Declaration Since the abolition of Canon 1399 and 2318 of the former Canonical Code by Pope Paul IV in AAS 58 (1966) 1186, publications about new appearances, revelations, prophecies, miracles, etc. have been allowed to be distributed and read by the faithful without the express permission of the Church, providing that they contain nothing which contravenes faith and morals. It is permitted since then to publish, without an imprimatur, texts relating to new revelations, apparitions, prophecies or miracles, without compromising the Holy Roman Catholic Church in any way. In accordance with the decrees issued by Pope Urban VIII, the publishers of the material in this book declare that they submit themselves to the judgment of the Holy See. In cases which concern private revelations, it is better to believe than not to believe, for, if you believe, and it is proven true, you will be happy that you have believed, because our Holy Mother asked it. If you believe, and it should be proven false, you will receive all blessings as if it had been true, because you believed it to be true. Quote from His Holiness, Urban VIII (Pope ) Saint Paul wrote, Do not quench the Spirit. Do not despise prophetic utterances. Test everything; retain what is good. 1 Thes. 5:19-21 For those who believe, no explanation is necessary. And for those who do not believe, no explanation is possible. Famous quote related to apparitions at Lourdes, France. Page 2

Private Revelation Mary Constancio who is responsible for the following 27 years plus of messages believes she has received them by the power of the Holy Spirit from the Blessed Virgin Mary under the title Queen of Mercy. The authenticity of such claims can only be verified by the teaching authority of the Roman Catholic Church... from the local bishop to the Vatican's congregation for the Doctrine of the faith and, ultimately, the Holy Father. Meanwhile, however, the content and direction of these messages is such that they deserve prayerful consideration. Public revelation - that contained in the Sacred Scriptures and Sacred Tradition - is all that anyone must accept and believe in order to be saved. Private revelations - even those approved by the Church - carry no requirements of belief on the part of the faithful. They cannot and do not change or add anything to the public revelation (which was closed with the death of the last apostle in the first century). But private revelations can provide valuable and personal insights into how best to live out the plan of God. They are not new truth, but they can clarify the truth. And they can help all who welcome them, not just the messengers receiving them. The basic Vatican outline to be used in judging messages like these was published in 1978 and demands: A high probability that the facts are consistent with what has been claimed. That the person receiving the message are psychologically balanced, honest, respectful toward the Church and without serious moral weakness. That there is no material or financial motives for the messages. That there is no evidence of collective hysteria among people drawn to the site of the messages. That the spiritual fruits of the reported messages are healthy. We are convinced these criteria are being met in the matter of the Queen of Mercy messages. What does the Church say about the Queen of Mercy events of 1988? On October 3, 1988, a committee appointed by the bishop of Lubbock, came to Saint John Neumann Church to investigate claims of messages and miracles surrounding the Feast of the Assumption, The investigation included a study of the content of the Rosary Messages. Before departing on October 5, 1988, the committee put together a report of their findings. The following section consists of quoted material from their report entitled MARIA which relates to the message. Page 4

ASPECTS OF MARIAN DOCTRINE AND DEVOTION Since the events surrounding Saint John Neumann s Parish during the past several months have primarily related to the role of Mary as intercessor in our Catholic beliefs and devotions, it is important to include in this report a few reflections upon the Marian doctrine and devotion involved that have resulted from our careful and prayerful examination of the phenomena, especially of the contents of the Rosary Messages and their evident impact upon the three messengers, and those who have learned about them through these messengers. In the majority of these messages, the Mother of Jesus is portrayed as speaking to the messengers. As one reflects upon these Rosary Messages in light of the guidelines for authentic and balanced Marian devotion given to us by Pope Paul VI in his Apostolic exhortation of 1974, Marialis Cultus, on the right ordering and renewal of messages where Mary is speaking at least two of these guidelines are verified in a special way, namely, that devotion to Mary must be Christocentric, i.e. they lead us through Christ to union with the Triune God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit. To illustrate this, we should like to call your attention to such continuous refrains from Mary as the following which is found in the very first message to Mary Constancio on March 1, As a result of the Monday night rosary devotions at Saint John Neumann Parish, Mary says that the people taking part will become closer to my Son Jesus (and) that the world must hear the good news that my Son Jesus has come to keep His promise In the second message given to Mary Constancio on March 14, 1988, our Blessed Mother is reported as saying: Know that your Father in heaven has come unto this lowly church for His glory and for the salvation of other. Although the Trinitarian emphasis mostly relates to the Father and to the Son both in His divinity and His humanity, there are also references to the Holy Spirit such as on March 22, 1988, the Monday after Pentecost, to Mary Constancio; I (Mary) come through the force of love through the grace of the Holy Spirit There are several other characteristics of sound Catholic teaching and spirituality which are reflected in the Rosary Messages given to Mary Constancio and to Mike Slate, but these two are especially underlined to show that the messages appear not only to be free from any doctrinal error, but are very much in keeping with Vatican II s teaching about Mary s role of helping us come closer and closer to her Son, and through her Son to the Father in the Holy Spirit. 1 "The report noted that the messengers and those involved at St. John Neumann's were good and sincere persons and that there was no evidence of deception or desire for financial gain. The Visitation Committee reported that many people were helped spiritually by the devotions and by the Mass on August 15th. The report mentions the large number of people, confessions, spiritual healings, reconciliations and incidents of spiritual renewal on the part of those participating. The Messages were found, generally, to be within the boundaries of sound Roman Catholic doctrine and Christian tradition and that they were Christocentric and Trinitarian. The Committee was moved by the deep and fervent devotion to Mary, the Mother of Jesus, which is in evidence at St. John Neumann". 2 1 The Commission Report Maria ; Part II, #4, October MARIA excerpt's from The Visitation Committee press release of October 6, Page 5

