REQUESTS, PRAYERS, AND THANKSGIVING [ 1 \ Based on Matthew 16:16-18:11 HEAVENLY FATHER, thank You for revealing Jesus to me that He is the Messiah, Your Son the Son of the Living God. Jesus, because I believe in You, You have given me the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven to share the Good News with others. Remind me that whatever I bind on earth has already been bound in heaven; and whatever I set free on earth, has already been set free in heaven. Help me to see things not merely from a human point of view, but from Yours. LORD Jesus, I will follow You. Work in my heart to put aside selfish ambition, and to obey You. Teach me to take up my cross each day and to follow You. Make me realize if I keep my life for myself, that I will lose it. But if I give it up for You, I will find True Life. What will it profit me if I gain even the whole world but lose my own soul? Remind me that nothing is worth more than my soul. Jesus, I believe that someday You will come in the glory of Your Father and with His angels, and You will judge all people according to their deeds. Strengthen my faith in You. You can do all things. I ask You to perform miracles in my life and through me. Jesus, You said if I have faith as small as a mustard seed, that I can say to the mountains in my life, Move from here to there, and they will move. Because nothing is impossible for You. I have this mountain in my life: (request). I ask You to move it by the power of Your Name. Lord Jesus, I have turned from my sins, and I have put my trust in You. Because I trust in You, I know I will enter Your Kingdom of Heaven. Thank You for working in my heart, and for leading me to believe in You. Jesus, help me to see people as You see them. Make me realize that when I welcome those who trust in You, I am really welcoming You. Don t let me cause anyone who trusts in You to fall into sin.

INTERCESSION [ 1 \ Based on Matthew 16:16-18:11 F ATHER IN HEAVEN, thank You for revealing to (DISCIPLE) that Your Son, Jesus, is the Messiah the Son of the Living God. And because he/she believes in You, You have given him/her the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven to share the Good News with others. Remind (DISCIPLE) that whatever he/she binds on earth has already been bound in heaven; and whatever he/she sets free on earth has already been set free in heaven. Open his/her eyes to see things not merely from a human point of view, but from Yours. LORD jesus, I pray that (OBEDIENCE) will put aside all selfish ambition and follow You. Strengthen him/her to obey You to shoulder his/her cross, and to follow You. Jesus, help (SALVATION) to realize that if he/she keeps his/her life for himself/herself, he/she will lose True Life. But if he/she gives it up for You, that he/she will find Life. Make (SALVATION) aware that even if he/she could gain the whole world, of what value would it be if he/she lost his/her own soul? Reveal to (SALVATION) that nothing is worth more than his/her soul. Jesus, I ask You to make (SALVATION) aware that someday You will come in the glory of Your Father, and with His angels, and You will judge all people according to their deeds. Lead (SALVATION) to put his/her trust in You to save him/her. LORD Jesus, I pray that (DISCIPLE) will not be stubborn and faithless but believe You can do all things. Fill (DISCIPLE) with faith that You want to perform miracles in his/her life and through him/her. Remind him/her that if he/she has faith, even as small as a mustard seed, he/she can say to the mountains in his/her life, Move from here to there, and they will move. Because nothing is impossible for You. Lead (DISCIPLE) to name the mountains in his/her life, and to trust You. Lord Jesus, (DISCIPLE) has turned from his/her sins. Like a little child, he/she has placed his/her trust in You to save him/her. Lead him/her to rejoice that he/she will be with You in heaven forever. Fill him/her with thanks to You. Jesus, enable (LOVE) to see people as You see them. Keep him/her mindful that when he/she welcomes those who believe in You, he/she is really welcoming You. Don t let him/her cause anyone who trusts in You to sin.

