THE FIRST DISPENSATION: INNOCENCE. 3 18 DR. WILLIAM SOTO SANTIAGO Messiah, whom he was preparing the way for; and He was a family member of his, because Elizabeth, the mother of John the Baptist, was a relative of the Virgin Mary. Therefore John baptized Him, and the Holy Spirit descended upon the person of Jesus, which was the sign that He was the Anointed One of God; anointed with the Holy Spirit to begin His Messianic ministry of three and a half years. Therefore, if Jesus had the need to be baptized in order for the Holy Spirit to descend upon Him, and every believer must be baptized to identify with Christ in His death, burial, and resurrection, then every person is called to hear the Gospel, so that the faith of Christ to be born in their soul, they receive Christ as their Savior, and they are baptized in water in the Name of the Lord, in order for God to pour His Holy Spirit upon the person and bring forth the new birth in the person. For he who is not born of the Water and of the Spirit cannot enter into the Kingdom of God, and we all want to enter into the Kingdom of God. Therefore, those in different countries who have received the Lord at this time: yes, you may indeed be baptized in water in the Name of the Lord at this time. For which I leave Reverend Jose Benjamin Perez here, and in each country I leave each minister to let you know what you must do to be baptized in water in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. And may Christ baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire, and produce the new birth in you, and we will continue seeing each other throughout eternity in the Kingdom of Christ our Savior. And congratulations to all women today, on International Women s Day. Today, also, Happy Birthday to Reverend William Paras from Paraguay and Reverend Samuel Escobar from El Salvador. May God bless you; they are coordinators of the Global Embassy of Activists for Peace in their respective countries. On Sunday, April 12 we will have the Holy Supper and Foot Washing in Puerto Rico and in all other countries as well. And now, we will have the documentary of the construction of the Great Tent-Cathedral so that we know how advanced the construction is, and to keep you updated so that you know that your financial support is being put to good use. 4 4 DR. WILLIAM SOTO SANTIAGO [VIDEO] We have now seen the development of the construction of the Great Tent-Cathedral in Cayey, Puerto Rico. Let us read in Genesis chapter 1, verses 26 and on. And it says the following: And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat. And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so. And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day. May God bless our souls with His Word and allow us to comprehend it, may He open the Scriptures to us and our understanding, and our hearts to believe It and receive It in our soul. In the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen. THE FIRST DISPENSATION: INNOCENCE. God created man in His image, and His image is spiritual, it is a spiritual Body, a heavenly Body, a theophanic Body like that of the angels. In other words, it is from another dimension. And he had dominion over the animals, the fishes... he was THE FIRST DISPENSATION: INNOCENCE 17 death on Calvary s Cross as the Sacrifice of Atonement for our sins. I acknowledge that I am a sinner and that I need a Savior. I give public testimony of my faith in You and of Your faith in me, and I receive You as my only and sufficient Savior. I pray You forgive my sins and with Your Blood may You cleanse me from all sin and baptize me with Holy Spirit and fire after I am baptized in water in Your Name; and may You bring forth the new birth in me. I want to be born in Your Kingdom, I want to live eternally with You in Your Kingdom. Make a reality in my life the salvation You purchased for me on Calvary s Cross. I pray in Your glorious and eternal Name, Lord Jesus Christ. Amen and Amen. Now, those who have come to the Feet of Christ in different countries, will ask: When can you baptize me in water in the Name of the Lord? You may indeed be baptized, because you have received Christ as Savior, with all your heart. Water baptism does not take sins away, it is the Blood of Christ that cleanses us from all sin; but water baptism is a commandment of the Lord Jesus Christ, who said: He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. [Mark 16:16.] It is as simple as that. The Lord Jesus Christ went to where John was baptizing and preaching, to be baptized by John. And when He entered into the waters of the Jordan, where John was, John said to Jesus: I have the need to be baptized by You, and You come to me so that I may baptize You? Jesus said to him: For thus it becometh us to fulfil all righteousness. And then he baptized Him. And when He was raised from the baptismal waters, the Holy Spirit descended upon Jesus like a dove. And John, being a prophet with the two consciouses together, saw the Holy Spirit descend and remain upon Jesus, and that was the sign that God had told him he would see upon the Messiah. By seeing that sign upon Jesus, he recognized that He was the