Introduction A Deeper Understanding of the Messages by: Howard A. Huntzinger Jr. "A Great Sign" Have you ever asked yourself that if the Blessed Virgin Mary did come to Lubbock, Texas in 1988 and is still coming year after year under the title of the Queen of Mercy, is she going to leave a sign for the world to see? I have a dear friend who is a Catholic priest tell me that it is said that the Blessed Mother would leave a sign everywhere she has visited. On May 30, 1988, the Queen of Mercy said, "There is a great sign coming to show you the great favor I have for you. But this favor is not for you alone. This is for the world." Will it be a great cross that will appear in the sky? Some miracle fountain out of the ground like Lourdes, France? Or possibly something else? After reading this May 30, 1988 message, I asked myself and those here at the Ambassadors of the Flame of Mercy, "is this a sign yet to come, or is it something that happened right in front of me and I missed it?" You see since 1994 I have had the unique position of being the historian and custodian of the Queen of Mercy messages, transcribing so far over 230 Queen of Mercy's love letters given to Mary Constancio and publishing them in books and on the Ambassadors of the Flame of Mercy website. I have discovered that while in past history the Blessed Mother has done some spectacular signs at Lourdes, Fatima, and Mexico, her mission is always the conversion and healing of hearts for the glory of God. Her message to her children on August 1, 1988 warns us about just looking for signs: "My children, my children, many of you have come only to seek a sign. If this is the only reason for coming here, I am in sorrow, for your heart is not yet prepared to accept all my blessings you will receive tonight. It was Henry Constancio who discovered the answer about the "great sign" she said was coming, and it has been right before our eyes. In Zachariah chapter 4 an angel shows the prophet a revelation and Zachariah says, "[he] awakened me, like a man awakened from his sleep": in other wards Zachariah was able to recognize the depth of the mystery right before him when a moment before he was able to see it. For ourselves we awakened to the fact that the twenty-seven plus years of messages from the Mother of God is the "great sign," and the "great favor" she has for us and the world. Not lights flashing in the sky but as she said on August 15, 2005, I have left you many love letters in my messages, go and tell the world about the Messages. Why have we been so slow to recognize this great blessing? The answer is found by looking for the sign and blessings with the heart and not the eyes. And as for myself I was looking for the sign with my eyes and not with my heart. Several of the Queen of Mercy messages confirm this: On July 11, 1988 she said, "My dear children, so many disbelieve...so many refuse to open their eyes...to open their hearts. Can you not see the signs that have already been? And still you ask for more signs. How many signs does it take for you to go with my peace and my love?" On August 22, 1988 she said, "My children, I will leave with you a great sign, a sign that you may see...that you may see with your hearts." The most compelling message as to the Messages being the "great sign" was given on August 15, 2008 when she said, "My Beloved, you must listen to the signs. The signs are to lead you to where you should go." The messages themselves call Page 6

