I am deeply grateful to my Chairman, Bishop T. Larry Kirkland, for his support, advice and counseling. Without him, our measure of progress would not be the same. I thank my wife and the staff of the Sunday School Union for their patience, loyalty and untiring support. The goal of this department is to continually provide high quality service, products and materials second to none at a fair market price to the African Methodist Episcopal Church and the community at large. For this fiscal year ending March 31, 2016, the Sunday School Union experienced a total revenue of $1,945,793 and a gross profit of $383,162. The Sunday School Union remains committed to providing quarterly Sunday School material as well as the Doctrine and Discipline, hymnals, worship and liturgy books, and altar/communion items. We offer many of the minister s course of study books, personalized offering envelopes for local churches, and selected contemporary certificates featuring photos of Bishop Richard and Sarah Allen. Partnerships with other publishing companies such as Urban Ministries, Inc. and Standard Publishing enable us to also provide you seasonal items for Vacation Bible School, yearly commentary resources in King James or New International Version, and specialty bibles.