5 16 DR. WILLIAM SOTO SANTIAGO of Christ our Savior, before the Master of the House, Christ, leaves the Throne of Intersession and shuts the door. And that is in the parable of the ten virgins, and also in the parable of the Master of the House leaving and closing the door; because they are all inside the House of God, the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, the mystical Body of Christ. The House of God will have been filled; and it is filled just like it says in the parable of the servant: And the servant said, Lord, it is done as thou hast commanded, and yet there is room. The room that is still left is the most important place: the Most Holy Place of the spiritual Temple of Christ, for it to be formed by living stones, that place of that spiritual Temple, which is the House of God, the family of God, which comes through the second Adam: Christ our Savior. Let us stand up to pray for the people who have come to the Feet of Christ in different countries, so that Christ receives you in His Kingdom. With our eyes closed and our heads bowed: Heavenly Father, which art in Heaven, Hallowed be Thy Name. Thy Kingdom come Thy will be done in Earth, as it is in Heaven; give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For Thine is the Kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen. Heavenly Father, in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ I come to You with all these persons who are receiving Christ as their Savior in different places, in different countries. Receive them in Your Kingdom and give them eternal Life through Jesus Christ. I pray to You in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen. Now repeat this prayer after me: Lord Jesus Christ, I heard the preaching of Your Gospel, and Your faith was born in my heart. I believe in You with all my soul. I believe in Your First Coming and I believe in Your Name as the only Name under Heaven whereby we must be saved, and I believe in Your THE FIRST DISPENSATION: INNOCENCE 5 placed over everything. God placed the man that He created firstly as a spirit-man, a spiritual body... And further on, in chapter 2 of Genesis, He gives him a physical body, as Genesis chapter 2, verse 7 tells us: And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. In other words, first He made man in another dimension: in the dimension of the angels (the sixth dimension); and He placed him over the entire planet Earth and over everything that the planet Earth contained at that time, as a ruler, as king of the planet Earth. In other words, God, the King of the universe, made His first son king of this planet Earth. Then He gave him a physical body, wherein He placed the masculine spirit and the feminine spirit, and He taught him not to eat from the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil, for the day he ate from that tree, he would die. Then He took Adam (in whom the feminine and masculine spirits were), He made him fall asleep that was the first anesthetic used on the human being and then He took out a rib from his side, and from there He formed a feminine body, and He took out of Adam the feminine spirit and placed it in that feminine body, and He closed up the place from which He had taken out the rib to form a helpmeet for Adam. Then, we find Adam and Eve happy in the Garden of Eden, where God s place of Worship was and wherein God met Adam every day in the evenings; and the Tree of Life and the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil were also there. Therefore, we need to see what Reverend William Branham says regarding these trees in the Garden of Eden. He says that those two trees the Tree of Life is Christ, and therefore, the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil is another person. The Tree of Life always continues being Christ. There is no other person who can be the Tree of Life. Remember that human beings are represented in trees, and

6 6 DR. WILLIAM SOTO SANTIAGO they are also represented in animals. For example, we have the Lamb of God, the Lamb that would take away the sin of the world, and when John saw Him, he said: Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world, and when the people looked, what they saw was a man: Jesus. Christ also says that He is the Lion of the Tribe of Judah; He is not literally a lion, but a man. The Scripture also makes reference of the two Olive Trees that stand before the presence of God, the two anointed ones, and they are Moses and Elijah, the ministries of Moses and Elijah, which will be repeated again, according to Revelation chapter 11, verses 1 to 14. See? They are represented in two Olive Trees. Therefore, human beings are represented in trees, in animals, and so forth; and nations are also represented in trees, such as Israel, which is represented in the fig tree. Christ also represents the rest of the nations in trees: the fig tree and the rest of the trees, the prophecy of Saint Matthew 24: the fig tree and the other trees putting forth in the end time. That is a very big sign for those who read the Bible. Christ even represented Himself in the true Vine, in the Vine; because Christ is the True Vine. And He represents His believers in branches. In other words, He says [John 15:5]: I am the vine, ye are the branches. In other words, in the tree or grapevines, the branches are called: branches or gayos as they are called in Brazil (not gallos meaning roosters [in Spanish], but gayos meaning grapevine branches). And Christ also represents God s children in wheat, in chapter 13 of Saint Matthew; and those who are not God s children, He represents them in the