REQUESTS, PRAYERS, AND THANKSGIVING [ 2 \ L Based on Mark 8:2-37 ORD JESUS, fill me with Your compassion the same compassion You had for people when You preached to them, healed them, and fed the four thousand. Jesus, I give You all I have, and I ask You to multiply it. I trust You to supply my needs. I won t ask for a miracle to prove You are God. Your Word is enough. Heavenly Father, make me mindful of the way You do things. Keep me from having a closed mind. Enable me to see, and to understand, and to really listen to You. Jesus, I ask You for wisdom to assess what I have. Thank You for everything that You have given to me. I ask You to bless it. I believe You want to bless me with more so that I can share it with others. I look to You, and I depend on You. I believe I will always have enough and leftovers too. LORD, lead me to those who need to be healed. You are able to heal them. You can make even the blind see clearly. LORD Jesus, You are the Christ. You had to suffer many terrible things and die. People bound by religious spirits, and those who only lived by rules did not accept You. You would be killed to die for our sins, and after three days You would rise from the dead. Jesus, help me to see things the way You see them, not merely from a human point of view. LORD JESUS, make me realize if I want to follow You, that I must die to the things I selfishly want. Remind me if I only live to please myself, that I will lose my life. But if I give it up for You, and for the Good News, that I will have True Life forever. What will it profit me if I gain even the whole world, but lose my own soul? What can I give in exchange for my soul? Remind me that nothing is worth more than my soul.

INTERCESSION [ 2 \ Jesus, lead (COMPASSION) to those who need to be healed. Give him/her faith to believe that You can heal them. LORD, You can do all things. You can make even the blind see clearly. Jesus, enable (WISDOM) to see things as You see them, and not merely from a human point of view. Based on Mark 8:2-37 LORD JESUS, fill (COMPASSION) with compassion the same compassion You had for people when You preached to them, healed them, and fed the four thousand. Release (DISCIPLE) to give You everything he/she has, so that You can multiply it. Empower him/her to trust You to supply all his/her needs. Teach him/her not to ask for a miracle to prove You are God. Your Word is enough. Father, lead (COURAGE) to do things Your way. Keep him/her from having a closed mind. Empower him/her to see, and to really listen to You. Help him/her to assess what he/she has, and to thank You and to ask You to bless it. Enable (COURAGE) to turn everything over to You. Lead him/her to make preparation for the blessing You want to give so that he/she can share it with others. Increase his/her faith. May he/she trust You to multiply what You give, and to believe that there will always be enough and leftovers too. Empower him/her to do things Your way. Jesus, reveal to (SALVATION) that You are the Christ. You had to suffer many terrible things. Show (SALVATION) that You had to die in order to deliver him/her from useless religion and the demands of the law. And after three days, You would rise from the dead. Lord Jesus, make (DISCIPLE) realize if he/she wants to follow You, that he/she must die to the things he/she selfishly wants. Remind him/her if he/she tries to save his/her life, that he/she will lose it. But if he/she gives it up for You, and for the Good News, that he/she will have True Life forever. Father, show (SALVATION) that there is no profit in gaining even the whole world but to lose his/her own soul. Reveal to him/her that nothing is worth more than his/her soul.

REQUESTS, PRAYERS, AND THANKSGIVING [ 3 \ Based on Luke 7:7-8:15 LORD JESUS, You have authority to make the blind see, the lame walk, the deaf hear, and You can raise the dead. You heal people with all kinds of diseases. I praise You that You can heal me. You only need to speak a word, and my sickness will leave. I ask You to heal me of (this). Show Your mercy to me. Thank You for healing me. Jesus, I ask You to stir my heart to tell others the Good News of Your salvation. Jesus, I have turned to You and it is Your will to bless me. Thank You for Your grace Your power to obey. I ask You to make me wise as I learn to follow You. Remind me how wrong it is to refuse to do what You say. LORD JESUS, I ask You to do a deep work in my life so that I will pour out my love on You. I ask You to love people through me. Strengthen me to serve others with a whole heart. Fill me with Your Spirit. Jesus, thank You for forgiving my sins. If I thought I had only a few sins to forgive, I would not love You very much. But my sins were many and You forgave them all. Thank You for filling my heart with peace. Open up opportunities for me to tell others about You. Heavenly Father, I release my money and my resources to You to further Your Kingdom. Jesus, thank You for the good seed of Your Word, and for all who sowed Your Word in my life. Lord Jesus, anoint me to plant the good seed of Your Word in the hearts of others. Show me the condition of people s hearts. Help me to know when Your good seed falls beside the road, on rocky ground, among thorny weeds, or on good soil. Empower me to love people. Give me insight into their needs. Strengthen me to be patient with people with all kinds of hearts. Father, I praise You. When I heard Your Word, I received it, and I obeyed You from my heart. Now Your Spirit is producing Your fruit in me. I am so thankful.