us to read them with the eyes of your heart. The Grace Found In the Messages Today Looking through the messages about why the Blessed Mother came to Lubbock, Texas you will discover on her first message given to the world that she said, "Go and tell your priest and go and tell your bishop that that Mary, your Mother, has come to give a message: that they should spread her word throughout radio, throughout television, throughout the newspaper, throughout the pulpit, throughout the world That the world must hear the good news that my Son, Jesus, has come to keep his promise; that I have come for my people. The key phrase and instruction is "spread her word... throughout the world." As I read this particular message back in April 2014 I thought that it is sad because after 26 years not only has the world not heard them, but the very diocese where she came to give her messages has forgotten them and only viewed the coming of the Queen of Mercy as a historical event of That led me to start praying this daily prayer, "Lord, allow your angel of the Diocese of Lubbock to take the veil off these messages, for the diocese and the world to see." After praying this prayer for 3 months everything started to change. In late June of 2014 Mary Constancio brought me a large stack of paperwork. She said the Lord had put it on her heart to let me read through her old diaries concerning the Queen of Mercy which had messages from 1988 that no one else had read. I have since then published one of her diaries in a book called The Tower Messages. As I sat at the table with this mound of paper in front of me containing messages that had not been seen in 26 years I thought to myself, "Oh my God, the veil has started to come off these messages." As I read through these messages including Mary Constancio's diary of October to December, 1988 I believe I found the key that really unveiled the messages for me. The key was found in a single word she uses over and over again - in fact over 215 times - that word being "TODAY". Read the message given on August 15, 1997 through the eyes of the Queen of Mercy talking to you right now: "Today, I pour out my grace to be a holy family, to be kind and compassionate to one another; most of all that mercy may be the center of your lives." This message wasn't given to just a handful of people in the room at that time, but contains a message and a blessing each one of us today? She said on April 4, 1988, "Be it known today that my love will spread even to those who are not here." The Queen of Mercy came to talk to her children throughout the world today. Again, I ask the question, can you see and hear the great sign? How can this be? She said on November 21, 1988, "My dear children remember I am the Queen of Mercy, your Queen and your Mother. I do not only come as your Mother, but as a queen who has been given powers; not of my own, but of our Father...for He alone distributes to whom He chooses." She did not come for a few people, or a diocese, but for the world, and her messages, teachings, and blessings are for the world. I challenge you reading the messages contained in this book in the light of the grace of today. She is waiting right now to talk to your heart. I would also ask that you pray with me that the veil be taken off her messages so that the whole world will truly see the words she has for us all. Remember these words of hers, "My beloveds continue to pray the prayer I have given you. Now spread this prayer for others to pray with you. Let this Page 7

fire that was started here be lit wherever this prayer is prayed." 3 LIVING THE MESSAGE Mercy is love and forgiveness in action. (Queen of Mercy, December 8, 1999) We here at the Ambassadors of the Flame of Mercy believe that through the supernatural grace of Christ the Holy Spirit is revealing the heart and words of the Blessed Virgin Mary under the title of Queen of Mercy for the building up of the body of Christ. We believe that the Blessed Virgin Mary leads all God s people to her son, Jesus, and to a clearer understanding of God s love. We also believe that these messages from the Queen of Mercy are leading us to a clearer understanding of God s divine mercy, and how we are to live that mercy: love and forgiveness in action. We pray that our lives will be the sign that she has left behind, bearing good fruit to the Glory of God. Henry and Mary Constancio Howard and Carolyn Huntzinger Ralph and Jessica Mendez "I wish, my Beloveds that you seek after holiness. I wish that you would seek it daily with intention to be holy seek it with a purpose to please God." 4 "I love you as only a mother could love her children. I embrace you as my children. I want you to live a holy life. Just praying will not make you holy. It is living your prayer that will make you holy." 5 "Remember, my children, I have not been sent out of my own power, but by the power of the Holy Spirit; the same power used to raise my Son to His Resurrection. Think of it, my children: if there is power of this magnitude for the raising of my Son for your salvation, then how much bigger can your problem be"? 6 3 October 14, October 16, August 15, November 7, 1988 Page 8

BRIEF HISTORY OF THE MESSAGES OF MERCY The beginning of this amazing series of events seems to stem from a proclamation of Pope John Paul II who, on June 7, 1987, proclaimed a special 14-month Marian Year. Bishop Michael J. Sheehan of the Diocese of Lubbock, writing in the South Plains Catholic, expressed the wish that every family and every parish would show greater devotion to the Blessed Mother. Father Joseph James, pastor of the St. John Neumann Church, and members of the parish staff, invited the bishop to dedicate the Saint John Neumann Chapel as a Marian Year shrine. The bishop did as they asked, and apparently the Blessed Mother took the dedication seriously, for in the spring of 1988, she began giving messages to three people from that parish. On Sunday February 28, 1988, in the chapel of Saint John Neumann after a healing weekend retreat with the pastor Father Joseph James and a handful of retreatants, Mary Constancio experienced the presence of whom she believes to be the Blessed Mother for the first time. According to Mary Constancio, one of the locutionists 7, "hearing the Blessed Mother's voice pierced my heart, and her words could only be understood within the depth of my soul. The voice sounded like a song - so gentle, kind, and most of all with so much love that I would never be the same again." That first message from Our Lady was, "People are stabbing each other in the back with words, but if they begin praying the rosary, within 6 months you will see the spirit of this church change." Mary Constancio said it was then that Our Lady asked the church to start praying the rosary on Monday nights with her. Early Tuesday morning, March 1st at 2:30 a.m., Our Lady came and visited Mary Constancio at her home - she saw her as Our Lady of Guadalupe. Awakening from her sleep, Mary Constancio grabbed a notebook 8 and wrote the following message: "Go and tell your priest and go and tell your bishop that Mary, your Mother, has come to give a message: that they should spread her word throughout radio, throughout television, throughout the newspaper, throughout the pulpit, throughout the world... That the world must hear the good news that my Son, Jesus, has come to keep his promise: that I have come for my people. "Please, I plead with you, my children, do not wait any longer for a sign. Do not wait, for the Sign has come. The Sign will come again in glory. I hurt to see so many, so many of you waiting--you children, you young people, you married couples, you blessed 7 Locutions are interior illuminations by means of words or statements. They are sometimes, but not always, accompanied by visions. Locutions can be divided into those that are: Auricular - word actually heard with the physical ear; Imaginative - words perceived in the imagination; Intellectual - concepts perceived immediately by the intellect. The Marian locutions reported by Mary Constancio and the other messengers are both imaginative and intellectual. 8 When Mary Constancio gets a "message" from the Queen of Mercy she is basically taking dictation of what is coming to her in a locution by the supernatural grace of the Holy Spirit. Page 9

