Come hear the brothers play music by Bach, Hadyn, Chopin, and Eccles. Help the Nursery Workers Pie-Tastic Night Join TCA on Friday, April 12, at 6 p.m. for a piece of the action! Pie contests, pie games, and other pie activities are in store. Contact the TCA office if you would like to join us ( ). This is not our usual request for workers (although we could always use more). This time, we would like to encourage parents to have pity on our hard-working nursery workers and please pick up your children from the nursery before fellowshipping with your church family. Thank you for helping us in this way! He is Risen! Good Friday Service Join us April 19 at 7:00 p.m. for a very special and somber celebration of Christ s great sacrifice. Through a dramatic presentation coupled with music and art, we will meditate on Jesus final hours leading up to the cross. Serving Continental Breakfast Announcements Summer Enrichment During the summer break, Tri-City Baptist Church offers Summer Enrichment, a 10-week day camp full of fun and educational activities such as field trips to the Children s Museum, the Arizona Science Center, Makutu s Island, and other destinations. Academic enrichment includes math, reading, spelling, grammar, and computer skills. Summer Enrichment is open to children ages 5-12 and begins Tuesday, May 28. It continues until August 2. He was born Sunday, March 24, and weighed in at 7 lbs 1 oz and 20 1/2 inches long. Book of the Month The person of Jesus Christ should never be divorced from the work of Jesus Christ. What He has done flows from who He is; and who Christ is necessitates what He does. Jesus is not merely the Christ, but He is the Christ who was crucified. Sadly, too many churches, too many preachers of the gospel, and too many professing Christians are losing this central and essential truth.

3 Welcome Week of April 7, 2019 Do you have a favorite story from the Easter season when you were a child? Worship Psalm 2. Give your group to prayer for our church right now. Give your group to prayer for others in your group. This is your opportunity to bring those you care for to the Lord. Share your joys and concerns with those in your group. Word Read John 15:1-2. What is God s position in my life? Why is this a vital position for the believer? How do you apply this truth practically to your life? Read John 15:3-4. What is the most important activity a Christian can engage in to remain strong in his or her faith? Why do you think this is THE most important characteristic of a victorious Christian? How do you abide in Christ? Give practical examples. Read John 15:5. What am I able to accomplish without the power of Christ? Why is this answer so significant? How do you run to Christ each day? Singles are allowed to redirect up to $1,089 ($546 in the Original program and the overflow in the PLUS Switcher of $543). Married couples can redirect up to $2,177 ($1,092 in the Original program and the overflow in the PLUS Switcher of $1,085). All Arizona workers owe state taxes. Arizona allows singles and married couples to redirect their state tax dollars to a tuition tax credit organization like TOPS for Kids. Donors take the donated money as a credit against the Arizona state taxes they owe when they file their state tax returns. Donors can recommend private schools or students they would like the money to go to. If left blank, the funds go to help low-income families with education costs.
