Faith: The event going on in these pictures was on T.V. What s happening? Why are those green bushes in there? Hope: Things have changed very slowly for thousands of years. What s going on now that s making them change faster than ever? What s happening that shows that we are in the end of the world and that Jesus is coming soon? And how will it all affect us? 2 2 What and where is it? It s at the memorial service for Nelson Mandela. Why are the green bushes there? They are thwarting the devil by hiding some nakedness. Two of the people look happy about something, and the lady is holding a picture of Nelson Mandela. Charity: In the second picture, why did the lady and the man switch places? Pastor Jan: Because that lady is acting the part of a good and faithful wife of a happy home. She is leading them into the way of righteousness, peace, and love. Faith: What hints can you share with us that will help couples to have a happy home? Pastor Jan: I ll give you some hints now, but I ll also say that I ll give a free copy of my book, Seven Secrets of Family Happiness to all who get a box of NSL preachers to help people to be saved by dear Jesus from sin and death. Let your spouse read this so he or she will know these hints also Hint #1 - Try to help both of you stay very near to Jesus with much prayer and study - for the closer you come to Him, the closer you come to each other. Hint #2 - Treat her the way you did when you were on cloud 9 and 10 - on that joyous day when you woke up knowing that on this very day, you are going to ask her to marry you! Oh yes! Every day, every day, give her a squeeze here, and a kiss there; a dandelion here, and a flower there; a smile here, and a compliment there; a marble here, and a golf ball there, a ten dollar bill here, and a little present there; outdoor time together here, and a little play together there; washing the dishes here, and a kiss on the neck there; a praise to God here, and a praise to her there. Give him a hug here, and a kiss there, a favorite dish here, and a car wash there; iron his underwear here, and some squeezed juice there, a touch on the ear here, and pick up his leg there; some herb tea here, and praise to God there. etc. - - continually courting each other - - for in this type of program, happiness and peace and love will constantly increase. It will increase because you have Jesus in your heart, and because - In thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore. Ps. 16:11. Praise God! Don t wait for him or her to do these things. YOU DO THEM! {If you wish}. And you ll see what dear Jesus will do. Even if you re the only one doing them for quite a while, your craving for love will be satisfied because you ll sense the sweet and holy presence of Jesus beside you, and the time will come when you ll see a response to your love. Love never fails. I Cor. 13:8. Hint #3 - Then, in your happiness together, you ll both reach out to help others. Plan activities where you can help others together. You can sing for the sick and dying. You can visit those who might be alone or discouraged, or new in the faith. You can put literature in places where people will see it and angels will guide them to pick it up. As you see them pick it up and start reading, your hearts will leap for joy. As long as you carry the sweet presence of dear Jesus with you - for each other, and for others - the devil can t destroy your happy home. And the humble words, I m sorry, and please forgive me will be heard. And the other will say, Yes darling! It s like it never happened! Hint #4 - While following these three hints, what you will leave out - and what will be missing in your home will be - complaining, accusing, nagging, talking negative about each other or about others, trying to get your own way, bossing and ordering her around, justifying yourself, unsweet tones of voice, etc. Your voice will always be sweet, for His mouth is most sweet: yea, he is altogether lovely. Song of Solomon, 5:16. You ll be praising the Lord and praising her, and she ll be praising the Lord and praising you. And you ll have praise home!!! Going to Gloryland! All this - - and a Pastor Jan: Do you see the octopus logo on this spy satellite? It says, Nothing Is Beyond Our Reach. Faith: Will there ever be a Vatican New World Order? Or is that impossible? Pastor Jan: Concerning the logos on these spy satellites and missions, the article says, They re usually a brutally honest representation of the mindset of the occult elite and its goals: All-seeing eyes; the Illuminati pyramid; cloaked magicians overlooking the globe; etc. The payload of this NRO launch is, as usual, top secret. The agency however revealed that, other than its main payload, a dozen mini satellites funded by both the NRO and NASA will be put in orbit. 