old, you poor and rich, waiting for a sign with which to believe, with which to come closer to my Son. Do not wait any longer. This is your sign upon hearing this word." According to her husband, Henry Constancio, she was so excited that she wanted to go tell the bishop right at that moment. Her husband, somewhat disturbed by being so suddenly awakened, told her to go back to sleep and let him, as well as the bishop, sleep until morning. Later that day, Mary Constancio searched out her parish pastor, Father Joseph James, to tell him the message and to get his help to see the Bishop. Much calmer than Mary Constancio, Father James convinced Mary that they needed to make an appointment with Bishop's office. Shortly thereafter, on March 14, 1988 during the Monday night rosary devotions, Mary Constancio would write down messages from the Blessed Mother, who came under the title of the "Queen of Mercy. Since the majority of the 1988 messages were received while the rosary was being said on Monday nights, this group of messages became known as the "Rosary Messages." The Monday night rosaries continued with more people showing up, little by little, each week. But one Monday night, a man from Dallas came and received a miraculous healing. He went back to Dallas to tell everyone and soon the news broke over local and then national media. By the end of July almost 1,000 persons would gather each Monday to participate at the Monday evening devotions. When Mary Constancio had to miss one of the Monday night devotions in April, 1988, the Blessed Mother told her that Theresa Fleischman (formerly Theresa Werner) would receive messages in her absence. Mike Slate was also surprised for he too received some messages along with Theresa. After Mary Constancio returned, Mike Slate continued to receive messages along with Mary Constancio at the Monday night rosaries with Mary Constancio. The messages given by Mike Slate are noted within this book. As word spread of the unusual happenings at St. John Neumann, attendance increased at the Monday night devotions. Healings were claimed by many, not just physical, but emotional, spiritual and mental healings as well. The chapel was no longer big enough to hold all the people who came. The main church had to be used, and soon that was filled to capacity and overflowing. On June 27, 1988 was the first invitation from the Blessed Mother to come to the Feast of the Assumption in 1988: "My dear children, the celebration of my Assumption into heaven is approaching quickly. My children, I give you a special invitation to be here; and I ask that you give an invitation to others to join you." The opening of the public media provided the means for the invitation of to be quickly sent out across the country. It was reported that over 20,000 pilgrims, coming from all parts of the country, came to Saint John Neumann parish to celebrate that 1988 Feast of the Assumption mass. (see aerial photo of August 15, 1988 event). Page 10

Aerial View; Feast of the Assumption, 1988 of Saint John Neumann Church and some of the 20,000 pilgrims showed up, coming from all parts of the country. During 1988 Theresa Werner (Fleischman) also received some prophetic messages from Jesus and God the Father: these messages not being part of the messages given by Our Lady under the title of the Queen of Mercy have not been published in this book. Completion of the Rosary Message On December 19, 1988 the Queen of Mercy gave Mike Slate the following message during the Rosary Messages: My dear children thank you for being with me this evening. This is a very special evening for me, for this night marks the last time that I will be coming to you...the last night that I will be giving you messages from this church. After that night Mike Slate and Theresa Werner (Fleischman) no longer received messages from the Queen of Mercy and no more messages were received at Saint John Neumann s Monday night rosary. However Mary Constancio continued to receive messages up to the time of the publication. The majority of these messages are found this book. The Tower Messages Another series of unique experiences with the Queen of Mercy were documented in Mary Constancio s private diary called the Tower Messages. These events were called the Tower Messages because they mostly occurred at the base of the church tower underneath the pine trees at Saint John Neumann. The Tower Messages, unlike the Rosary Messages, are not direct messages from the Queen of Mercy to her children around the world, but personal experiences of Mary Constancio along with Mike Slate with Our Mother. There are however several Queen of Mercy messages found embedded Page 11

