1 CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS JUNE 24-JUNE 29 HIGH SCHOOL MISSION TRIP RENEWING GRACE TOGETHER We will be partnering with Renewing Grace Together and First Presbyterian Church Corpus Christi. These two organizations have been the hands and feet of Jesus in the wake of massive flooding in Corpus. We look forward to partnering with them in ministry RENEW Mark 12:30 Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength. iifai.com & firstprescc.com THE TRIP We'll be rollin' up our sleeves to help with many hurricane relief projects: anything from rebuilding homes, to flooring, framing, yard work, painting, drywalling, and more. Our work will take place in Corpus Christi, Rockport, and Port Aransas. Each work group will have the opportunity to serve at more than one site, which will provide a rich experience that students will bring home with them as they prepare to serve here in Houston We also have a special posttrip planned for the end of the week. We re heading to the beaches of Corpus It will be an amazing time together as we celebrate what God has done in and through us over Mission Trip OVERCOME ROMANS 8:38-39 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. For forms and registration information, please go to this website:

2 COST AND FUNDING The total cost of the trip includes transportation, housing, most meals, t-shirt, post trip cost, and ministry supplies The total comes to $546. 1/3 of the student s cost will be covered by the church through funds raised during the Sporting Clays Shoot and Silent Auction. We are asking our students to pay 1/3 and then raise 1/3 by writing letters to family and friends. We believe this encourages a student's community to support them, invest in the work they are doing, and the work God is doing through these trips. Total cost of trip per student: $546 1/3 covered by Grace Presbyterian Church.. $182 1/3 Student Responsibility (includes $100 deposit) $182 1/3 Support from Family and Friends. $182 A non-refundable deposit of $100 is due at registration. All forms and payments MUST be received in order to guarantee a spot on the trip. All forms and payments MUST be turned in by May 27, All payments for the Mission Trip are considered a contribution to the church and therefore are non-refundable. Limited scholarships are available. We never want cost to be a reason a student cannot attend an event. If you would like your student to be considered for a scholarship, please Angie Williamson: awilliamson@gpch.org HOUSING AND ACCOMMODATIONS Our group will be staying at First Presbyterian Church of Corpus Christi. Students will need to bring their own air mattress, bedding, and pillow. Showering will take place at the church: there are a few showers in the church and we ve rented a large shower trailer as well First Presbyterian Church of Corpus Christi: 430 S. Carancahua Street, Corpus Christi, TX SCHEDULE On Sunday, June 24, we ll begin our journey to Corpus Christi, Texas. We will arrive in Corpus around 5 p.m. that evening. We will work full days on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday will be an adventure as we head to one of the local beaches for our special post trip. We will make our way back to Houston on Friday evening and should arrive back at Grace around 10 p.m. We will be traveling to and from Corpus in 15-passenger vans. During the week, we will use these same vans to travel to and from our work sites.

3 CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS ADULT CHAPERONES AND LEADERSHIP Grace Student Ministries has been blessed with an abundance of leaders who have a desire to walk alongside students and point them to their Savior and Creator. Each of our leaders are required to go through numerous background checks, successfully complete an ECO training program, and much more. We are extremely thankful for the dedication and hard work that our leaders give to the ministry and our students GRACE CONTACT INFORMATION Angie Williamson awilliamson@gpch.org Monica Cvejanovich mcvejanovich@gpch.org EXTRA SPENDING MONEY Students will have time to visit places like Sonic, Whataburger, local ice cream parlors, and a few small shops during our post trip to the beach.
