4 Baby Naomi Baby Naomi lived in West Africa. One day she became very sick and died. Her mommy was crying. Baby Naomi s Daddy and Pastor Robert knelt down beside her. Pastor Robert said, Baby Naomi will live to praise the Lord. He read a Bible verse which says, I shall not die, but live, And declare the works of the Lord. It was Psalm 118:17. Pastor Robert asked God to send baby Naomi s spirit back in the name of Jesus Christ. Suddenly, baby Naomi blinked a couple of times and opened her eyes! 8 Little Girl Preparation: Bring to class a colorful sheet. Wrap the sheet around you as a robe. What to Tell Them: I am going to pretend to be Jairus little girl. Can you pretend with me? Speak the following with a little girl s voice. Do you know what happened to me? I got sick and died. I went to heaven. My mom told me she cried and cried. Then Jesus came to my house and said, Little girl, I say to you arise. I came back into my body, opened my eyes, and sat up. I saw my mom and dad. They were so surprised. They didn t know what to say. Then Jesus said to my mom, Please give your little girl some food. I was glad He said that because I was very hungry. Jesus brought the life of God to me!