within the notes for all her children and these messages are published in this book. What is fascinating about the Tower Messages is that both Mary Constancio and Mike Slate experienced many of the same exact visions and heard the exact same words together. The Tower Messages only occurred during the last 3 months of 1988, and they ended the same time the Rosary Messages ended, December 19, Mary Constancio s private diary is not included in this book except for the Queen of Mercy Messages which are noted in this book. The complete Tower Messages diary can be purchased separately from the Ambassadors of the Flame of Mercy. In 1989 Henry and Mary Constancio formed the Ambassadors of the Flame of Mercy as a charitable organization 9 with the mission of bringing the love of God the Father, the healing of God the Son, and the empowerment of God the Holy Spirit into action, with the Blessed Mother as its role model. Each member is call to live daily the message of Mercy: love and forgiveness in action. Decades of Love Letters and Instructions For Her Children Across This World December 19, 1988 was not the end of the messages from the Queen of Mercy (only the Rosary Messages), for the majority of messages have been given to Mary Constancio after At first the messages were given on three dates: every Feast of the Assumption (August 15), and on every October 14 (a date which the Blessed Mother allow Mary Constancio to pick). However a wonderful blessing also occurred when the Ambassadors of the Flame of Mercy held their first Macho Men of God retreat on August 30, 1997 and unexpectedly Mary Constancio came in to the retreat and said the Blessed Mother, the Queen of Mercy had come to bless us. The Queen of Mercy gave the members of the Ambassadors of the Flame of Mercy this message: The men s retreat is so much in the will of God that I wish you to hold it every three months, and I will come. The Ambassadors of the Flame of Mercy Ministry faithfully holds a men s retreat every 3 months and the Queen of Mercy keeping her promise continues to come and give words of encouragement to her sons and to the world. On August 15, 2005 Our Lady said, I have left you many love letters in my messages. At the time of this publication Queen of Mercy was still give us, her children, love letters. God willing the ministers here at the Ambassadors of the Flame of Mercy will continue to update this book with her messages of wisdom, encouragement, and mercy. QUEEN OF MERCY, PRAY FOR US. 9 The Ambassadors of the Flame of Mercy, Inc. became a registered 501(3)(C) organization in Page 12

Editorial Notes on the Messages The messages starting in February 1988 to the current date have primarily been given to Mary Constancio with the exception of a few messages between April and December The purpose two others persons started receiving messages was when Mary Constancio was unable to be at the Monday night rosary due to her helping lead a Healing Weekend for two parishes in Washington, D.C., April 14-25, Before leaving, Mary Constancio indicated a certainty that Theresa Werner (Fleischman) would receive the messages in her place at Saint John Neumann Church during that time. She did receive some messages, and this was confirmed by Mike Slate who also had received the same words as Theresa Werner. Theresa Werner continued to receive some message during the Monday night rosary until June 20, Mike Slate continued receive separate messages until December 19, 1988 when he received his last message. Since December 19, 1988 Mary Constancio has continued to hear the heart and the words of the Blessed Virgin Mary revealed to her by the power of the Holy Spirit. Since the vast majority of messages have been given to Mary Constancio, only the messages given by Mike Slate and Theresa Fleischman have footnotes identifying the messages given to them. Page 13

Undated Messages Sometimes in the excitement of those unexpected visit from the Queen of Mercy, Mary Constancio was so intent on getting the message down that she did not record the date. So concerning the following message: it is not the date that is important, it s the message. Unknown Date Message # 1 10 My child, when you make a decision, there should be no strife, no concern for material wealth, and no concern for your own standing in the world s eyes. All decisions should be made for Jesus out of love and respect for him. Man tries to make decisions that are reserved for God alone. Unknown Date Message # 2 My beloved, fear not the destiny you have been called to fulfill for it will come to pass, but only with much trial and tribulation. My children do not forget the call of commitment. I will help you. I will be your shield. I will continue to stand at the throne of God for all of your needs and for all the desires in your heart that have been placed by God. My children come to me and I will be the fortress of your endurance. It is Holy endurance that gives you strength to do good. I will supply the needs for your soul. Your soul is thirsting for holiness sake, for the will of God, and I can lead you to the everlasting source of holiness. MY WORDS 11 My children, I have this to say to all my children, listen to my words of love for they wish to embrace you and hold you. They wish to bring you comfort and joy. They wish to give you peace and hope, they wish to bring you to everlasting life with us in heaven. My words of love come with actions of forgiveness; they come to bring you thirst and hunger for God and my son, for he is the way, the truth, and the light. My words of love purge you to be open to the light of Christ, my son. My words of love for you are with tears of sorrow as I see your sorrow, and tears of joy as I see your joy. My children know that my love for you reaches to the ends of the earth to bring to the beginning of the heaven. My children what more can I say, what more can I do for you than to give you my son. I am constantly pleading for you, and heaven is busy with your petitions of love. The angels are constantly at the throne of God pleading for you, for I send them as your helpers and mine. My beloveds, I will never forget you nor will I forsake you. 10 It has been since discovered that this small message was given February 28, SUMMARY OF THE MESSAGE My words: 1. comfort and joy 2. peace and hope 3. they wish to bring you to everlasting life with us in heaven. 4. come with actions of forgiveness 5. they come to bring you thirst and hunger for God and my son 6. purge you to be open to the light of Christ, my son. 7. are with tears of sorrow as I see your sorrow, and tears of joy as I see your joy. Page 14