tares. It is as simple as that. In other words, all of this is, let s say, codified in parables. And in chapter 13, verses 11 to 17, the disciples ask Jesus Christ: Why do you speak to them in parables? Christ says: Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but it is not given to them, except through parables. In other words, it is given unto God s children to THE FIRST DISPENSATION: INNOCENCE 15 unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able. Remember that Christ is the Door. I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture, Saint John chapter 10, verse 9 says this. When once the master of the house is risen up, and hath shut to the door, and ye begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open unto us; and he shall answer and say unto you, I know you not whence ye are: Then shall ye begin to say, We have eaten and drunk in thy presence, and thou hast taught in our streets. But he shall say, I tell you, I know you not whence ye are; depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity. There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when ye shall see Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, and all the prophets, in the kingdom of God, and you yourselves thrust out. This will be fulfilled. The Master of the House is Christ, because God s family, the House of God, the seed of God, which are the believers in Christ who form the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ come through Christ. That is why the children of God are born through Christ in and through His Church, which is Christ, the second Adam, and His Church is the second Eve, represented in Christ (the second Adam) as the Grain of Wheat, and His Church is represented in the wheat plant which brings forth the grains of wheat, the sons and daughters of God. It is as simple as that. If there is someone that has not yet received Christ as their Savior, you may do so at this time, and we will be praying for you so that Christ receives you in His Kingdom. Those who are present, and those also in other nations, can come to the front to receive Christ as their only and sufficient Savior. And children ten years of age and older can also come to the Feet of Christ our Savior if they have not done so before (on another occasion). Let us wait a couple of minutes for them to come to the Feet

7 14 DR. WILLIAM SOTO SANTIAGO know what will be happening in the dispensation in which we are allotted to live in this end time. It is important that those who have not yet received Christ as Savior, do so as soon as possible, because at any point in time the Dispensation of Grace will close, and there will no longer be an opportunity to repent, for forgiveness of sins, or to be washed with the Blood of Christ. For the Blood of Christ will no longer be in the place of Intercession in Heaven, and Christ will not be as High Priest interceding for the human being. He will change from High Priest to King and Judge. Therefore, it is important that while there is still time (although there isn t much left), those who have not received Christ as Savior, do so as quickly as possible, before the door of mercy is closed. Remember that in the parable of the ten virgins, when the cry was heard: Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him, those who were prepared, received the Lord, and they entered with Him to the marriage, and the door was shut. And when the foolish virgins went to knock on the door, it was already closed; they were left to face the great tribulation. That is in Saint Matthew chapter 25, from 1 to 13, and in Saint Luke chapter 13, verses 22 to 27. When once the master of the house is risen up, and hath shut to the door, and ye begin saying: In Let us read it so you have a clear picture. I did such and such a thing in Your Name, and He will say that He does not know them. And it feels bad when we think someone knows us, and when we go before him, the person says: I don t know you; I don't know who you are. Chapter 13, verses 22 and on of Saint Luke, says: And he went through the cities and villages, teaching, and journeying toward Jerusalem. Then said one unto him, Lord, are there few that be saved? And he said unto them, Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say THE FIRST DISPENSATION: INNOCENCE 7 know the mysteries of the Kingdom of God, the Kingdom of the Heavens. That is why it is important that we take advantage, by knowing the mysteries of the Kingdom of God while we live on this Earth. Therefore, when it talks about the Vine, who do we think of? Jesus Christ. When it talks about the Vine branches, who do we think of? Ourselves. When it talks about the wheat, whom do we think of? Ourselves. And when it talks about the Two Olive Trees, whom do we think of? Moses and Elijah; in other words, the ministries of Moses and Elijah being repeated at the Last Day. The Bible is as simple as that. Christ would speak to the public in parables, but He would explain things clearly to His disciples. For example, He says that who plants the good seed (in chapter 13, from 1 to 23 of Saint Matthew): Who plants the good seed is the Son of Man. And the good seed is planted on the ground, and the ground is the earth where, in other words, the human beings are planted. One seed is planted by the way side, another one is planted upon stony places, another one is planted among thorns and another