4 Message from the President Howard L. Roscoe, D.Min., Ed.D. The Way I View It As founder and president of the H. Roscoe University I am very privileged to facilitate in teaching the message of Jesus Christ. I believe the greatest impact we, as believers, will have on our society is a demonstrated Christ-like humility that is developed through allegiance, appreciation, and application of the Word of God. As the president of H. Roscoe University, and being led by the Holy Spirit, I will do my best to always keep this university Holy with the truth of God's Word. On May 16, 2006, H. Roscoe University received approval from Maryland Board of Higher Education to operate as a religious degree granting institution under Article and thus operates as such. And the seventy returned again with joy, saying, Lord, even the devils are subject unto us through thy name. And He said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven. Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven, Luke 10: Credentials Dr. Howard Roscoe holds a Doctorate in Ministries, Christian Education and a Ph.D. in Biblical Studies.