Peace of Jesus be with you. Thank you for responding to my call. Unknown Date Message # 3 My children, you are not to fear or to sorrow anymore for there is no power on Earth that will hold you back from the work that God has called for you. For he has spoken and his word will be completed. Do not despair or feel neglected for no one in heaven has neglected you nor will they. My beloveds renew your heart, renew your mind. Be transformed into the image of my son. There are some who only want part of me; some who do not accept me as the Mother of God. You have been given to me as a gift and in this gift I rejoice. This gift of sacrifice, this gift so precious I will never let you go. You have been molded into my heart. No death, nor sickness, not even your sin will keep me from loving you. Unknown Date Message # 4 My dear children, your hearts are so precious to me for they are the center of your soul. Make ready your heart for our Lord s repentance in your heart, for when you repent and forgive, you are loving with the heart of Jesus. My children it is not so important that the materialism of this world be in your struggles. My children the greatest struggle is to receive the crown of Glory that my son can give you. My children go forth and proclaim my love and with my son s heart. Forgive so that you may be perfect when you face the throne of God. My children, how I love you and how I want you to know. That is the reason for my coming, to assist your hearts. Come my children into my bosom and rest your weary soul in the depths of my love and my comfort. Set your weary bones on my heart that I may give you consolation for I am your mother. I will give you a mother s joy for her children. Peace of Jesus be with you. Thank you my children. Thank you for being here tonight. Unknown Date Message # 5 THE DOOR 12 The door is the reflection of the Golden Door of God s heart. The door is an entrance into God s Kingdom. The door is the reminder of my many promises given. The door is the way to Jesus. Knock and you will receive. At this door your presence is greatly encouraged. The Eucharist is the sure way into this entrance, for he gives the strength to perceive eternity and seek it. Many graces are showered through these doors. God s mercy is the greatest of all gifts given through this golden gate. 12 The door refers to the many pictures taken of the sky which after development have shown a door in the sky. Page 15

Unknown Date Message # 6 DELIVERANCE PRAYER My children, there are so many who suffer needlessly. However, all suffering shall be offered to God as a gift to him and for his glory. When this is done, your suffering becomes as a gift to Him, and that gift is only returned to you as a gift of mercy and is multiplied. Your suffering is a precious gift to Him, for it shows your surrender to Him. Your suffering in union with His son becomes a sweet oblation to Him and he must respond. My children, this is an invitation to grace: a grace that gives joy and a grace that gives strength and endurance. This kind of suffering robs Satan of his victory and turns it into glory to God. In this kind of grace, resign yourself to the will of God, a complete resignation into His hands. Allow Him to decide for you what He wants of you and for you, for His grace is sufficient for you. (Queen of Mercy) Father, you are the healer of healers. You are the giver of life and the one who says you want us to live life to the full. Today, my Lord, I pray for an increase of faith that I can believe you can love me enough to want me healed and whole so that I may love you with my whole heart, soul, mind, and strength. I realize healing is the gift of mercy and act of love from you. Help me not to deny you or your will for me today. I plead with you through the most precious blood of Jesus to remove from my life all sickness and disease, to wipe away any curse against me and my family, for you are the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow. I ask forgiveness of any curse my ancestors might have incurred, and I also ask forgiveness and enlightenment into any curse I might have caused upon my family and myself. My Lord, you know all and see all, and I pray that you cut to the root of my sickness or disease so that it may never return. I pray against any pride that might not allow you to heal me. In union with Jesus and his cross, in union with the entire heavenly family, I come against and demand that Satan and all of his workers desist their works against me who are working to cause sickness and disease, who do not allow the will of God for me to be healed. In the precious name of Jesus, and through His precious blood, I command all sickness and disease to leave my body, and all cells to conform to the perfect will of God, and I become totally healed. In the name of Obedience of the Sacred Heart of Jesus through the purity and the name of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, through the omnipotence and majesty and for the Glory of God the Father and through the love of Holy Spirit, I command all creatures living and dead who have bad intentions and who are not of God to leave me and reverse any curse and all words said against me and my family. I now reclaim all money, health, friends, and family that have been lost or stolen because of interference by any demonic forces, and I reclaim anything lost or stolen from me and my family to be replaced seven times. Almighty Father, I ask that you teach me your decrees and statutes that from this day forward my family and I may walk uprightly and obediently to your divine and perfect will. I plead for this grace of obedience and love. Page 16

I pray all this in the name of Jesus Christ the Lord. Unknown Date (1990) Message # 7 My dear children, I wish that you allow Jesus to be your king daily. It will be hard for those with a proud heart, but for those with a humble and contrite heart the graces will flow easily and purely for the glory and kingship of God. My dearly beloved, how I wish you also to know of the love of God for you. When you allow the graces to flow, then you will know of God s love for you. Unknown Date (1989) Message # 8 13 My children, you have received the Gospel commission to go out and proclaim the Good News of my son Jesus. Many people are coming here who need the doors opened so they may accept my Son. You my children hold the keys, open the doors, proclaim the good news, and do not be afraid. The words will be given to you if you ask my Son in trust and faith. 13 Undated Tower Message #3, 1988 Page 17