one is planted in good ground. The ones planted by the way sided are those that hear the Word and then the enemy comes and takes out what was planted in their hearts. Then, at the end, the seed planted in good ground, it says those are the ones who hear the Word and understand It, and bring forth fruit (some a hundredfold, some sixty and some thirty). In other words, a grain of wheat (or whichever plant) is planted and it bears one hundredfold; a grain of wheat is planted and it bears sixtyfold; a wheat of grain is planted and it bears thirtyfold. Such is the good ground, some produce more than others, as it usually happens. It is representing God s children as the good ground where the Word is planted, and that is the good seed: the Word, to bring forth fruit. In other words, the Word of God, the Gospel, is planted in the heart of the people (the good ground) for it to bear fruit. Not

8 8 DR. WILLIAM SOTO SANTIAGO for you to do nothing in the Kingdom of God, but rather for you to bear the fruit of the Kingdom. Remember what Christ said about the Kingdom in Saint Matthew chapter 21 verses 43 and on, to the Jews and religious leaders of those days: The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof. In other words, the people who received that Kingdom, who were given the Kingdom so that they be fruitful and bear His fruit, that is the people composed of all the believers in Christ, whether they be Jews or Gentiles; that is where the fruit of the Kingdom of God is found. The fruit of the Kingdom of God as sons and daughters of God, as well as the works of the sons and daughters of God, will be manifested in the believers in Christ, who form the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ and who are Heirs of God and joint-heirs with Jesus Christ our Lord; they inherit the Kingdom of God. Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom. [Luke 12:32.] In other words, the Kingdom of God is with the believers in Christ, and they form the people of the Kingdom of God. In the time of Adam, they were living in the stage or dispensation of innocence. They were not in a stage in which both consciouses were separated: they were together; but when they sinned, there was a serious problem, even in their brains. The same thing happens when someone fails, he becomes completely confused. The human being was going to fall, God knew that, and the Divine Attributes of Savior, Love, Mercy, Redeemer, and so forth, had to be manifested. And the Title Deed that Adam had, the Book of Life, which is the Title Deed to eternal Life and to all of the Creation, with which and through which Adam had dominion of the entire planet Earth with everything it contained He would order the animals to go from one place THE FIRST DISPENSATION: INNOCENCE 13 And Saint Peter says that He took our sins away, and that is why He was able to die. Just like Adam and Eve became mortal by sinning, when the sin came upon them, when our sin came upon Jesus, He became mortal, and that is why He was able to die for us on Calvary s Cross, in order to give us eternal Life, for us to be able to live eternally. This is also how it happened symbolically with Adam and Eve. If Adam had not become sin for Eve, Eve would have died, but Adam would have continued living. And if Christ had not become sin for us, we would die, and Christ would continue living on Earth throughout eternity because He had no sin. He took our sins, in order to die for all of us. The first dispensation of Innocence is found in Genesis chapter 1, chapter 2, and chapter 3. We will see the other dispensations next. Remember that each dispensation is a period of time in which God deals with the human being, where there are covenants established by God; and therefore, there is a way to approach God, to worship God, to serve God, and for God to bless the human being. In this study of the dispensations, we will reach the dispensation where we currently are. There are seven dispensations: The Dispensation of Innocence. The Dispensation of Conscience (when they are conscious after having sinned). The Dispensation of Human Government, with Noah. The Dispensation of the Promise, with Abraham. The Dispensation of the Law, with Moses. The Dispensation of Grace, with Jesus. And the Dispensation of the Kingdom, which is the seventh dispensation. We will go through those dispensations to see in them how God dealt with the people in each dispensation; and then to see the type and figure of what happened back then, in order to

WILLIAM SOTO SANTIAGO Heir to (Heir to all the Creation) and we are joint-heirs with Him; that is why we are kings and priests with Him, and also judges who will judge the world, and even the angels. Therefore, when the Title Deed returns to the human race brought by Christ, the Mighty Angel, who also places It in the midst of His Church we will return to everything that Adam and Eve lost in the Garden of Eden. In other words, we will be restored to everything they lost back then, we will be restored to eternal youth, eternal Life in glorified bodies, with all the power and attributes that belong to us as the descendants of the second Adam. That is why we will return to what Adam and Eve lost, and that is why we will be changed, we will have glorified bodies; because the bodies we have (since the time of Adam) is an animal body. And although the Word seems harsh, let us see if