Stewardship Thought - In another passage from His Sermon on the Mount, Jesus continues to turn His disciples way of thinking upside-down. One of the lessens for the Christian steward in today s Gospel is that if we have a chance to help someone in need, we should be generous and give more than is expected of us. St. Kevin Lenten Schedule Ash Wednesday is March 1st and the beginning of Lent. Lent is the forty day preparation for the great feast of Easter. Ashes are given as a sign of our commitment to turn away from sin and believe in the Good News of Jesus Christ. Ashes will be distributed: 1) during Masses celebrated at: 9:00 A.M. and 7:30 P.M 2) during a Prayer Service celebrated at 3:00 P.M. Stations of the Cross will be prayed on Friday evenings, on March 3, 10, 17, 24, and 31 and April 7th, at 7:00 P.M. in the Church.