The Queen of Mercy Messages In Chronological Order February 28, "People are stabbing each other in the back with words, but if they begin praying the rosary, within 6 months you will see the spirit of this church change." March 1, Go and tell your priest and go and tell your bishop that Mary, your Mother, has come to give a message: that they should spread her word throughout radio, throughout television, throughout the newspaper, throughout the pulpit, throughout the world...to come and say the rosary with me on Monday nights; that those who come will be blessed, will be full of grace, will become closer to my Son, Jesus; that the world must hear the good news that my Son, Jesus, has come to keep his promise; that I have come for my people. Please, I plead with you my children; do not wait any longer for a sign. Do not wait, for the Sign has come. The Sign will come again in glory. I hurt to see so many, so many of you waiting--you children, you young people, you married couples, you blessed old, you poor and rich, waiting for a sign with which to believe, with which to come closer to my Son. Do not wait any longer. This is your sign upon hearing this word. March 14, Why do you not take me seriously? Why do you not invite others to come? It gives me great sorrow that you have not done so. Do you not think that I am here through the power of God, our Father, and through the love of my Son, Jesus? Do not be afraid for I am with you. Know that your Father in heaven has come unto this lowly church for His glory and for the salvation of others. Do not think that this is for you, but for the world. There's a harvest that is ready and waiting. I plead with you again: do not wait. For at this moment my children, whom I love as much as I love you, are crying for your help, your prayers. The Lord, my Son, is wanting to build a glorious Church here on earth. Throughout the centuries, there have been a few, and you have been blessed and chosen to bring others to salvation. Know, my children, my beloved that I am asking of my Son a new and overwhelming and life-changing spirit to come and set you free. Do not reject what I am invoking on you. Know, my children, that all the angels and saints are at your doorstep to help you. My Son is ready and waiting for your prayers and your heart. I have so much to tell you...so much love to give you. Thank you, my children, for being here to hear me and for your faith and love. 14 This first message was given to Mary Constancio while in the St. John Neumann chapel. 15 The message of March 1, 1988 is the first message that Mary Constancio took as dictation from the Blessed Mother in her home at 2:30 a.m. Many times this second message is referred to as the first message but it is really the first published message. 16 The First Rosary Message. Page 18

March 21, 1988 Rejoice, my children, for you have been chosen! You lowly children of God have already been blessed. Rejoice, for our Father in heaven has smiled on your church! Protect your blessed church with prayer to reach our Father's ears. For I have cleared the path that your prayers may be heard. I will help you to be faithful to prayer, faithful to communion, faithful to confession. For the grace that our Father has given me I will give freely to you. My children, at this time in which my Son is remembered--when He was crucified for you--i remember the great pain that He felt and the great pain that I had when I saw him agonizing...saw Him until the last hour of His life. Remember, my children, and keep it holy. For where you go my holy Son will go with you, if you allow Him. Please, my children, I plead with you again to stop and forgive rather than to stop and condemn...for my Son condemns no one. My Son wants to bless you and give His gift of Himself to you. My children, how much I want you to know the importance of prayer, of communion, of penance and--i add one more--of fasting. I do not ask this for my glory, but for my son's glory. Thank you, my children, for coming to be with me. Please bring others with you. 17 My dear, blessed friend, I say to you not to worry any more about your parish's finances. For our Father in heaven has heard our prayers for your finances and there are other harvesters of your church that will take care of this. Your concern--and your whole heart--is to be totally concerned for your sheep and their conversion. You are correct in asking your sheep for their tithe--their full tithe--but not to the point of worrying about the finances of the church; for this church has been redeemed and claimed by our Father, and He shall take care of it. Yes, my friend, my son, I smile on you, for you have blessed me with your love, and for bringing others to me. March 28, 1988 My dearly beloved sons and daughters, thank you again for being here. There is so much to tell you, especially today. For my Son and all in heaven, this is a special week...for all remember my Son's crucifixion, His hours of agony. My children do not fall asleep. Be ready and prepared, for He has come to make a covenant with all those who will accept Him. At this moment many of your own people are praying for your very soul. At this moment the angels and saints are cheering you on...are praying for you...are asking mercy for you and your brothers and sisters. My children, that you may know the love I have for you is eternal, my love for you is great, that you may know the blessings of our Father have been asked for you...blessings of every sort will be bestowed, blessings that you know that only I can ask for you. You honor me greatly with your prayers...which makes my Son smile, for you have also accepted me as you Mother. I thank all of those who are praying the three rosaries a day, for they are the very essence of your church's salvation...the very essence of peace for your church. Do not 17 Message for Monsignor Joseph W. James Page 19