it s in the Bible... First Corinthians chapter 15, verses 44 and on says: It is sown a natural [Spanish version reads: animal] body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body. The body we have is an animal body; and the body of the human being is the crown of the animal bodies that exist. But we will have a heavenly body in the adoption of the sons and daughters of God, as Romans chapter 8, verses 14 to 39 tells us. That will be the adoption, the redemption of the body, then we will have a heavenly, glorified body, like the glorified body of Jesus Christ. He had to be made in the image and likeness of the human being in order to be able to die as the Redeemer, taking our sins and thus becoming mortal. He had to descend in order to have a body like that of the human beings. That is in Romans chapter 8, verse 3; it says: For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh. THE FIRST DISPENSATION: INNOCENCE 9 to another, and they would obey, the fishes too, the birds, and even the trees. He was able to say to the trees: Go from here to there, and they would move. Doesn t Christ say the same thing? If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you. [Matthew 17:20.] Therefore, Adam had that authority, but he lost it when he lost the Title Deed, which returned to the right Hand of God. And from that moment on, there was a change in the mind, the brain, and in Adam and Eve s entire bodies. They became mortal, because they had not been adopted or glorified yet, they were in a time of trial. We find that the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ would go through that same stage, or those same stages. Now, the Dispensation of Innocence was under a Divine Covenant; under the Edenic Covenant, in other words, the Covenant of Eden. It is important to know these things in order to know what Adam and Eve lost. She sinned due to unbelief of what Adam had taught her, and she ignored what Adam had taught her from God, and she was deceived. When Adam received her, he sinned voluntarily; he became sin for her and with her, and the consequence was that he lost the right to live eternally in the body of flesh that he had, and from then on, neither he nor she could live eternally in the body of flesh they had. But there was a sacrifice for them, and God gave them skins, animal skins from an animal that was sacrificed for them; God gave them bloody skins, a type and shadow of the Sacrifice of Christ whose Blood would cover us, cleanse us of all sin, and thus give us life (by taking away our sins). But we are speaking about the Dispensation of Innocence. They were in the Garden of Eden. When they sinned, God took them out of the Garden of Eden, so that they wouldn t reach out and also eat from the Tree of Life, and thus live as sinners

In these mortal bodies, the more years a person lives, the more he suffers; and especially when he becomes an elderly man or woman, from then on, he suffers a lot. Therefore, it s not the number of years we can live, but the time we live serving Christ, working in His Work, being faithful to Him, glorifying Him, and fulfilling what has been established for the Christians in the New Covenant, in the New Testament, which is in the Gospels and the Apostolic Letters of Saint Paul, Saint Peter, and other Apostles, and therefore, in the Book of Revelation, written by John (as the writer), but dictated by Jesus Christ, the Angel of the Covenant, the Holy Spirit. That is why when He writes to the churches, He always says: He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches. [Revelation 2 and 3.] It is Christ in Holy Spirit in the midst of His Church, speaking through each one of the messengers of each age. That is what the Spirit says to the Churches: what It says through the messenger of each age, who hears from God (from the Holy Spirit, from Christ) what he must say to the Church, the Church of that time. And then, anointed by the Holy Spirit, he speaks that word, and that is the Holy Spirit speaking through that messenger; and It calls and gathers the elect of that time and places them in perfect union with Christ in the age of that messenger; and in this way, that group becomes part of the mystical Body of Christ: the part of that spiritual Temple for that time, which is formed by those living stones, those people. And now, the first dispensation, the Dispensation of Innocence, has already passed. In Innocence, they were naked and they were not ashamed because they had no knowledge of what it meant to have clothes on or not have clothes on; they did not have knowledge of what sin was, of what was good or bad. But after eating from the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil, they hid, they took fig leaves to hide, to cover THE FIRST DISPENSATION: INNOCENCE 11 themselves. And since God would visit them every day, He asked Adam: Where are you? [Genesis 3:9-10] In other words, he was not in the place where he always met God. He replied: I heard Your Voice in the Garden and I was afraid because I was naked and I hid. But before that, he did not know he was naked, he didn t know what it meant to be naked, and he was not ashamed nor afraid. But now, the innocence of Adam and Eve disappeared. Now they were not innocent anymore, they are conscious that they are naked, which means they are conscious of the fact that they sinned against God, that they disobeyed.
