The 2016 ACTS theme Rich in Mercy reminds us that the "balm of mercy" is for everyone to share. Once we have been blessed, we must extend this compassion and mercy to others. MUC is the longest running Catholic Men s Conference in the United States, attracting over 1000 men annually. All men 12 years old and up are encouraged to attend. Speakers include Archbishop Joseph Naumann, Jeff Cavins, Dr. Ted Sri and Devin Schadt. The 2016 Conference will be Saturday, Feb. 13, 2016 from 7am to 3:30pm at Church of the Ascension, 9510 W 127 th, Overland Park. Register online at Admission is $35. This month we will have the opportunity to see the Da Vinci Exhibit at Union Station on Friday, January 29 th at 4:00 p.m. This is an audio tour of sixtyfive of DaVinci's most important inventions that have been recreated in full scale along with dozens of stunning displays. 6 Sunday, January 31 st from 10 noon begins Catholic Schools week with an open house to check out the artwork and science projects on display in the hallways and Parish Hall.
