We come confessing our sins before you and before one another. You are faithful, but we struggle to trust you. You are good, but we fail to delight in you. You call us to be still, but we are restless and filled with anxiety and fear. Forgive us for thinking our worrying can control you or that our anger and wrath are ways to control others. Have mercy on us. Teach us to trust in you, delight in you, wait upon you and love you. Lord Jesus, by your Spirit and for your glory, love the world through us by making us meek and humble. Two groups are offered on Wednesdays: 10:00am in the Administration Building, and 6:00pm at the home of Lori Turner. Materials are available in the church office, and a $10 donation is appreciated to help with printing costs. PIER GROUPS Pier Groups will begin next week. These groups are a way for you to get plugged into a small group of believers who will spend time each week in fellowship, study of God s Word, prayer, and Christian care for one another. Each group will meet twelve times this semester with a focus on the person of Jesus Christ as depicted in the gospel of John. NEW MEMBER S CLASS If you are interested in becoming a member or simply finding out more about the core beliefs and life of RPC, there will be a new member s Sunday School class beginning February 11.
