It is with great pleasure that I present the attached information for your review and consideration. The Worship, Education & Community Studio at Ziegler Cooper has developed long-term client relationships that span many phases of development on dozens of church campuses and educational facilities. Those relationships are built on excellent service, inspiring design, and thorough documentation. Many of our projects start with programming and master planning to determine site feasibility, massing and space requirements for current and future needs, and help establish the project budget. We are very interested in this important project and we are uniquely qualified to be of service to your parish in this effort. In fact, our current project list includes Hurricane Harvey recovery design for a large church campus in Spring, Texas, and two others pending. Each studio is led by a principal of the firm and supported by a design team to provide comprehensive programming, design, construction and project administration services. The range of experience levels throughout each studio allows new and well seasoned professionals to collaborate and share their knowledge of the design field. We take pride in our work and are passionate about partnering with our clients, but more importantly, our work isn t just our job we have the incredible honor and privilege to join with you as you build communities and bring people together. We will not push an architectural agenda or force a certain style on your building. We are here to take your dreams and visions and work with you to discern how to make them real, tangible, practical, and physical things. We work with you to design spaces that both inspire and meet the needs of your community. It is easy to get caught up in all the practicalities, numbers, and aesthetics, but at the end of the day, it is about the community and the people it serves. 9 STEVE LUCCHESI AIA PRINCIPAL-IN-CHARGE BIO Stephen serves as Principal-in-Charge of the Worship, Education, & Community Studio. Stephen has more than 31 years of experience in design, construction documentation, and construction administration. His clientele includes religious institutions, educational establishments, and civic and municipal enterprises. As Principal-in-Charge, Stephen is responsible for the general administration and review of the project. Stephen is a graduate of Texas A&M with a bachelor s degree in environmental design and member of several industry-affiliated associations, including the National American Institute of Architects (AIA) Houston Chapter. He has served as co-chair of the Associates Liaison Committee of the Houston Chapter AIA and as a member of the Texas Society of Architects Young Professionals Outreach Committee. He is a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Buildings Committee at the Heritage Society at Sam Houston Park. Stephen and his family are active members of St. Angela Merici Catholic Church in Missouri City, Texas. Stephen joined the firm in 2015, following the merger of Hall Barnum Lucchesi Architects (HBL) with the Worship and Education Studio of Ziegler Cooper Architects. 10 SUSAN DIETERICH AIA, LEED AP SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER BIO Susan serves as Senior Project Manager of the Worship, Education, and Community Studio. During her 30 years of experience, Susan has directed entire projects and participated in specific aspects of projects such as performing budget analysis, programming, design development, construction documents, building permits, variances, ADA review, bidding, and construction administration. Susan s focus has been on guiding quality projects from inception to completion, in which the Owner takes pride in knowing the building is not only a beautiful addition to the City, but also a wise investment. As Senior Project Manager, Susan is the primary contact with a client during the design process and is responsible for maintaining the client relationship during and after project completion. Susan not only manages various project teams, but is also leads them, something she enjoys very much. Susan is very active in the community, volunteering her time at various nursing homes and animal shelters, along with participating at several church events, the New Hope Church of Manvel, Texas, where she is an active congregant. Susan joined the firm in 2015, following the merger of Hall Barnum Lucchesi Architects (HBL) with the Worship and Education Studio of Ziegler Cooper Architects.
