Think about how large the ocean are but how much detail your fingerprint have. Picture the Rocky Mountain and then the delicate part of a nowflake. God how himelf clearly in thee amazing creation. 6 Chooe for yourelve right now who you will erve... a for me and my family, we will erve the LORD. Johua 24:15 Moe had given the Iraelite the Ten Commandment. Still, ome of them broke their promie to God and tarted worhiping idol. It eem trange that anyone could bow down in front of a gold cow or tatue, but we have to chooe who we will erve, jut a the people of Irael did. Do we erve other people or thing? Or do we erve the one true God? Johua wa the leader of the Iraelite after Moe. Johua wa in charge of leading the people into the Promied Land. God wa with them during that time. He fought for them a they began to take over the land. With Johua to lead them, the Iraelite tayed devoted to God. Near the end of hi life, Johua knew he would die oon. He gathered the people together. He told them they would need to chooe for themelve to erve the Lord, the one true God. Dear God, I promie to erve you, and only you. You are the one true God. We have the ame challenge. We need to make deciion when we get out of bed, are at chool, erve at church, play with our friend, and even decide what to eat. Are we erving God, ourelve, or omething ele? 10 11

7 The fire of the LORD came down. It burned up the acrifice. It burned up the wood and the tone and the oil. It even dried up the water in the ditch. I King 18:38 Ye, you read that right! God fire dried up the water. Elijah and the worhiper of Baal had a kind of contet. They each wanted to prove their own god wa the mot powerful. The howdown had been trong. From morning until noon, the follower of Baal had aked their god to burn up their offering. They houted for Baal and danced for him, but nothing happened. Baal didn t do anything. Dear Lord, thank you for being a part of my life. Pleae continue to how me who you are and who you want me to be. The one true God didn t need to be aked a econd time. Elijah et up a acrifice on an altar and oaked it with water. God fire burned Elijah acrifice. And then it burned part of the tone altar. And the altar had been wet! Elijah really wanted to prove a point and he did. Let thank God for the time when he ha clearly hown himelf in our live. And let look for him to do o again today

Johua 24:13 Do you make ure to tell people thank you? Are you urpried when people do or don t ay thank you to you? Another reaon might be that we take thing for granted. In ome place, people can t be ure they will have food, clean water, or be afe. But mot of u are ure of getting thoe thing, o we don t worry about them. We are certain we will have them. We alo forget what life wa like before we walked with Jeu. We forget that everything we have i a gift from God. The mot important thing that God give u i knowledge of Him. We don t deerve to know God, but he till let u. May we alway remember that knowing the gopel i pure grace a gift from God. One reaon we don t alway thank other i that human being tend to feel entitled. That mean we feel like we hould get all ort of thing even if we didn t earn them or don t really deerve them. Dear Lord, help me be grateful for you and for the bleing in my life. Help me how thoe I love that I appreciate what they do

I promie to do my bet to alway be faithful to you. When God ha jut done omething amazing for u, we act grateful. We decide to be better people, do nice thing, and obey all the rule. We might think that we will change forever and never go back to doing bad thing. But after a little while, we may imply forget God goodne or what we decided to do.
