3 M onthly Mission in Motion July School Supplies: Children in need returning to school from Kindergarten to Grade 12 require new supplies. The Girl s Still Got It Book of Ruth Bible Study August 2018 Come join us for a women s Bible study on the book of Ruth Monday s in August. The Unreasonable Jesus: Becoming the Person He Made You to Be, examines what Jesus asks of his disciples during the Sermon on the Mount, emphasizing how challenging yet rewarding the tasks actually are. Looking forward to growing in faith with you! First Church AR workshop outing August 9 AR Workshop offers a hands on boutique home décor experience. Groups (maximum of 24 spots available) choose a wooden project to be completed in a 3 hour workshop. Go on First Church website and click on AR Workshop link, then choose your project, design, and join others in your church family and to create a handmade keepsake or a special gift. Please keep us in prayer daily: that we will be the hands and feet of Christ to the families whose homes we will repairing, a light to all those around us, and that we will be safe in our travels and all that we do. We are excited to have the opportunity to be a part of Salkehatchie Summer Service and look forward to sharing our experience with you soon after we come home!
