13 Christian leadership is a function of who we are in Christ more than a function of what we do for Christ.

14 There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit distributes them. There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord. There are different kinds of working, but in all of them and in everyone it is the same God at work. Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good. 1 Cor. 12:4-7

15 All these are the work of one and the same Spirit, and he gives them to each man, just as he determines. 1 Cor. 12:11

16 So, sisters and brothers in Christ, you can t help but shine for the Savior and the Father is glorified.
