Does the Annual Catholic Appeal still have the Matching Gift Program like last year? A. Yes, that is one way to help us meet our goal. Chappetto celebrated the Sacrament of Confirmation for 38 young adults from St. Kevin Catholic Academy and St. Kevin School of Faith Formation. Church Page 6 I would like to invite you to join me on a 10 Day Pilgrimage to Portugal, Spain and France that will take place August 7th - 16th, Upon arrival in Lisbon, Mass will be celebrated at the Church of St. Anthony, patron saint of Portugal, and then travel onto Fatima, the site of one of the most famous apparitions of the Blessed Mother, where we will spend two nights. We then travel through Spain, along part of The Camino de Santiago (Way of St. James), a large network of ancient pilgrim routes stretching across Europe and coming together at the tomb of St. James in Santiago de Compostela in northwest Spain. Along the way, visit Avila, Zaragoza and Loyola, birthplace of St. Ignatius Loyola, founder of the Jesuit order. From Spain, cross the Pyrenees Mountains to Lourdes, known today as the most famous healing Marian shrine of our times. Bishop Nicholas DiMarzio will celebrate the Mass and bless the newly renovated Church and Academy.