INTERCESSION [ 3 \ Based on Luke 7:7-8:15 LORD JESUS, remind (STEADFAST) that You have authority to make the blind see, the lame walk, the deaf hear, and You can raise the dead. You heal people with all kinds of diseases. I pray that (STEADFAST) will praise You that You can heal him/her. You only need to speak a word, and his/her sickness will leave. I ask You to heal him/her of (this). Show Your mercy. Lead him/her to call out to You for healing. Jesus, I ask You to fill (BOLDNESS) with Your Spirit. Lead him/her to share with others the Good News of Your salvation. Jesus, (DISCIPLE) has put his/her faith in You. Remind him/her that it is Your will to bless him/her. Lead him/her to thank You for Your grace Your power to obey. I pray that (DISCIPLE) will yield his/her life completely to You, and follow You. Remind him/her how wrong it is to refuse to do what You say. LORD Jesus, lead (WORSHIP) to pour out his/her love on You. Release him/her to let Your love flow through him/her to other people. Strengthen him/her to serve others with a whole heart. Fill him/her with Your Spirit. Jesus, lead (SALVATION) to come to You and ask You to forgive his/her sins. Show him/her that he/she doesn t have only a few sins but many. Reveal to him/her that You will forgive them all. I pray that (SALVATION) will want to know real peace the peace that only You can give. LORD, open up opportunities for (WITNESS) to tell others about You. Work in him/her to release his/her money and resources to further Your Kingdom. Lord Jesus, I pray that (GRATEFUL) will be thankful for the good seed of Your Word and for all who sowed Your Word in his/her life. Remind him/her that when he/she heard Your Word, he/she received it with joy and obeyed You from his/her heart. Now Your Spirit is producing Your fruit in him/her. Fill him/her with thanks to You.

REQUESTS, PRAYERS, AND THANKSGIVING [ 4 \ Based on John 3:2-36 HEAVENLY FATHER, thank You for sending Jesus, Your Son, into the world. Thank You for Your Word. Thank You for showing me that I must be born from above by Your Spirit in order to see the Kingdom of Heaven. Jesus, thank You for giving me new life from heaven by the power of Your Holy Spirit. Father, thank You for loving me so much that You gave Your only Son to die for me. Because I believe in Jesus, I will not perish, but have Everlasting Life. Thank You that You did not send Your Son into the world to condemn me, but to save me. Jesus, I believe in You. Because I believe in You, judgment is not waiting for me. I am so grateful. LORD JESUS, thank You that Your Word is clear: If I do not trust You to save me, I am already judged for not believing in You, the only Son of God. Thank You that You were sent from heaven by Your Father to be the Light. Before I believed in You, I loved darkness more than the light because I was doing things that were wrong. I hated the light, because I wanted to live my own way. I stayed away from the light for fear that my sins would be exposed, and I would be punished. But now I belong to You. I am so thankful. Jesus, Your Word is true. If I want to do what is right, I will gladly come to the Light. Thank You for drawing me to You. Father in Heaven, You are the One who chose the work You want me to do and I am grateful. Empower me to do what You want me to do. Jesus, thank You for filling me with joy when I see others praise You. Keep me mindful that You must become more and more important, and that I must become less and less important. Jesus, You are so great. You are the greatest One of all. You came from heaven to tell us what You have seen and heard from Your Father. Keep me aware that as I believe, I will know that Your Word is true. Lord Jesus, You were sent from heaven by God. You spoke His Word because God s Spirit is on You without measure. Your Father loves You, and He has given You authority over everything. I praise You.

