2 Rutherford House is pleased to invite you to Kingdom Come 2016; the first in a series of biannual conferences aimed at ministers and others who have a role in preaching and teaching in churches in Scotland. As we worship together our speakers will open God's word for us and our seminar leaders will engage us in conversation and discussion on our theme. We hope and pray that in our time together we may be strengthened to trust in our God to grow his Kingdom and to be enthused to serve in that growing Kingdom. The venue for this conference, Palmerston Place Church in Edinburgh, is centrally located, with nearby transport links to the whole of the UK, and offers an environment which will inspire us to learn, to engage - and to worship in the process. 3 Speakers Krish Kandiah Krish Kandiah is President of London School of Theology and the founder and director of Home For Good. He was previously the Director of the Oxford Centre for Christian Apologetics, Tutor in Mission and Evangelism at Wycliffe Hall and was a member of the Oxford University Theology faculty. Krish previously worked with Universities and Colleges Christian Fellowship, and the International Fellowship of Evangelical Students, before becoming pastor of a multicultural church in Harrow. He has wide experience in evangelism and cross cultural mission and is a husband, father, adopted dad and foster carer. David Johnston David Johnston was born and brought up in Coleraine near Northern Ireland s Causeway Coast. A theology degree from Queen s University was followed by a PGCE at Stranmillis College before returning to Union College to take up an assistantship in Mourne Church in Kilkeel. In 1983 David was called to be minister of Waringstown & Bellville Presbyterian churches in Co. Armagh. In 1994 he came to Bangor as minister of Hamilton Road in Bangor, near Belfast. David has been married to Olive since They have four married children and four grandchildren.

4 John Risbridger John Risbridger serves as Minister and Team Leader at Above Bar Church in Southampton. After coming to Christ at a young age he studied Mathematics and Economics in Nottingham. He spent 10 years years on the staff of UCCF after 5 years in NHS management. He loves Bible teaching ministry and has recently written The Message of Worship within the IVP Bible Speaks Today series. He is married to Alison and has two daughters. Tommy Macneil Tommy is Church of Scotland minister working in Martin s Memorial Church, Stornoway. As a church they have witnessed significant growth in recent years. Their aim is to communicate the reality and power of God's love to their community. Tommy is part of the leadership team of CLAN Gathering and lectures on evangelism at Highland Theological College.
