1 THE SPIRIT OF CANCER By Apostle J.P. Timmons May 27, CCI Publishing ALL RIGHTS RESERVED I feel led of the Lord to write about this dreadful, though lowly spirit, to especially help Christians who are afflicted with this evil spirit so that they will know what to do. As I ve shared in my writings, the Lord told me very plainly back in 1980: Son, the devil is going to put cancer on more and more Christians. I did not quiz Him at the time as to why this was so, i.e., how will the devil be able to do this? But let s face it. I ve been in ministry a long time and the Dark Kingdom and spiritual warfare is our main area of expertise but, unfortunately, most of the Church is not like the Apostle Paul and is still ignorant about the devil s devices (2 Cor. 2:11). That is precisely why most churches are not impactful in their community and why they have dropped back to only one service a week they are losing the spiritual war! And one of the main reasons that they are losing the spiritual war is because they are not engaging the enemy! If you study Jesus ministry you will notice that the first thing He did when He began His ministry (cf. Lk. 4, et

2 al.) was to confront the Dark Kingdom. You see there can be no realization of the Kingdom of God coming upon the earth without confrontation and warfare the devil is not going to give up without a fight he s been controlling your town for centuries and he plans to continue controlling it unless you engage him and drive him out! Since the Lord spoke that to me 32 years ago we ve really seen this come to pass and I ve learned some of the reasons why and how the devil is able to put cancer on more Chrisitans. You may not believe it most Christians don t but Cancer is an evil spirit, my brothers and sisters, and the doctors don t know much about it even after billions of dollars of research over many years of study. But guess what? The Holy Spirit knows a lot about it and He knows how to get you healed if you re stricken with this spirit. But the Holy Spirit is your Helper; He wants to help you but if you don t know Him very well, you aren t sensitive to Him and don t know how to follow Him very well then He can t help you He wants to but He can t because He just can t get through to your ignorant spirit. But just know this; if you re diagnosed with cancer then you have two choices and my experience in ministry is that most Christians, probably 95%, make the wrong choices. You can go to the doctors, listen to their prognosis and follow their treatment regimen or else you can follow the Holy Spirit. Now the Holy Spirit may tell you to go see a doctor. I m not

3 saying He couldn t; I know people that He s told to go see a doctor but it was not about cancer; I don t know anybody that the Spirit s told to seek medical help for cancer though I know many, many people and I ve preached about this who say the same thing: Well, we prayed Brother Timmons and we felt led of the Lord to undergo the chemo. But they all died! So, you see, I don t believe they were led of the Lord. But they were deceived into thinking that they were and it cost them their life. Now you must understand that the Spirit of Cancer is a low level devil. More precisely this spirit and there are many of them is of the low class of spirits known as servient spirits. I discuss this for many chapters in Mysterious Secrets of the Dark Kingdom so I won t rehash it here except to say that these spirits are terrestrial only, unlike the familiar spirits and the higher spirits such as the Principalities and Powers who are both terrestrial and celestial. On June 27, 1998, in Dallas, Texas, the Lord gave me a vision (see Revelations from God, Vol. 1, p. 126) of these servient spirits upon the earth and they were confined to grids, i.e., certain geographical areas though these were all over the earth. Now it s important for you to understand some facts specifically about the spirit of cancer that may or may not apply to what we would term other deadly diseases, i.e., diseases that kill a person. Because cancer, and all of these

4 servient spirits that cause disease, deformity, etc., are some of the lowest evil spirits in existence they must have help to attack and kill you. Think of it this way. If you were attacked by a 9 year old boy you probably wouldn t be too concerned that he was going to hurt you but if a gang of say 20 nine-year olds attacked you then they could probably overcome you unless you had some weapons. Right? In the case of these spirits, they work together to overcome you and the spirit of cancer works mostly with the spirits of fear, doubt, unforgiveness, unbelief, pride, etc., and it primarily works with the spirit of fear because most people are afraid to die and they know that cancer is a killer. In Africa we often find that they work with the Triplet Spirit which is a spirit of anger, fear and hate. The religious spirit, also, likes to work with this Triplet spirit and we see its operations in the Gospels, especially among the Pharisees because they simultaneously held anger, hate and fear for Jesus and His ministry but, as you can see, this spirit of fear is a counterfeit of the Holy Spirit s Spirit of Fear (cf. Is. 11) because it does not cause one to fear God even though most people possessed with religious spirits would claim that they do (just like they claim that they believe the Bible while they clearly do not). Listen, these spirits are real and if you re sensitive to the spirit realm you will sense them through spiritual sight, smell, touch, etc. I ve shared how when we first moved to

5 Montana Apostle Evelyn and I were looking at a Pentecostal church in downtown Helena to buy for the ministry and when the real estate agent unlocked and opened the front door I jumped back because something hit me in the face. The realtor and Evie both looked at me and I simply said: Spirit of unbelief. It hit me like something physical but I remarked to my wife, I d hate to try and get healed in that church. The spirit of cancer has a distinct smell as do many spirits such as the Unclean spirits Jesus dealt with in the Gospels. When it comes out you can smell it if you have a good gift of Discerning of Spirits and this aids you in ministry so that you can know for sure that it has left. You could of course also know by another of the Revelation Gifts of the Holy Spirit (1 Cor. 12), the Word of Knowledge. You should also understand if you re not experienced in this area that it s not just evil spirits that have a smell; sometimes the Presence of Jesus can be smelled or sensed in another way. I ve smelled His Presence in churches, especially during anointed worship, as The Rose of Sharon and an overpowering smell of roses came into the sanctuary! Now in 2004 we had an apostle friend ministering at our church in Montana and his wife had a huge tumor in her womb. In fact, in the physical she looked to be pregnant because the tumor was so large. The Lord gave me a revelation about the spirit of cancer that I shared in a

