in at 7 lbs 13 oz and 20.5 inches long. Thank you small group and church family for the congratulations, diapers, wipes, clothes, and meals. Chandler School of Fine Arts Announcements The Chandler School of Fine Arts is still offering private music lessons. Families can now interact directly with each teacher for cost, payment process, and all studio policies. Lessons can still take place on campus during the school day or after school. Lesson are offered for all ages in piano, voice (singing), guitar, music composition, hymn playing, and standard band/orchestral instruments, including drums and percussion. Call ( ) or the CFA office at info@chandlerfinearts.org for teachers contact information. July 29 Fifth Sunday Sunday, July 29, is the fifth Sunday of the month. Only children 4 years old through the second grade will be going to Junior Church. Children going in to grades 3-6 will remain in the morning worship service so they can see what adult church is like. Book of the Month One in five women will experience clinical depression in her lifetime. Christian counselor Leslie Vernick offers words of hope and encouragement as she helps women understand the symptoms of depression, what causes depression, and what steps they can take not only to get better but to grow stronger. Getting Over the Blues is a timely resource for women battling depression and the men and women who love them and want to understand what they are going through. Memorizing God's Word in 2018! Thank the Lord that we have the privilege of gathering with His people to worship Him regularly. Word Ephesians 5: What specific statements are made concerning Christ s relationship to the church? How is the relationship of Christ and His Church pictured in marriage? How can you cultivate an attitude of seriousness for spiritual matters in your life and the lives of your family? 1 Timothy 3: What do these verses reveal about Christ and the church?