3 3 Hope: How are things changing - leading to the repudiation of the Constitution and the national Sunday law? Pastor Jan: It s going on continuously! You can t listen to talk radio - or even the news - without hearing it. There are so many cases of it in so many areas, that it would take a whole book to list it all. Here s just one case - The other day Barbara Simpson was interviewing a Congresswoman who said that in her state {in the north mid-west}, people cannot legally challenge anyone who is a federal worker. So she revealed that people who are federal workers know that they can do things, while their neighbors can t legally oppose them. She said - so here s a neighbor who is living in a dry, desert area. His neighbor is a federal worker. So the federal neighbor thinks that it would be nice if his neighbor doesn t develop his property or do anything with it. So he declares that his neighbor s desert property is a wet-land - which is federally protected against development. The neighbor can do nothing. The Congresswoman and her interviewer were discussing this, and musing over how such a thing could happen in free America! Just today on CNN - I could hardly believe my ears when a man being interviewed - referring to the unconstitutional and crooked law that everyone is talking about - said, What our nation is doing is illegal. Anything that violates the Constitution is illegal because it is the highest law of the land. These illegal things are happening all around us 24/7 as never in history. Charity: Fascism is what Adolf Hitler and Mussolini had. Why would the devil want such a thing in free America? Pastor Jan: We ve already learned that the Jesuits have declared that fascism is their government of choice because in fascism, one man rules, and that one man is controlled by Rome behind the scenes. You learned on my 16 part CCA video series that the papacy worked with Hitler so closely that they even had his nose altered to make him look better as the world s mighty füror. Pastor Jan: In the following court rulings, you ll see that by hook or crook, the fiend has been bringing in big changes lately - but in a way that many don t comprehend. Watch closely - 1) Marbury v Madison, 5 US 137, 174, 176; 2 LE 60 (1803) reveals that All laws which are repugnant to the Constitution are null and void. 2) Miranda v Arizona, 384 US 436, 491; 86 S Ct 1602; 16 L Ed 2d 694 (1966) reveals that Where rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no legislation which would abrogate them. 3) Norton v Shelby County, Tennessee, 118 US 425, 442; 6 S Ct 1121; 30 L Ed 178 (1886) reveals that An unconstitutional act is not law; it confers no rights; it imposes no duties; affords no protection; creates no office. It is as inoperative as though it had never been passed. Today in 2014, these court rulings - along with the Constitution itself, have been blasted by the devil s papal forces {see GC } in such a secretive way, that people are no more aware of what s going on than are the three stooges. 4) West Virginia State Board of Education v Barnette, 319 US 624, 638; 63 S Ct 1178; 87 L Ed 1628 (1943) compared with Romer v Evans, 517 US 620; 116 S Ct 1620; 134 L Ed 2d 855 (1996) reveals - The very purpose of a Bill of Rights was to withdraw certain subjects from the vicissitudes of political controversy, to place them beyond the reach of majorities and officials and to establish them as legal principles to be applied by the courts. One s right to life, liberty and property, to free speech, a free press, freedom of worship and assembly, [these are all being attacked at this very moment!] and other fundamental rights may not be submitted to vote; they depend on the outcome of no election. 5) Weimer v Bunbury, 30 Mich 291; 1874 Mich. LEXIS 168 (1874) reveals that The Bill of Rights in the American Constitution has not been drafted for the introduction of new law, but to secure old [already existing] principles against abrogation or violation. 6) Crandall v Nevada, 73 US 35; 18 L Ed 745 (1868), & Pinkerton v Verberg, 78 Mich 573; 44 NW 579 (1889), reveals that One of the basic rights in the Bill of Rights is the basic constitutional right to travel. This Constitutional right to travel has been used to strike down a number of politician-invented laws, devised on various fraudulent pretexts. The prophet reveals that the Sunday law will also be devised on various fraudulent pretexts under a plea of goodness. Here s the quote - Human enactments, laws manufactured by satanic agencies [there they are!] under a plea of goodness and restriction of evil, will be exalted, while God s holy commandments are despised and trampled underfoot. And all who prove their loyalty by obedience to the law of Jehovah must be prepared to be arrested, to be brought before councils that have not for their standard the high and holy law of God. Those who live during the last days of this earth s history will know what it means to be persecuted for the truth s sake. In the courts injustice will prevail. The judges will refuse to listen to the reasons of those who are loyal to the commandments of God, because they know that arguments in favor of the fourth commandment are unanswerable. They will say, We have a law, and by our law he ought to die. God s law is nothing to them. [Just think of that!] Our law with them is supreme. Those who respect this human law will be favored, but those who will not bow to the idol sabbath will have no favors shown them. Maranatha, p ) Bonnett v Vallier, 136 Wis 193, 200; 116 NW 885, 887 (1908); and Ballard v Goodland, 159 Wis 393, 395; 150 NW 488, 489 (1915); reveal that unconstitutional enactments [laws] are treated as though they had never existed. Dear