forget that the foundation of your church and the foundation of your peace and the foundation of your salvation is my Son. Do not reject Him. Do not reject Him again for He is handing Himself over to you again. He is entrusting in your hands His hands, His heart. Treat tenderly that which He gives you, that which He entrusts to you. He is calling you to take care and love those close to you. Pray for them. Fast for them. Love them as He has loved you. Do not forget. Do not put off praying and fasting for another day...for someone else to do; for this is the grace that my Son is going to give you tonight. Go with my love. Go with my heart. April 4, 1988 Blessed children of God, thank you for being here tonight. Listen, for my heart is burning with love for you. For all of my children...especially those who are lost...those who cannot find their way home. Go, my children, and make apostles of all nations. Do not be afraid, for the Holy Spirit will go before your church; your most blessed church. Open your eyes, open your hearts to receive that which I have asked for you. Every gift has been given; every blessing has been bestowed for the glory of God, our Father, for my Son's glory, who sits at the right hand of our Creator...of our King of kings. Rejoice and leap for joy, for the windows of heaven have been opened for your families! For all those who hear and believe will also be blessed. The whole of the country, the whole of the nation shall hear of the great love that your church, your families, will show. Be it known today that my love will spread even to those who are not here. My dearest Son has died for your sins so that you may also have a place in the kingdom with us. Please, my children rejoice and be glad, for it is only in the asking that you shall receive. Pray for those who have not yet asked. Pray that the love my Son has for me and you will be the love that reigns in your heart above all else. Ask for this love that you might receive. I smile today because so many of you have responded to my call to be holy, my call of praying for those whom my Son has entrusted to you. Beware, my children, of the lion that seeks to devour. But do not despair, for a legion of angels from heaven has been sent for your protection. Continue to pray. Continue to fast. Continue to accept my Son's Body and Blood which was shed for you. Continue to reconcile with your brothers and sisters. Judgment shall be judged on how you loved. And those who want answers...continue to ask. To ask through prayers, for your prayers shall be answered. I love you, my children; you who are so close to my heart. Continue to seek for my intercession, for my Son is waiting to answer your prayers. But ask and pray with prayers and petitions of truth, for He sees your heart and knows. For when you ask in truth, the lights shall be shown. April 11, 1988 My dearly beloved children, I have a smile on my face to see so many of you together. Please, my children remember to smile...for this is the smile of Jesus--which brings comfort, which brings hope and joy to those who have none. I have been sent to you to speak to you--to each one of you--to each one of your hearts. So listen! Listen! For I have a message for each one of you. Listen to your hearts, for I am speaking through my heart. My heart says, "Love one another, forgive one another, pray for one another, fast for one another." Page 20

I love you all so much that our Father in heaven has allowed me to visit you to pray and intercede for you in a special way: a way in which only I can, through the grace of my Son, Jesus. Hold my Son at your right arm, just as He sits at the right hand of our Father. For He alone is the Holy One, He alone has died so that you may see the kingdom and be with us. Forgive, my children, forgive, for no faster can you reach my Son's ears. My dear children...so beautiful, so holy. For when you say, "yes" to forgiveness...then you all can be holy as I am holy. No greater love can you offer one another than through repentance...through forgiveness. It would please me, my children, if you could enjoy the entire rosary with me. For my heart rejoices when I hear the unity of prayer...for I know you are praying to become closer to my Son. No greater joy is there than that. Thank you, children, for being here, for taking the time to believe. Continue to pray, my children, for this parish--for your parish--that God's glory may be shown, that His salvation may be encountered by all who come, by all who hear. Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations. Remember...I am with you My children--all of those who are sorrowful and without hope--know that your prayers have been heard. For you have done what I have called you to do. Rejoice, for our Lord's mercy is great! Thank you, my children, for your ears...for your hearts; for they are fragile, but strong with my Son's strength. So breathe your last breath of sorrow...and breathe with praises in your heart April 18, 1988 My children, you are apostles of my church. Blessed are you who respond to our Father's call. Blessed are you who respond when you are called. Blessed are you who accept without seeing, for you shall see the glory of God. Sons of the Father, you shall be made worthy of the promises of Christ. There is much work to do. Do not despair for all the path has been carved and your names have been installed in the palm of our Father's hand. Do not be surprised when you are called, for our Father chooses carefully. He chooses...and He has chosen your church to be the mold. Love shall be the center of the mold. Love shall prevail above all else...for love casts out all fear, love casts out all that does not belong to this church. For my Son alone is the Holy One. For my Son has destined your nation--diocese--to be holy as He is holy. Peace be with you! Thank you, my children, for being here tonight April 25, 1988 Dear children, beloved of mine, what I desire from you is obedience: Obedience to say the rosary; Obedience for receiving all the graces given to you. Remember that you cannot receive everlasting joy if it were not for my Son. My Son is so greatly disturbed, for so many have not been obedient to our Father's Commands. His Commands are those 18 The following message was given to Mary Constancio on April 18, 1988 while in Washington, D.C. 19 See page 61 for additional message given to THERESA WERNER (FLEISCHMAN) April 18, The following message was given to Mary Constancio on April 25, 1988 while in Washington, D.C. 21 See page 61 for additional message given to THERESA WERNER (FLEISCHMAN) April 25, 1988 Page 21