INTERCESSION [ 4 \ Based on John 3:2-36 LORD JESUS, I ask You to work in the heart of (SALVATION). Reveal to him/her that You are the Son of God. Lead him/her to ask You to forgive his/her sins. Work in him/her so that he/she will be born from above by Your Spirit and will see and enter the Kingdom of Heaven. Lord Jesus, reveal to (SALVATION) that You came from heaven to speak about Your Father and to deliver His message. I pray that (SALVATION) will put his/her trust in You, and receive Eternal Life. HEAVENLY FATHER, open the heart of (SALVATION) to thank You for loving him/her so much that You gave Your only Son to die for him/her and that if he/she believes in You, he/she will not perish but have Eternal Life. JESUS, reveal to (SALVATION) that You did not come into the world to judge him/her, but to save him/her. Show him/her that he/she is already judged for not believing in You the only Son of God. Reveal to (SALVATION) that you are God s light who came into the world. Lead him/her to open his/her heart to You and to receive You. Father, I ask You to make (DISCIPLE) aware that You are the One who decides what he/she has or does not have. Remind him/her that he/she doesn t have anything unless You give it. Help him/her to live each day knowing that You must become more important, and that he/she must become less important. Work in him/her to live this way so that he/she will experience Your true joy. Jesus, I ask You to touch the heart of (WITNESS). Lead him/her to praise You because You are the greatest of all. Remind him/her that You came from heaven to speak of what You have seen and heard from Your Father. LORD Jesus, I ask You to make (SALVATION) aware that Your Word is true. The words You speak are Your Father s because His fullness dwells in You. Work in (SALVATION) to believe everything You say. Father, make (SALVATION) aware that You have given all power to Your Son, and that if he/she believes in You, he/she has Eternal Life.

REQUESTS, PRAYERS, AND THANKSGIVING [ 5 \ Based on John 18:6-20:31 LORD JESUS, the night You were betrayed, You knew what would happen to You. Your Word was fulfilled even in this: You didn t lose a single one that Your Father gave to You. Jesus, thank You for drinking the cup the Father gave You to drink. Thank You for drinking it for me. Jesus, strengthen me, so that I will not leave You, forsake You, or deny You. LORD Jesus, when I am accused of doing wrong, give me wisdom, and the words to say, so I will know how to answer. Jesus, Your Kingdom is not of this world. You came to bring truth to the world. You were born a King. Thank You for working in my life and for giving me a love for the truth. Your Word is truth. Jesus, You were flogged, and a crown of thorns was placed on Your head. You were mocked and beaten. People cried out, Crucify Him. Lord Jesus, I praise You that no one had any power over You unless it was given by Your Father from above. Jesus, before You died, You said, It is finished. And they pierced Your side with a spear. These things happened to fulfill the Scriptures not one of Your bones was broken; and they looked on the One they had pierced. LORD Jesus, I praise You that on that first Sunday morning, the stone was rolled away. You were not in the tomb. You were risen! The disciples and many others saw You. You showed them Your hands and Your side. They were filled with joy when they saw You their LORD! I ask You to continue to bless me with Your peace. LORD Jesus, as the Father sent You, I ask You to send me. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit. Make me bold to tell others that You forgive sin. Deliver me from doubting You. Thank You that You have blessed me because I believe in You, even though I have not seen You with my eyes. Jesus, thank You for Your Word. It reveals that You are the Messiah, the Son of God. I believe in You. Thank You that You have given me Eternal Life by the power of Your Name.

INTERCESSION [ 5 \ Based on John 18:6-20:31 LORD JESUS, I praise You that not even one person that Your Father has given to You will be lost. Thank You for drinking the cup that Your Father gave You to drink. Thank You for drinking it for (SALVATION). JESUS, I pray that (SALVATION) will realize that Your Kingdom is not of this world. You came from heaven to bring truth to the world. I ask You to open the heart of (SALVATION) to be willing to hear Your Word, and to listen to it. LORD Jesus, reveal to (SALVATION) that You are the Son of God. Make him/her aware that everything the prophets said about You is true, and that everything happened just as You said. LORD, I ask You to give (DISCIPLE) more compassion for members of his/her family and for others. Jesus, reveal to (SALVATION) that before You died, You cried out, It is finished! Show (SALVATION) that You died for his/her sins. Lord Jesus, reveal to (SALVATION) that You were raised from the dead. On that first Sunday morning, You appeared to the disciples and to many others. I ask You to stir in (SALVATION) a hunger for the peace and joy that only You can give. Jesus, fill (JOY) with praise that You were raised from the dead. Fill him/her with Your peace and joy. Jesus, remind (JOY) that just as the Father sent You into the world, You want to send him/her into the world to tell others about You. Breathe Your Holy Spirit on him/her. Jesus, I pray that (SPIRIT-FILLED) will receive Your Holy Spirit, and that You will send him/her out to tell others about You. Take away all doubt. Fill him/her with faith. Jesus, lead (JOY) to praise You that You are LORD and God. You are the Christ, the Son of God. Fill him/her with joy that his/her faith is in You. Lead (DISCIPLE) to praise You that You have given him/her Eternal Life by the power of Your Name.