Jan Marcussen: Hello! We just received your book "National Sunday Law." Needless to say we are in shock! We want to follow Jesus all the way. We are Christians, however when we read this book, we felt lacking (for want of a better word). All of this - the Sabbath on Saturday, Rome = the beast power, Sunday worship = the Mark of the beast, etc. is almost unbelievable. Yet it agrees with scripture, and it cannot be a hoax! 4 4 8) The United States Constitution, based upon the notion of due process and fairness, bans after the fact laws, i.e., ex post facto laws. (It says, No ex post facto Law shall be passed. Constitution, Article I 9). This means that, to be constitutional, a law must tell the citizenry IN ADVANCE, what act is contemplated by the prohibition of the law. It is not constitutional to decide retroactively, after the fact, e.g., that what was done previously, was wrong. 9) People v Firth, 3 NY2d 472; 168 NYS2d 949; 146 NE2d 682 (1957) reveals that there can be no law that says that a motor vehicle s speed, which endangers life, limb, or property, is too fast. The court said that Such a law is truly meaningless because there is no such thing as a motor vehicle speed incapable of endangering life, limb, or property. [A car - barely moving - going even 1 mph is capable of crushing a human or an animal against a wall or a tree.] Such a law amounts to saying that if, under any circumstance, the driver is unable to bring his car to a stop without injuring someone or something, he is driving too fast. The court case said that that law was unconstitutional, and the law was struck down. The court realized that such laws would ban all driving. Today, that court ruling has been thrown to the wind. We re already in a type of mild fascist police state where young policemen {I learned just the other day} are more and more acting like Nazis and Jesuits. I m thankful that there are still many good and godly ones. The news reveals case after case of brutality by these poor souls - tasering an elderly lady in the face, making love with a handcuffed lady in her car, and even beating a dead man who was lying down with handcuffs on. One policeman told me that in many cases, they know that the bloated bellies of the judges won t bring justice to the debauched criminals, and so he said that the policemen in those cases are just trying to give the crooks what s coming to them before the judges let them go. Hope: Is this like it was in fascist Germany with poor Hitler; and in the dark ages? Pastor Jan: Rome was hoping that the Axis powers of Germany, Italy, and Japan could sweep around the earth, in WWII, and then the pope - through them - could rule the world - as they ve been planning for a long time [revealed in GC 565,566]. When the Axis of evil lost World War II, [because God is in control] that plan of Rome was not given up, but was just re-worked until now they re at it again - with different people and different methods, but with the same goals. Time is so short now that it appears that this time around, Rome and the devil will succeed to blast the Constitution away so much that they will be able to do what they ve been trying to do for many years. 10) City of Oak Ridge v Diana Ruth Brown (Tenn. Ct. App., Case No. E COA-R3-CV, 2005 WL , 19 August 2005 lv app den 2006) reveals that a law is unconstitutional which forbids what the U.S. Constitution allows. Dear Jan Marcussen, Good evening! My name is James. I m sitting in jail. I was arrested for something I didn t do, and for the first time, I really turned to Christ the Lord. Your book National Sunday Law was a slap in the face wake up call! It shook my little world. Now I praise God! Sincerely, James 11) State v Lantz, 90 W Va 738; 111 SE 766; 26 ALR 894 (1922) reveals that a person who has an accident cannot be charged with the violation of a law unless every law for which he is supposed to have broken was plainly posted to him before the accident. The judge said, One jury might say that a certain rate of speed was reasonable and proper. Another jury might reach exactly the opposite conclusion from exactly the same state of facts and the same circumstances. 12) In Hayes v State, 11 Ga App 371; 75 SE 523 (1912) the judge said, We appreciate thoroughly the difficulty in prescribing the maximum rate of speed which can be employed in all cases; but this furnishes no reason why, in the language of the Supreme Court of the United States, the Legislature should be permitted to set a dragnet and leave the courts to determine who shall be detained in the net and who should be set at liberty. 13) U.S. Const., Art. VI, cl. 2; Maryland v Louisiana, 451 US 725, 746; 101 S Ct 2114; 68 L Ed 2d 576 (1981) reveals that, Where a state statute conflicts with, or frustrates, federal law, the former must give way. 14) People v Earnest, 33 Cal App 4th Supp 18 (14 Feb 1995) reveals that The Legislature strongly disapproves of speed traps, citing People v Sullivan, 234 Cal App 3d 56, 58-59; 285 Cal Rptr 553 (1991). 