A WORD ABOUT LIQUIDS: Please ensure you drink plenty of water during each fasting and prayer day where liquids are required we don't want you to become dehydrated. Other liquids you can have when we're fasting and praying include regular and fruit teas (both types must be decaffeinated). Please sweeten your tea with non-calorie sweetners such as stevia, sugar in the raw, etc. or honey. Another liquid option includes 100% fruit juices, but note the sugar in the fruit juices-very high! If at all possible, get 100% sugar free fruit juices if you can't stick to water only. CHEERS! 3

Pray that God will give them the mind to consecrate themselves and prepare to be used by Him in an unusual manner; Pray and fast for God to conduct a personal special preparation Himself on BBB, and the Guest Psalmist that would lead the women of God (attending this retreat) into an unusual dimension and level of His presence through Praise and Worship 6

Retreat's Financial Obligations: Pray that all financial obligations of the Spiritual Retreat will have been met prior to the start of the Spiritual Retreat on October 3, Focus: GOD GETS THE GLORY! Pray that the Spiritual Retreat will bring God glory, honor and praise and the women will share their testimonies with others of how God permanently Changed their life! Focus: GOD's SHEKINAH GLORY! Pray that God will grace us with His Shekinah Glory at the Spiritual Retreat 9

To the women attending the Spiritual Retreat: Today, set yourself aside for God this weekend. This weekend it's all about Y-O-U and God! Leave every care behind and embrace God and the change that He has for you! Remember, if you come expecting--god will deliver! Consecrate YOURSELF for God! ****************** B. To the women who will not be attending the Spiritual Retreat and you've joined us during this period of fasting and intercessory prayer: Set yourself aside for God's use in Worship Service and the entire weekend! We love you and will send up a praise unto God on your behalf this weekend! 10
