Words of Institution The Communion Please take and eat the bread as it is served, then pass to your neighbor saying, The Body of Christ for you. The recipient responds, Amen. Gluten free crackers are available in the cups on each paten. Please hold the cup, passing the tray to your neighbor with the words, The Blood of Christ for you. The recipient responds, Amen. The congregation will drink the cup together. The Reformed Church in America welcomes baptized children to receive the sacrament of communion.