15) Meyer v Nebraska, 262 US 390, 399; 43 S Ct 625, 626; 67 L Ed 1043 (1923) reveals that The Constitution protects our liberty. Case law shows that the liberty protected by the Fourteenth Amendment extends beyond freedom from bodily restraint and includes a much wider range of human activity, including the opportunity to make a wide range of personal decisions concerning one s life, family, and private pursuits. Hope: Because of these court rulings - should God s people ignore the Constitution to obey unconstitutional and illegal lower laws - {to stay out of trouble, } or should they get in trouble by ignoring illegal lower laws to uphold the Constitution? Should people ignore speed limit signs and zoom around like Rocket Man? Pastor Jan: God said, Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. Dear Jesus not only obeyed the law of His Father, He obeyed both just and unjust laws of the Romans as long as they didn t require the violation of God s law. When a soldier came to unjustly force a church member to carry a burden a mile for them, Jesus said, Carry it two miles. When someone hit a church member in the face, Jesus said, Let him hit the other side also. Charity: That takes a miracle! Pastor Jan: Dear Jesus is a Miracle Man! His people will be like Him. You re happier being a miracle man with dear Jesus than being a rocket man. The prophet revealed that Our country shall repudiate every principle of its Constitution [notice the word every ] as a Protestant and republican government and shall make provision for You re under arrest and we ll need your DNA Pakalert Press, Dec 12, 2013 Taking DNA samples from people charged, but not yet convicted of crimes, would give police and prosecutors a powerful new tool to solve crimes faster and even prevent others from happening. But a proposal to expand Pennsylvania s collection of genetic identification has drawn fire from criminal defense lawyers and the American Civil Liberties Union, who say that it threatens the principle that a person charged with a crime is innocent until proven guilty. Innocent until proven guilty. What is that to the devil? In the papal inquisition of the dark ages, demon possessed priests and Jesuits made people to be guilty until proven innocent. After some of them openly repented and renounced dear Jesus and the truth of the Bible - to come back home, and be loyal to the papal Church, they killed them anyway. Is that what the devil has in mind for the U.S., and the world? 5 5 the propagation of papal falsehoods and delusions. 5T 451. [Notice the word papal. ] We don t have to wait! It s happening. I read where one police chief joyfully told a new policeman that they are like little gods. He said, Why work on the farm when you can own it? Hope: In a police state, how are God s people supposed to relate to illegal laws like Obamacare which violate the Constitution - especially if they hinder God s work? Would you obey an unconstitutional law that required you to wear a seatbelt and diapers in bed at night? Would you be willing to get in trouble by ignoring that law while obeying the Constitution - which nullifies the evil thing? Or to stay out of trouble, would you wear the seat belt and diapers until the policeman went away, and then take the diapers off and throw them under the bed? Or would you sleep on a cushion under the bed and put a dummy in the bed like David s wife did in the Bible, and cover the dummy with an electric blanket so the whole bed lit up on his infrared screen? Romans 5:1-5 says, Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God. Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation. For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same. How are we supposed to follow this in connection with evil laws, or Nazi-like fiends who beat old ladies, rape their prisoners, and beat dead people? Pastor Jan: Notice that it says, 1) Rulers are not a terror to good works. 2) He is the minister of God to thee for good. 3) He is the minister of God. That s the context of the quote. And remember that it also says, Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good. Charity: What if to do that which is good is against the devil s crooked law - like illegally taking Bibles into Egypt, or preaching in the name of Jesus when the church leaders tell you not to? Does the Bible quote teach us to do everything that the devil s law commands us to do? What if his agents make laws that say that for the sake of saving more innocent lives, you must put a straight jacket on your wife and children from 10 p.m. until midnight? Dear Pastor Marcussen, I read your book National Sunday Law, and all I can say is All glory and praise to God for inspiring you with the Holy Spirit to reveal His truths to the nations right across our planet. I was so shocked when I realized that Satan had kept my eyes closed through all these years. My heart is crying to God to bless your work so that all the false teachings may be revealed to others, so that Jesus can save them. I m in South Africa, and I m asking for permission to make copies of your NSL book to spread to many people here! Your brother in Christ, Hilton Behold Him in the wilderness, in Gethsemane, upon the cross! The spotless Son of God took upon Himself the burden of sin. He who had been one with God, felt in His soul the awful separation that sin makes between God and man. This wrung from His lips the anguished cry, My God, My God, why hast Thou forsaken Me? SC 13. You cannot atone for your past sins; you