To consistently develop and distribute high quality Bible courses for the teaching and training of Christian leaders throughout the world. T103 Introduction to Christian Apologetics Understanding the Truth of the Christian Faith and its relationship to reason. This core class deals with sharing the truth of Christian Theism and the reasonableness of taking the step of faith in God and His revelation, the Bible. It deals with logical proofs for the existence of God and the Biblical connection to such proof (Heb. 11:6; Romans 1:18-20). T104 Introduction to Homiletics This course gives the basic study of the principles of Christian preaching. The course emphasizes biblical exposition and deals with practical matters such as the
29 preparation of sermons, the sources of materials, the construction of sermon components, the variety of sermon types, and the delivery of sermons. Prerequisite: T201 T203 Christian Apologetics and Non-Theistic Worldviews (and Our Culture) This class continues from the teaching in the introductory class. It explores the thinking that has shaped our current world and ungodly society. It then shows the foolishness of this world's philosophical systems of belief. T204 Introduction to Philosophy T301 Inspiration Translation & Hermeneutic The purpose of this course is to introduce and expose the student to the basic elements of biblical inspiration, translation and hermeneutics; to encourage the student to identify and describe some of the primary shortcomings in many modern English translations. Charles Darwin, Karl Marx, Sigmund Freud and others are looked at and compared to the teaching of Jesus and the Word of God. T304 The Bible and Modern Science (Evolution vs. Creationism) If the Bible is true does it contradict science? Is Evolution the way man came to be? Is Theistic Evolution possible: i.e. did God use evolution to direct the origin of mankind? We see in this class how evolution is a false religious belief which departs from the true scientific model. T401 Research & Writing Project The purpose of this course is to present the student with an opportunity to demonstrate the ability to do research and writing at the college level in a Biblical context. T402 Advanced Christian Apologetics This course is an in-depth study of the issues related to the defense of the Christian Faith. 30 course will show that "only theism is affirmable and is based on undeniable premises; all other positions are self-defeating". 33 OUR CREDIBILITY Strong Bible Foundation Beyond ministerial and leadership training at its core, the IFCA-BC Curriculum is biblically focused. We believe in a strong foundation built on the Word of God using appropriate hermeneutical interpretation. We include Old and New Testament Survey courses, as well as courses focused on individual books of the Bible such as Romans, The Acts of the Apostles, The Book of Hebrews, The Synoptic Gospels, and The Four Gospels, among many others. IFCA, founded in 1927, is an affiliate member of the National Association of Evangelicals, an alliance of 70 evangelical church bodies representing more than 15 million members. IFCA Bible College, founded in 2014, is domiciled in the State of Ohio, and operates as an exempt religious institution of higher learning in accordance with exclusion OH ST Certificate of authorization. This institution is not certified by the board of regents or the state of Ohio. 34 About Institutional Credibility Distance learning is the fastest growing edge of adult higher education, and the most widely preferred method of study for individuals serving in Christian ministry. Most schools are now offering degree programs through distance education. However, with the popularity and acceptance of distance education, there are also abuses by college degree mills and substandard programs promoting inexpensive degrees for very little work (such as reading a few popular books and writing brief reports). Therefore, many individuals and ministry leaders are skeptical of distance education schools that are not accredited. This is understandable but unfortunate. The truth is, there are high quality unaccredited schools that are of exceptionally good quality. These institutions may offer advantages that accredited schools cannot. High quality unaccredited schools are usually unaccredited for one of the following reasons: #1 They do not accept government funding and therefore do not need to be accredited; #2 They are currently working toward accreditation (which can take up to 5-10 years). #3 They wish to keep their tuition as low as possible so that they can serve a wider group of students; #4 They have objections to some of the accreditation restrictions. Of course, degree mills and substandard schools often quote the same reasons as a motive to cover unethical and even illegal money making schemes. On the other hand, high quality unaccredited schools which exercise academic excellence are often recognized by other institutions. If the school is so recognized, then prospective students, current students, graduates, and ministry leaders have good reason to be accepting and respectful of credits and degrees earned at these institutions. IFCA BC will be such a program. We ve been asked the question, Does a degree from IFCA Bible College have credibility? In short, the answer is absolutely! In assessing the credibility of any institution, we suggest that you review the experience and education of the members of the organization. A ministry degree from IFCA-BC has been recognized by many churches and ministries and we are constantly seeing new ways to gain relationships, memberships, and affiliations which will only enhance our credibility.

36 IFCA Bible College Tuition & Fees For the believer, we understand that God has called us to stewardship. The truth is, we are merely stewards of God s property. He can choose to entrust us to manage as much or as little as He wills. However, in every case we are never to assume ownership because: The earth is the Lord s, and all its fullness, the world and those who dwell therein. Psalm 24:1 Consistently recognizing God s ownership can be difficult. It is easy to believe intellectually that God owns all you have but still live as if this were not true. Our society suggest an opposing view. Everything around us the media, education, even the law says that what you possess you own. Genuinely acknowledging God s ownership requires nothing less than a new way of thinking for many of us. It is with this mindset that we have come up with our philosophy for tuition for IFCA Bible College. Our goal is that you would receive a high quality education, but at the same time you would be investing in the advancement of the Kingdom of God. Being a part of IFCA BC you can be confident that you re education goals and your stewardship is glorifying God. WHY IS THE COST OF TUITION SO LOW AT IFCA BC? Our state of the art Bible College utilizes online, live-stream, and video based curriculum. This allows us to focus on educating students without having to pay for expensive buildings. With professors who believe in the mission, we re able to keep the costs low without sacrificing quality. The best thing: The student is able to pay as you go or make a one-time payment so you re not in debt for life! Registration Fee One-time Registration Fee $50 Student Tuition Per Class $125/Class One-time payment option for 2 Year DEGREE (Associate) $2000 One-time payment option for 4 Year DEGREE (Bachelor) $3500 Graduation Fee Certificate (1yr.) $75 2 Year DEGREE (Associate) $125 4 Year DEGREE (Bachelor) $225

39 A Message from the President Dr. Alan James Schrader I feel honored and blessed to serve the LORD as President of IFCA Bible College. It is sobering to think that an incredible privilege has been bestowed upon all of us, the call of God to ministry. It is marvelous to consider that a sovereign God desires to use us with all our weaknesses to advance the message of the Kingdom of God and to display His power, But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the Excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us (1 Cor. 4:7). It is humbling to think we have been called for such a time as this. If you are looking for an educational institution that will passionately equip you to do the ministry work to which God has called you, then IFCA-Bible College is the place for you. IFCA-Bible College will not only provide you with a theological education that is affordable, but will also provide you with Spirit-filled, excellent academic instructions, combined with practical hands-on ministry opportunities.
