4 A. Because of the GOODNESS of God. He refreshes us He releases us He revives us He rescues us There is no circumstance, heartache, or situation where God s goodness is diminished.

5 A. Because of the GOODNESS of God. How can we give thanks to God when his goodness is not evident? They cried out to the Lord in their trouble and he delivered them from their distress. ~ Psalm 107: 6, 13, 19, 28

Let them give thanks to the Lord for his unfailing love and his wonderful deeds for men. ~ Psalm 107:8, 15,21, 31 We can give thanks to God during difficult times because in his goodness, God is attentive to his people.

7 A. Because of the GOODNESS of God..he made himself nothing by taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness. And being found in appearance as a man he humbled himself by becoming obedient to death even death on a cross. ~ Philippians 2:7-9

9 A. Because of the GOODNESS of God. At just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly. Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous person, though for a good person someone might possibly dare to die. But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. ~ Romans 5:6-8

10 B. Because of the ENDURING LOVE of God. Let the redeemed of the Lord tell the story. ~ Psalm 107:2a Gratitude is the mark of a heart touched by the love of God.

Though the fig tree does not bud and there are no grapes on the vines, though the olive crop fails and the fields produce no food, though there are no sheep in the pen and no cattle in the stalls ~ Habakkuk 3:17