6 message titled, Restoring the Foundations, how the spirit of cancer, like many things of the Dark Kingdom, is a counterfeit of God s Kingdom and you should hear this message because it will help you. In God s Kingdom, the Lord Jesus, the angels of God and the Holy Spirit are all seeking to build the Body of Christ with lively stones. The spirit of cancer is trying to kill the genuine Body of Christ by physically destroying the lively stones while at the same time working with the religious spirits to raise up a false body of Christ, a false church after the Babylonian system a church conformed to the image of the Antichrist! Now in the Second Edition of Mysterious Secrets of the Dark Kingdom published in 2008, the Spirit of the Lord gave me some more revelation on cancer that I shared in the book in Chapter 19 on The Occult World and I quote: One of the great problems in the Church today is the inability of God s people to see with the Eye of the Eagle the lack of being able to see and know what is going on spiritually. They may be mature physically but spiritually most Christians remain babies and more often than not they are spiritually blind. As I stated earlier, the spirit realm dominates the physical realm. This truth is borne out in many of the Scriptures and is precisely why a spiritual substance such as faith can dominate physical things such as sickness, disease, poverty, etc., and change them. The great apostle Paul, the revelator, makes a very important statement in 2 Corinthians 4 regarding afflictions. How many of you

7 enjoy afflictions? I know I don t! Where do they come from? Notice what Paul says: For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh For us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory; While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the Things which are not seen: for the things which are seen Are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal. Now let me ask you an important question how do you, you personally, obey this verse of Scripture? Specifically, how do you look at the things which are not seen? Where do these things which are not seen reside? How do you look at them? Can they be perceived with the five senses? You see, our problem is because we don t recognize spiritual things, e.g., that cancer is an evil spirit, we end up doing the opposite of what Paul by the Spirit of God recommends in 2 Cor. 4:18 we begin to look at the things which are seen! Do you see it! The devil has confused and bamboozled us into not obeying the Scriptures; we are not doers of the Word like we are supposed to be! Instead, as the Spirit pointed out to me with this scripture, we do the opposite! We look at the things the cancer tumors which are physical and ignore the things which are unseen, the spiritual, as we are supposed to do if we are obeying this scripture to rightly divide the word of truth and renew our minds with the Word of God which is the real truth. Sure a person with cancer has a physical manifestation in the form of tumors but there is a root cause in the spirit realm for that manifestation my brother and sister and it s the spirit of cancer! The more you look at the things which are seen the physical tumors the greater they will impact the things which are not seen ; particularly your faith. The devil will use this tactic to defeat you in spiritual

8 warfare but if you can develop your faith and obey this scripture, the spirit of cancer will be unable to kill you and other things that he attacks you with such as a financial attack will also be unable to destroy you. (MSDK, pp ) You can always defeat these spirits through your own faith because, through the Name of Jesus and as a member of His family, YOU have power and authority over all demons! The Word says so but you have to believe the Bible and not be deceived by the deceiving spirits into confusing mental assent with faith. In October, 1991, the Lord affirmed as true something I ve preached about in churches for over 30 years most Christians don t believe the Bible and the devil knows this. That is why he always is attacking you in both the physical and soulish realm with lying symptoms to make way for the spirit of unbelief so that you will depart from the Word. You see, one of the reasons that I ve learned that the devil is able to put cancer on more Christians is because of something I learned from my good friend, Evangelist Emmanuel Omoobajesu, that he preached in his sermon, Satan s Ambushments. Satan is the only student who never graduates. He s always learning; always learning. You might think you know some perpetual students I ve known a few but Satan is the crème de la crème of perpetual students and his area of expertise is how to set a trap (KJV, ambushment) for the soul of man. Night and day in his laboratories under the sea he carries out his own scientific research on how to afflict man with cancer and other deadly diseases to kill us! I know many current and former members of the Dark Kingdom who have been to these laboratories. So what are you going to do about it? I suggest you begin with and always remember what I preach in messages and say to Christians all the time What does the Word say? The Word says that we defeat

9 the enemy the same way Jesus did by the word of our testimony (Mt. 4:4, Lk. 4:4) and, in our case, also by the blood of the Lamb (Rev. 12:11) Praise the Lord! Also, you must understand that the Bible defines deliverance ministry, i.e., casting out demons, as an operation of the Gift of Working of Miracles. Yes, the Gifts of Healings may also be required, depending on the form of cancer, if an organ of your body such as the liver needs healing because of the manifestation of the spirit of cancer but it is NOT the Gifts of Healings that is needed to remove cancer it can only be removed via the operation of one of the other two power Gifts of the Holy Spirit Working of Miracles or the Gift of Faith so if you plan to get healed of cancer through another member of the Body of Christ then you would be advised to seek somebody who operates in Working of Miracles or the Gift of Faith. I would also suggest that you refer to our website under the Tab Healing & Miracles for the Three Steps To Receiving a Miracle that the Lord gave me when He appeared to me in 1998 and you can defeat the spirit of cancer in your own life or that of a loved one. God s Word works. Praise the Lord! It NEVER returns to Him void (Is. 55:11) because He is faithful and true and He watches over His Word to perform it (Jer. 1:12) Shalom