cannot change your heart and make yourself holy. But God promises to do all this for you through Christ. You believe that promise. Confess your sins and give yourself to God. Will to serve Him. Just as surely as you do this, God will fulfill His word to you. If you believe that you are forgiven and cleansed, God supplies the fact; you are made whole. [Praise God!] Do not wait to feel that you are made whole, but say, I believe it; it is so, not because I feel it, but because God has promised. SC 51. Praise God! Pastor Jan: The answer is two-fold - 1) The first factor is that the court rulings were just, and right, and true. They revealed that any unconstitutional law [like many of them today] is really no law at all. It says that Although the rabbis followed Him with merciless hostility, He [Jesus] did not even appear to conform to their requirements, but went straight forward, keeping the Sabbath according to the law of God. DA 283. For the same reason, Peter, when commanded to preach no more in the name of Jesus, said, We must obey God rather than man. When you do that, you will understand this quote - And all who prove their loyalty by obedience to the law of Jehovah must be prepared to be arrested, to be brought before councils that have not for their standard the high and holy law of God. 7BC 977. The Sunday law will be in the same category. 2) The second factor is that in our mild form of fascist police state, and according to the following quote, I would do whatever would make the policemen {the little gods } happy - as long as it doesn t violate one of God s commandments. It says, Jesus did not contend for His rights. Often His work was made unnecessarily severe because He was willing and uncomplaining. Yet He did not fail nor become discouraged. He lived above these difficulties, as if in the light of God s countenance. He did not retaliate when roughly used, but bore insult patiently. DA 89. If the little gods - in order to enforce the seatbelt in bed law - made their way into our bedrooms and crawled under the bed to find us, we could wave at them and say, Welcome! May the Lord bless you today! Faith: Who would do that? What would Jesus do? Pastor Jan: Here it is - In every gentle and submissive way, Jesus tried to please those with whom He came in contact. Desire of Ages, p. 85. Jesus manifested a peculiar loveliness of disposition. His willing hands were ever ready to serve others. He manifested a patience that nothing could disturb [Praise God!], and a truthfulness that would never sacrifice integrity. In principle firm as a rock, His life revealed the grace of unselfish courtesy. DA 68, 69. Being like Him is the way everyone in heaven will be. So we trust in Him! The world is filled with storm and war and variance. Yet under one head the papal power the people will unite to oppose God in the person of His witnesses. This union is cemented by the great apostate. 7T 182 Laws enforcing the observance of Sunday as the Sabbath will bring about a national apostasy from the principles of republicanism upon which the government has been founded. The religion of the papacy will be accepted by the rulers, and the law of God will be made void. 7MR 192. Amazing!

6 6 The people of the United States have been a favored people, but when they restrict religious liberty, surrender Protestantism, and give countenance to popery, the measure of their guilt will be full, and national apostasy will be registered in the books of heaven. RH May 2, There will be a national apostasy, which will end only in national ruin. Ev 235. [Will the nation ever be ruined? ] God has always wrought for His people in their greatest extremity, when there seemed the least hope that ruin could be averted. The designs of wicked men, the enemies of the church, are subject to His power and overruling providence. [Praise God!] He can move upon the hearts of statesmen; the wrath of the turbulent and disaffected, the haters of God, His truth, and His people can be turned aside, even as the rivers of water are turned, if He orders it thus. Prayer moves the arm of Omnipotence. [Then let s pray!!!] He who marshals the stars in order in the heavens, whose word controls the waves of the great deep, the same infinite Creator will work in behalf of His people if they call upon Him in faith. He will restrain the forces of darkness until the warning is given to the world and all who will heed it are prepared for the conflict. [Praise God!] The wrath of man shall praise Thee, says the psalmist; the remainder of wrath shalt Thou restrain. God means that testing truth shall be brought to the front and become a subject of examination and discussion, even if it is through the contempt placed upon it. The minds of the people must be agitated. [Notice the word must. ] Every controversy, every reproach, every slander, will be God s means of provoking inquiry and awakening minds that otherwise would slumber... The people whom God has made the depositaries of His law are not to permit their light to be hidden. The truth must be proclaimed in the dark places of the earth. Obstacles must be met and surmounted. A Dear Pastor Marcussen, I had never even heard of a Seventh-day Adventist. I didn t know anything about the Sabbath day of God.
