2 Review Luke 19:10 (NKJV), for the Son of Man has come to seek and to save that which was lost. Jesus came to heal the perceived lost image of God in man himself, and in man s perceived lost image of God. This misperception is sin, which is missing God s mark Major theme of Scripture: Repent μετανοέω metanoéō; from metá (3326), denoting change of place or condition, and noéō (3539), to exercise the mind, think, comprehend. To repent, change the mind, relent.

3 Jesus is The expressed image of God (Heb. 1:3, Col 1:15, Jn. 14:9) the last Adam (1 Cor. 15:20), And as He is, so are we, in this world. 1 John 4:17

4 Jesus Came To Jesus as God, came to restore the perceived lost image of God in whose image man was made and to reveal who God truly is. Jesus, as the Last Adam came to undo what the first Adam had undone.

5 Where one find Jesus In heaven, Acts 7:55 (NKJV), But he [Stephen], being full of the Holy Spirit, gazed into heaven and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing at the right hand of God, In believers, Galatians 2:20 (NKJV), I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; In humanity, Genesis 1:27 (NKJV), So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. In Creation, Romans 1:20 (NLT), For ever since the world was created, people have seen the earth and sky. Through everything God made, they can clearly see his invisible qualities his eternal power and divine nature. So they have no excuse for not knowing God.

6 Focus Christianity has been focused on presenting Jesus to the world, when in reality, a more scriptural way would be in revealing Jesus in the world. He is in heaven, He is in believers, His invisible qualities exist in all creation, and all humanity is His offspring

7 God s Offspring Acts 17:29-31 (NKJV), Therefore, since we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Divine Nature is like gold or silver or stone, something shaped by art and man s devising. Offspring, γένος génos; noun from gínomai (1096), to become. Offspring, posterity (Acts 17:28, 29; Rev. 22:16; Sept.: Jer. 36:31). Family, lineage, stock (Acts 4:6; Sept.: Jer. 41:1; Acts 7:13; 13:26; Phil. 3:5); Nation, people (Mark 7:26; Acts 4:36; 7:19; 18:2, 24; 2 Cor. 11:26; Gal. 1:4; 1 Pet. 2:9; Sept.: Gen. 11:6; Esth. 2:10); Kind, sort, species (Matt. 13:47; 17:21; Mark 9:29; 1 Cor. 12:10, 28; 14:10; Sept.: Gen. 6:20; 7:14; 2 Chr. 4:13).

8 Graven Images Acts 17:29-31 (NKJV), Therefore, since we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Divine Nature is like gold or silver or stone, something shaped by art and man s devising. Devising, ἐνθύμησις enthúmēsis; noun from enthuméomai (1760), to think. Thought, device, reasoning ἐνθυμέομαι enthuméomai; from en (1722), in, and thumós (2372), the mind, thought, but also anger, wrath, indignation, a spirit that is aroused. The element of wrath is implied in the use of thumós both as a verb in Matt. 1:20; 9:4; Acts 10:19, and also as the subst. enthúmēsis (1761) in Matt. 9:4; 12:25; Acts 17:29; Heb. 4:12. It means remembrance, bringing into the mind, but with agitation of spirit. This clearly points to the lie

10 God s Judgment Acts 17:29-31 (NKJV), 31 because He has appointed a day on which He will judge the world in righteousness by the Man whom He has ordained. He has given assurance of this to all by raising Him from the dead. Judge, κρίνω krínō; To separate, distinguish, discriminate between good and evil, select, choose out the good. Righteousness, δικαιοσύνη dikaiosúnē; noun from díkaios (1342), just, righteous. Justice, righteousness. It is the essence of him who is just or righteous. The súnē ending makes this an abstraction, fulfilling the claims of díkē, which, are God s claims.

11 Loved John 3:16-17 (NKJV), For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. 17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. 18 He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

12 Forgiven Isaiah 53:6, All we like sheep have gone astray; We have turned, every one, to his own way; And the LORD has laid on Him the iniquity of us all. John 1:29, The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him, and said, Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world! 1 John 2:2 (NKJV), And He Himself is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only but also for the whole world. (propitiation, expiation, ἱλασμός hilasmós, Atonement, purification, or removal of sin or its guilt.

13 Valued Jesus set the value of His life on all whom He died for. All are valued.

14 Reconciled-No Separation Reconciliation of all things Col 1:19-20 (NKJV), For it pleased the Father that in Him all the fullness should dwell, 20 and by Him to reconcile all things to Himself, by Him, whether things on earth or things in heaven, having made peace through the blood of His cross. Timing of Reconciliation Romans 5:10 (NKJV), For if when we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life.

19 Objective vs. Subjective reality The terms objectivity and subjectivity, in their modern usage, generally relate to a perceiving subject (normally a person) and a perceived or unperceived object. The object is something that presumably exists independent of the subject s perception of it. In other words, the object would be there, as it is, even if no subject perceived it. Hence, objectivity is typically associated with ideas such as reality, truth and reliability.
