3 Grow RoadMap RoadMap is a guide for opportunities available for spiritual growth and development. We offer a variety of biblically-based classes for adults of all ages and stages. These classes will kick off next week, January 10. RoadMap brochures are located in Asbury s Resource Area in the main lobby. What makes Jesus so influential? So enduring? So attractive? So controversial? We begin this series by looking at who Jesus is and what makes Him such a compelling person.

Perspectives Course Be part of an amazing course to broaden your understanding of God s work in the world and your part in it. Examine missions through biblical, historical, cultural and strategic perspectives. Register at perspectives.org, $260. You may attend the first two classes for FREE. 5 Next Steps to Joining Asbury 1. Attend a Joining Asbury luncheon. If you are interested in joining Asbury or finding out more about us, please plan to attend one of the Joining Asbury luncheons held monthly. At the luncheon, you will meet the pastors, find out more about Asbury s vision and hear about worship, growth and influence opportunities that are available to you. Luncheons will take place on the following dates from 12:15 2:15 pm in the Parlor: January 10 February 7 March 6 Lunch is provided, and child care is available for 6 weeks to 6th grade. Call or register online at myasburytulsa.org. Walk-ins are welcome. 2. Visit with a pastor. After you attend the Joining Asbury luncheon, visit with a pastor. Signup sheets are available at the luncheon. 3. Schedule to join. Join on New Member Sunday, which is normally the second Sunday of each month. Log on to myasburytulsa.org. Myasburytulsa.org is a convenient tool that provides the congregation with easy access to event registration, communities, online giving and preferred communication interests within all areas of Asbury United Methodist Church. Register for events. Register for RoadMap Bible classes and events for Asbury, Children s Ministry and Student Ministry. Give securely online. Contribute one time or set up a schedule for recurring giving. Electronic checks and debit cards, no credit cards.
