I just wanted to say Thank you all so very much for all the meals provided, the cards sent, the kind words of encouragement, and mainly for the prayers for me and my family the past several months. Nancy Furr Opportunity to Serve We need Sunday School teachers this September. If you would like to serve the Lord by teaching others, please consider helping in Sunday School. We need teachers for 3 & 4 year olds (teaching as part of a team), 3rd & 4th grade, 5th grade, and Youth (middle & high school). We will have light refreshments and ask that you bring a finger food or dessert. Hispanic Worship Service & Missionary Presentation Next Sunday, August 23rd at 5:30pm All are invited to join us next Sunday at 5:30pm for the Hispanic Worship Service. There will be a special presentation by Roger & Dianne Smalling who are MTW missionaries serving throughout Latin America. Fifth Sunday Night Sing Sunday, August 30th at 6pm Join us Sunday, August 30th for our next Fifth Sunday Night Sing. The music will begin at 6:00 pm, and we'll enjoy finger foods afterwards. If you would like to sing, please contact Charlie Hinson or Bob Hammond. Mark your calendar, bring some food, and join us singing praises to God. Fall Kickoff Wednesday, September 2nd Join us Wednesday, September 2nd from 6-8pm for a festival style Fall Kickoff. There will be food (hot dogs & hamburgers), games and activities for all ages, and booths with information about our many ministries. Dinner will start at 6pm and the games and activities will run until 8pm. This is a community event so please invite friends and family to join us! GriefShare Starts Wednesday, September 9th If you or someone you know has lost a loved one, please join us for GriefShare beginning September 9th at 6:30pm.
