God has truly been faithful as we have endeavored to lift, build and reach people for Christ. Enclosed in this year s Annual Report you will find the accomplishments, ministry highlights, and financial reports for Living Victory Church in After reading this report I hope you will agree that I have the great privilege to pastor an amazing church with amazing people. In 2016 LVC continued to reach thousands of people through our various ministries. Our messages have been delivered through our weekly worship services, our monthly services at the Mission at Kern County, our audio broadcast through our website and our You Tube Channel. We have provided ongoing support and partnership with the Mission and counseling ministries such as Kingdom Community Ministries to support recovery, healing and spiritual development. And, we have provided life-impacting conferences for both men and women of multiple ethnic, denominational and generational backgrounds. In 2017 we will pursue a year of Spiritual Order and Completion. We look forward to evaluating our lives and testing all of our visions, dreams, goals and actions by the Spirit. This year, we will pursue structure in our personal lives as well as our church at-large. Further, we will seek to bring completion to efforts that God has placed on our hearts will be a year of not just hearing the word of God, but doing it. I hope you will find this Annual Report both informative and inspiring. Thank you for your ongoing love, support and prayers. I look forward to partnering with you in 2017 to advance the Kingdom of God. In His Victory, E. Dwayne Cantrell, Th.D., Ed.D. Senior Pastor 4

LVC members and the local community were provided with an opportunity to come and find rest, peace, and comfort in his presence. A Night of Worship is most commonly offered at the LVC Ministry Center, though this year LVC hosted it s first community Night of Worship at The Mission at Kern County. LVC Choir At the close of the year, LVC debuted its first choir on Christmas Sunday. The LVC Choir now has 16 members and is multigenerational. All rehearsals are held at the LVC Ministry Center. 7 BUILDING LVC Ministry Center The LVC Ministry Center is located at 5329 Office Center Court, Suite 130. The Ministry Center has five office spaces and is used for all ministry meetings and retreats. The center is utilized for multiple group use and meetings, often held simultaneously. The center has also been used free of charge by our local university and has been used by LVC entrepreneurs to host trainings, health, and fitness courses. Ministry Highlights In 2016, the following ministries experienced both changes and growth at LVC: R.E.A.L. Beauty experienced change in its format. Meeting every Monday evening, the women gather to read through books on spiritual growth, healing and wholeness during the first hour of meeting. At the second hour, the women break into groups based on season of life and share hearts, encourage one another, and spend time in prayer together. Victory Kidz experienced growth and launched a new format of children s church for ages 3-11 this year. Teachers are equipped with formal lessons for children, complete with snacks and crafts for each child. Leadership Development In 2016, the following areas experienced growth through leadership development: Living in Integrity, Faith & Excellence (L.I.F.E. Bible Study) experienced its highest attendance rates. These high attendance levels for LVC members were consistent throughout the 2016 year. Men of Victory & Purpose (M.V.P.) met weekly and increased its leadership this year to 4 facilitators. Ministry Licensing via LVC was extended to a new Pastoral Counselor and LVC leader. Overnight Leadership Retreat took place this year in Oxnard, CA for the very first time. LVC leaders were invited overnight and were able to receive training and development from New Life Community Church. 7
8 BUILDING Benevolence In 2016, LVC provided support for many family members. We were able to be a blessing to individuals who were celebrating life events or mourning the passing of a loved one. LVC was also able to bless those who are pursuing mental, emotional, or physical healing. LVC continued to assist family members in crisis who wanted to receive Christian counseling services. In 2016, over $7, was spent to assist in Christian counseling services and aid members in financial need. LVC Weekly Attendance LVC has grown to an average of 92 attendees on any given Sunday. The highest month of attendance this year was in December. 8

LVC also hosted its first Night of Worship at the Mission, creating an atmosphere of authentic worship for all attendees. Finally, LVC concluded the year by participating in their annual Golf Tournament, which resulted in a $ donation to The Mission at Kern County. 15 GET INVOLVED GIVE Wondering how you can get involved at LVC? Join us in one of the following: By giving of your tithes and offering, you are helping to advance the Kingdom and support the ministry of LVC with your financial contribution. All contributions are tax deductible and can be given online or during service. But just as you excel in everything in faith, in speech, in knowledge, in complete earnestness and in your love for us see that you also excel in this grace of giving 2 Corinthians 8:7 (NIV) SERVE Find a ministry where you can get involved and be a blessing to others by serving. A commitment to serve faithfully in a ministry will not only bless you and our LVC family members, but it also helps fulfill the Great Commission. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age Matthew 28:19-20 (NIV) PRAY At LVC, we believe in the power of prayer! Please pray for the LVC church family and the community we serve. Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God s will for you in Christ Jesus 1 Thessalonians 5:
