3 MARK 16:15-16 Mark 16:15-16 And He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation. "He who has believed and has been baptized shall be saved; but he who has disbelieved shall be condemned.

4 ACTS 2:38 Acts 2:38 - And Peter {said} to them, "Repent, and let each of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.

5 Repent Acts 2:38 - Peter {said} to them, "Repent, and let each of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. Repent - to turn from the path of wickedness in which one has previously conducted themselves and toward the path of righteous.

6 (and) Be Baptized A river baptism in North Carolina at the turn of the 20th century. Full-immersion (submersion) baptism continues to be a common practice in many African- American Christian congregations today. Baptism (from baptizo) meaning to dip bury or submerge under water, symbolic of the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus.

7 For the Remission of {Your} Sins Acts 2:38 - "Repent, and let each of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit." Matt 26:28 - " for this is My blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for forgiveness of sins. "

9 ACTS 22:16 Acts 22:16 - 'And now why do you delay? Arise, and be baptized, and wash away your sins, calling on His name.' Acts 9:6 but rise, and enter the city, and it shall be told you what you must do.

10 Calling on the Name of the Lord Not mere verbal just recognition Matt. 7:21 - "Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven; but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven." Luke 6:46 - "And why do you call Me, 'Lord, Lord,' and do not do what I say? "

17 1 PET. 3: Pet 3:21 - And corresponding to that, { v. 20b -the days of Noah, during the construction of the ark, in which a few, that is, eight persons, were brought safely through {the} water.} baptism now saves you-- not the removal of dirt from the flesh, but an appeal to God for a good conscience-- through the resurrection of Jesus Christ

"Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age."
