2 Worship and Praise Service October 26, 2014 Welcome to worship at First Christian Church! Each week we offer two different worship services: 8:15 am service features traditional worship and 11:00 am service features modern worship. Kent Hickerson will share communion and offering devotions this morning. When communion is served, we invite all Christ Followers to participate, partaking of the bread as it is passed and retaining the cup until we can all partake together. Greg Taylor will continue our journey through The Story. We will be studying Chapter 8 - the book of Judges. The adult choir will share the special Say Amen with Marcia Wise, soloist. The bell choir will perform God s Train at both services.

Christmas Cantata choir practice began Wednesday, October 22nd from 7-7:30 pm. Practice time will change on Wednesday, November 5th to 7-8 pm. This cantata, Three Gifts, will be presented on Sunday, December 14th at 9:30 am. Singers from both 1st and 2nd services are invited and encouraged to join in celebrating our Savior s birth. UPDATE ON WOMEN S HEALTH is the topic of a presentation by radiologist, Rebecca M. Baggett, MD, that will be held at the Rural Health Center on Tuesday, October 28th, 6 pm.
